As shown in Table 1, the peel strength of the three-layer hot melt adhesive tape prepared by the invention is higher than that of the common normal-temperature hot melt adhesive tape purchased on the market and the double-layer hot melt adhesive tape prepared in the comparative example 2, the common normal-temperature hot melt adhesive tape purchased on the market is completely peeled and separated from a test plate, the peel strength of the double-layer hot melt adhesive tape prepared in the comparative example 2 is only 0.22kN/m, the peel strength of the three-layer sealing adhesive tape prepared by the method of the invention reaches 0.32kN/m, and the peel strength is not increased or is not increased obviously after the thickness of the sealing adhesive tape is increased to 50 μm.

Claims (10)

1. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing 65-75% of polytetrafluoroethylene micro-powder particles, 15-20% of liquid circulation extrusion aid, 5-7% of tackifying particles and 5-8% of carbon black according to the mass fraction ratio, putting the mixture into a mixing barrel, putting the mixing barrel on a mixer for mixing, rotating forwards for 45-60min, and then rotating backwards for 45-60min to fully mix various raw materials to form a mixed material, putting the mixed material into a drying room for standing to form a mixed cooked material;
(2) putting the mixed cooked material formed in the step (1) into a pre-pressing forming machine to extrude the mixed cooked material into a cylindrical blank; forming the blank into a continuous thin cylinder through a pushing and pressing machine; rolling the substrate film into a polytetrafluoroethylene-based film by a calendar, and controlling the thickness of the substrate film to be 10-20 mu m;
(3) uniformly mixing 75-87% of polyurethane adhesive, 5-10% of carbon black, 5-10% of clay, 1-2% of coupling agent and 2-3% of drying agent according to the mass fraction ratio to obtain a polyurethane mixture, coating the polyurethane mixture on the polytetrafluoroethylene-based layer film obtained in the step (2) through a coating machine to form a polyurethane intermediate layer, and controlling the overall thickness to be 20-40 mu m;
(4) uniformly mixing 70-84% of polyethylene, 10-20% of softener, 1-2% of coupling agent and 5-8% of white carbon black according to the mass fraction ratio to obtain a polyethylene hot melt adhesive layer, coating the polyethylene hot melt adhesive layer on the polyurethane intermediate layer obtained in the step (3), controlling the overall thickness to be 40-60 mu m, and cutting the polyurethane hot melt adhesive layer into narrow strips with the width of 20-30mm to obtain the sealing adhesive tape.
2. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the liquid circulation extrusion aid in the step (1) comprises kerosene or petroleum ether.
3. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the tackifying particles in the step (1) comprise atactic polypropylene or low-molecular polyisobutylene.
4. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape according to claim 3, characterized in that: the rotating speed of forward rotation and the rotating speed of reverse rotation in the step (1) are both 6-10 r/min.
5. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: and (2) standing the mixed material in the step (1) for 7-9h in a drying room, wherein the temperature of the drying room is 50-70 ℃.
6. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the extrusion temperature of the pre-pressing forming machine in the step (2) is 30-50 ℃.
7. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the pushing temperature of the pushing machine in the step (2) is 40-60 ℃.
8. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the calendering temperature of the calender in the step (2) is 60-80 ℃.
9. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: and (3) coupling agents in the step (3) and the step (4) are silane coupling agents.
10. The manufacturing method of the filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, characterized in that: the softener in the step (4) is silane-based oil.
