1) selecting materials: selecting a unidirectional moisture-conducting knitted fabric with the width of 1-1.5 m;
2) boiling and bleaching: soaking the one-way moisture-conducting knitted fabric for 60-90 min at the heat preservation temperature of 80-100 ℃, adding a boiling and bleaching compound auxiliary agent, washing with hot water at the temperature of 60-80 ℃, then washing with cold water, alternately washing with hot and cold water for 3 times, and drying, wherein the boiling and bleaching compound auxiliary agent is a mixture of lactofen and sodium silicate, and the bath ratio is 1: 20;

4) over-softening: after dyeing is finished, placing the unidirectional moisture-conducting knitted fabric into a sealing tank, wherein the weight ratio of the unidirectional moisture-conducting knitted fabric to water is 1: 10, feeding water, adding a color fixing agent, operating for 10-20 min, adding a water softening agent, heating to 30-50 ℃, preserving heat for 30-40 min, and discharging water;
5) drying: dehydrating, scutching and drying the softened unidirectional moisture-conducting knitted fabric;
6) padding finishing liquid treatment: the padding finishing liquid treatment is to add the prepared padding finishing liquid into a material groove of a setting machine, so that the unidirectional moisture-conducting knitted fabric passes through the material groove and a roller of the setting machine at the speed of 20-30 m/min, and the pressure of the roller is 4-5N/cm2The liquid carrying rate of the cloth cover after the padding finishing liquid treatment is between 70 and 80 percent;
7) and (3) calendering: calendering the cloth with the liquid after the padding finishing liquid treatment at the temperature of 50-80 ℃, under the pressure of 100-200N and under the cloth feeding tension of 40-60N;
8) shaping; and (5) shaping the unidirectional moisture-conducting knitted fabric on a shaping machine.
