(1) respectively weighing 6.1% of potassium sulfate, 16.0% of monoammonium phosphate, 9.9% of urea formaldehyde and 8.7% of ammonium sulfate, and mixing;
(2) and (3) weighing 5.8% of urea and 53.5% of organic fertilizer, mixing with the mixture produced in the step (1), granulating to obtain a compound fertilizer, and packaging and leaving a factory.
