Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of filter bag needle eye sealant, in particular to a manufacturing method of a filter bag needle eye sealing hot melt adhesive tape.
Background
With the further implementation of the national environmental protection strategy, the blue sky guard war requires enterprises to further control the emission of dust particles in the flue gas. The ultra-low emission requires not only design and optimization of the structure of the bag type dust collector, but also sealing treatment of needle holes generated in the sewing process of the filter bag.
At present, three sealing modes of filter bag suture needle holes are mainly adopted, firstly, seamless heat bonding is adopted, two ends of a filter material are directly subjected to hot melting lap joint without sewing by a suture, but the hot melting lap joint of the method is easy to fall off for common filter materials; secondly, the double-layer filter bags are sleeved in a staggered mode, and the sewing lines are staggered, but the method is high in cost and does not fundamentally solve the problem that dust leaks from needle holes; thirdly, gluing the needle eye, and coating glue at the position of the suture needle eye to block the needle eye. For example, patent CN106916560A discloses a GSX glue for sealing filter material and a method for automatically coating the sealing filter material, the GSX glue for sealing filter material comprises the following raw material components: 10-40 parts of polyester polyol, 10-50 parts of MDI, 0.05-0.3 part of catalyst and 1-5 parts of filler, wherein the parts are parts by mass, and the customized gluing equipment and sewing threads are used for realizing online synchronization to seal sewing needle holes of filter bags in an online manner. But the mode of pinhole rubber coating has the defect: the glue has long curing time and can crack and fall off in a long-term high-temperature environment.
