Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in the embodiment of the invention, the electromechanical control mechanical lifting parking device convenient to use comprises a universal transfer platform 1, a garage 2 and a lifting assembly 3, wherein the bottom of the universal transfer platform 1 is slidably arranged in a slide rail 4 through a plurality of rollers so as to transfer and store a vehicle on the ground into the garage 2, the garage 2 is installed on the right side of the universal transfer platform 1, the plurality of lifting assemblies 3 are transversely arranged in the garage 2, the lifting assemblies 3 are used for lifting the stored vehicle, compared with the conventional ground parking, the probability that the vehicle is scratched is greatly reduced, and the rollers on the right end of the plurality of rollers are driven to rotate by a stepping motor 5 through a belt. So that the universal rotation platform 1 can slide left and right along the slide rail 4, thereby realizing automatic access of vehicles and further improving the convenience of the use of the device;

the telescopic ends of the hydraulic adjusting rods 12 are all inclined to the obliquely upper side close to the middle of the rotating device 10, the torsion angle of the hydraulic adjusting rods 12 relative to the horizontal direction is 8-40 degrees, on one hand, when the hydraulic adjusting rods 12 form an included angle of 8 degrees with the horizontal direction, the hydraulic adjusting rods 12 can jack the rotating device, meanwhile, the height of the whole universal turning platform 1 is the lowest, the vehicle to be parked can conveniently enter the vehicle carrying plate 13 from the ground, on the other hand, the vehicle carrying plate 13 is jacked up to ensure that the hydraulic adjusting rods 12, the bottom end of the vehicle carrying plate 13 is higher than the top end of the extending column 8, and the minimum torsion angle of the hydraulic adjusting rods 12 in the device is 40 degrees.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment, the parking assembly 9 includes a vehicle carrying board 13 and a vehicle body correcting assembly 14, four vehicle body correcting assemblies 14 are arranged on the upper surface of the vehicle carrying board 13, the positions of the four vehicle body correcting assemblies 14 are respectively matched with the positions of four driving wheels of the automobile, and the upper end surfaces of the four vehicle body correcting assemblies 14 are 20mm lower than the upper end surface of the vehicle carrying board 13, so that a height difference is formed between the vehicle body correcting assemblies 14 and the upper end surface of the vehicle carrying board 13, and thus the wheels are limited, the wheels are prevented from sliding, and the overall stability is improved;
a plurality of grooves are respectively formed in the left end and the right end of the bottom end of the vehicle carrying plate 13, and the distribution positions of the grooves correspond to the extending columns 8 on the transverse plate 7 one by one, so that the extending columns 8 respectively extend into the grooves to realize the lifting of the vehicle carrying plate 13;
the surface of the vehicle carrying plate 13 is provided with concave-convex corrugations, and the concave-convex corrugations are used for increasing the friction force between the vehicle carrying plate and the wheels of the automobile, so that the vehicle can drive in more conveniently;

the distance sensors 18 are arranged above the positive and negative motors 20, the distance sensors 18 are fixed on the side edges of the car carrying plate 13, the distance sensors 18 correspond to four wheels of an automobile respectively so as to detect the deflection conditions between the front wheels and between the rear wheels, and the automobile body is adjusted by the wear-resistant crawler 16, so that instability caused by the inclination of the automobile body in the parking process is prevented, and the overall safety is improved;
the surface of the wear-resistant crawler 16 is provided with anti-skid textures, the transverse length of the wear-resistant crawler 16 is 500mm, the vertical width of the wear-resistant crawler 16 is 450mm, on one hand, a vehicle is allowed to run in with a large deflection, and on the other hand, the vehicle parking requirements of various different tire specifications can be met.
In a preferred embodiment, the rotating device 10 includes an annular casing 21, a bearing 22, a rotating motor 23, and a supporting carrier 24, wherein a bottom end of the supporting carrier 24 is rotatably sleeved on a top of the annular casing 21 through the bearing 22, a driven bevel gear 25 is disposed in a middle portion of a bottom end of the supporting carrier 24, the driven bevel gear 25 is engaged with a driving bevel gear 26 through a gear, the driving bevel gear 26 is fixed at a terminal end of an output shaft of the rotating motor 23, and the rotating motor 23 is mounted in the annular casing 21.
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment, a plurality of fixture blocks 27 are circumferentially arranged on the middle of the upper end surface of the bearing carrier disc 24, and the top ends of the fixture blocks 27 are all in a fillet structure, so that the fillet structure can reduce an acting force in a clamping process with the carrier plate 13, and prevent the fixture blocks 27 from being damaged due to overlarge local stress;
a plurality of the number and the arrangement positions of the clamping blocks 27 are matched with the plurality of limiting clamping grooves 15 at the bottom end of the vehicle carrying plate 13, so that the clamping blocks 27 can all extend into the limiting clamping grooves 15 to complete clamping.

Specifically, when the parking device is installed and used for individuals, the orientation of the car carrying plate can be automatically set to be consistent with the driving direction of a car of a user after installation, namely, after the direction of the car carrying plate is set, the user only needs to directly drive into the car carrying plate along the original traveling direction when parking, the direction of the car body does not need to be adjusted, the use convenience is greatly improved, when the parking device is installed and used in public places, a parking person automatically adjusts the parking device according to the direction of the car body, after the driver drives the car to be close to the vacancy device, the orientation of the car carrying plate is adjusted through the control console until the direction of the car carrying plate is adjusted to be parallel to the direction of the car body of the vehicle to be parked, the car can be unloaded after driving into the car carrying plate and pulling the hand brake (or starting the electronic hand brake), and parking can be automatically completed by pressing a 'parking' button in the control console;
in the process of automatic parking, firstly, the distance sensors respectively detect the distance of four driving wheels of an automobile, and the wear-resistant crawler belt is driven by a positive and negative motor to rotate, so that an automobile body is aligned, then the automobile carrying plate is rotated to the front and back direction by the rotating device, and then the automobile carrying plate is jacked up by the hydraulic adjusting rod, wherein the lowest end of the automobile carrying plate after the automobile carrying plate is jacked up by the hydraulic adjusting rod is higher than the topmost end of the extending column, then the roller is driven by the stepping motor to rotate, so that the automobile is displaced into the garage, the automobile carrying plate is moved to the first vacant position in the garage, then the automobile carrying plate is jacked up by the double-arm cylinder, finally the automobile is dried by the swinging fan, when the automobile is taken, the automobile stored by the automobile is selected by the control console, then the universal rotating platform is moved to the lower part of the automobile to be taken, and then the automobile is placed on the rotating device by the double-arm cylinder, at the moment, the double-arm cylinder continuously contracts until the extending column is completely separated from the groove, the vehicle is moved out by the universal rotating platform, and similarly, the direction of the vehicle carrying plate can be adjusted according to the requirement so as to directly drive the vehicle out.
