Description

Hot melt adhesive for PVC sealing strip and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hot melt adhesives, and particularly relates to a hot melt adhesive for a PVC sealing strip and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sealing strip is a product which can play the roles of shock absorption, water prevention, sound insulation, heat insulation, dust prevention, fixation and the like, and common materials comprise rubber, paper, metal, plastic and the like. The PVC sealing strip has good compression deformation resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, good processing performance, excellent insulating performance, low manufacturing cost, recoverability and reutilization, and is widely applied to the fields of automobile doors and windows, curtain walls and the like.
At present, an adhesive used for bonding a PVC sealing strip is mainly a solvent type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, contains more volatile substances, is easy to cause bubbles in an adhesive film after being cured, and can pollute the environment and cause certain harm to operators. The hot melt adhesive is a solid without solvent, does not contain volatile substances, is convenient to use, can be repeatedly operated, is beneficial to large-scale rapid operation of factories, and is expected to replace solvent type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives in many fields. However, most of the existing hot melt adhesives cannot bond the PVC sealing strips for the following reasons: because PVC's heat resistance itself is relatively poor, so generally add higher content plasticizer in the PVC sealing strip for improve its heat resistance, toughness, ductility etc. when current hot melt adhesive was used for bonding the PVC sealing strip, the plasticizer in the PVC sealing strip can migrate toward the hot melt adhesive, makes the molecular structure of hot melt adhesive become loose, leads to the softening temperature of hot melt adhesive to reduce, and the glued membrane softens, and then loses adhesive property.

Preferably, the antioxidant is antioxidant 425.
The preparation method of the hot melt adhesive for the PVC sealing strip comprises the following steps: adding chlorinated polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, glyceryl triacetate, rosin pentaerythritol ester and antioxidant into a double-screw extruder, mixing, extruding, cooling and granulating to obtain the hot melt adhesive for the PVC sealing strip.
Preferably, the processing temperature of the double-screw extruder is 140-180 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the hot melt adhesive can be used for bonding PVC sealing strips, not only has high bonding strength, but also can not influence the bonding performance of the hot melt adhesive due to the fact that the plasticizer in the PVC sealing strips seeps out completely, and the bonding reliability is obviously improved.
