Abstract
本发明公开了一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,包括第一玻璃基片和第二玻璃基片,在所述第一玻璃基片上从下至上依次溅射有第一氮化硅SiNx层、复合电介质层、金属银层、减反层、第二氮化硅SiNx层和保护层,在所述保护层热压第二玻璃基片;所述复合电介质层采用下列材料ZnSnOx、Si3N4或TiOx中一种或多种;所述减反层采用下列材料SiO2、ZnOx、ZnAlOx、AZO中一种或多种;所述保护层采用下列材料NiCr或NiCrOx中一种或两种。本发明具有高透射率和低遮阳系数双重优点的低辐射镀膜玻璃,其透射率为83.5‑85.1%。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及低辐射镀膜玻璃技术领域,尤其涉及一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃及其制备工艺。
背景技术
低辐射镀膜玻璃是指在浮法玻璃表面沉积一层金属银作为功能层,对太阳光中的近红外线和生活环境中的远红外线起反射作用,从而降低玻璃对红外线的吸收和辐射率,所以称之为低辐射镀膜玻璃。
氮化硅材料结构与玻璃材料结构相近,其薄膜更易于和玻璃结合,其薄膜光学折射率高,玻璃面反射颜色选择性好、靶材成本低廉。用氮化硅作为附着层材料是行业发展趋势。普遍高可见光透射的产品其遮阳系数较高,尚没有同时满足高透射率和低遮阳系数的低辐射镀膜玻璃,而本申请的低辐射镀膜玻璃可解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃及其制备工艺,解决了无法同时满足高透射率和低遮阳系数的低辐射镀膜玻璃问题。
根据本发明提出的一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,包括第一玻璃基片和第二玻璃基片,在所述第一玻璃基片上从下至上依次溅射有第一氮化硅SiNx层、复合电介质层、金属银层、减反层、第二氮化硅SiNx层和保护层,在所述保护层热压第二玻璃基片;
所述复合电介质层采用下列材料ZnSnOx、Si3N4或TiOx中一种或多种,若为两种以上时,镀成多层复合层;
所述减反层采用下列材料SiO2、ZnOx、ZnAlOx、AZO中一种或多种,若为两种以上时,镀成多层复合层;
所述保护层采用下列材料NiCr或NiCrOx中一种或两种,若为两种时,镀成双层复合层。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述第一氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为5-25nm,所述复合电介质层溅射厚度为30-100nm,所述金属银层溅射厚度为10-50nm,所述减反层溅射厚度为20-60nm,所述第二氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为5-15nm,所述保护层溅射厚度为25-50nm。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述复合电介质层为单层时,溅射厚度为30-50nm,所述复合电介质层为多层时,每层溅射厚度在20-35nm。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述减反层为单层时,溅射厚度为20-45nm,所述减反层为多层时,每层溅射厚度在10-25nm。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述保护层为单层时,溅射厚度为25-35nm,所述保护层为多层时,每层溅射厚度在15-20nm。
一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃的制备工艺,具体工艺步骤如下:
S1:采用真空磁控溅射镀膜技术,在第一玻璃基片的表面逐层镀膜:依次溅射镀膜第一氮化硅SiNx层、复合电介质层、金属银层、减反层、第二氮化硅SiNx层和保护层;
S2:将溅射镀膜完成的玻璃放入热合机中,将第二玻璃基片盖在保护层上进行热压合,然后用封边胶封边;
其中,所述复合电介质层、减反层和保护层单层时均约为双层厚度的80%、为三层时的厚度60%;
所述复合电介质层采用下列材料ZnSnOx、Si3N4或TiOx中一种或多种,所述减反层采用下列材料SiO2、ZnOx、ZnAlOx、AZO中一种或多种,所述保护层采用下列材料NiCr或NiCrOx中一种或两种。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,真空磁控溅射镀膜机采用旋转双阴极,中频电源溅射的方式,在工艺气体N2与Ar的参与下,溅射沉积形成膜;其溅射功率为1-100KW,真空溅射的工艺气压为:2-3MPa。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述第一氮化硅SiNx层和第二氮化硅SiNx层的溅射功率为60-100KW;所述复合电介质层的溅射功率为10-50KW,所述金属银层的溅射功率为1-10KW;所述减反层的溅射功率为35-70KW;所述保护层的溅射功率为1-50KW。
本发明中,具有高透射率和低遮阳系数双重优点的低辐射镀膜玻璃,其透射率为83.5-85.1%。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,包括第一玻璃基片和第二玻璃基片,在所述第一玻璃基片上从下至上依次溅射有第一氮化硅SiNx层、复合电介质层、金属银层、减反层、第二氮化硅SiNx层和保护层,在所述保护层热压第二玻璃基片;
所述复合电介质层采用材料ZnSnOx;所述减反层采用材料ZnAlOx;所述保护层采用材料NiCr。
一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃的制备工艺,具体工艺步骤如下:
S1:采用真空磁控溅射镀膜技术,在第一玻璃基片的表面逐层镀膜:依次溅射镀膜第一氮化硅SiNx层、复合电介质层、金属银层、减反层、第二氮化硅SiNx层和保护层;
S2:将溅射镀膜完成的玻璃放入热合机中,将第二玻璃基片盖在保护层进行热压合,然后用封边胶封边;

所述第一氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为5nm,所述复合电介质层(ZnSnOx)溅射厚度为30nm,所述金属银层溅射厚度为10nm,所述减反层(ZnAlOx)溅射厚度为20nm,所述第二氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为5nm,所述保护层(NiCr)溅射厚度为25nm。
可见光透过率T=84.1%,可见光玻璃面反射率(Out)=7.1%,可见光玻璃面反射率(In)=6.5%,遮阳系数SC=0.31。
实施例2
一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,包括第一玻璃基片和第二玻璃基片,在所述第一玻璃基片上从下至上依次溅射有第一氮化硅SiNx层、复合电介质层、金属银层、减反层、第二氮化硅SiNx层和保护层,在所述保护层热压第二玻璃基片;
所述复合电介质层采用材料ZnSnOx和Si3N4双层溅射镀膜;所述减反层采用材料ZnAlOx和SiO2双层溅射镀膜;所述保护层采用材料NiCrOx。
一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃的制备工艺,步骤同实施例1,不同之处如下:真空溅射的工艺气压为:2-3MPa;所述第一氮化硅SiNx层和第二氮化硅SiNx层的溅射功率为60-100KW;所述复合电介质层的溅射功率为10-50KW,所述金属银层的溅射功率为1-10KW;所述减反层的溅射功率为35-70KW;所述保护层的溅射功率为1-50KW。
所述第一氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为25nm,所述复合电介质层(ZnSnOx)溅射厚度为50nm(ZnSnOx和Si3N4各25nm),所述金属银层溅射厚度为50nm,所述减反层溅射厚度为40nm(ZnAlOx和SiO2各20nm),所述第二氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为5nm,所述保护层(NiCrOx)溅射厚度为20nm。
可见光透过率T=85.0%,可见光玻璃面反射率(Out)=6.4%,可见光玻璃面反射率(In)=6.1%,遮阳系数SC=0.33。
实施例3
一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,包括第一玻璃基片和第二玻璃基片,在所述第一玻璃基片上从下至上依次溅射有第一氮化硅SiNx层、复合电介质层、金属银层、减反层、第二氮化硅SiNx层和保护层,在所述保护层热压第二玻璃基片;
所述复合电介质层采用材料ZnSnOx、Si3N4和TiOx三层溅射镀膜;所述减反层采用材料SiO2、ZnOx、ZnAlOx和AZO四层溅射镀膜;所述保护层采用材料NiCr和NiCrOx双层溅射镀膜。
一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃的制备工艺,步骤同实施例1,不同之处如下:真空溅射的工艺气压为:2-3MPa;所述第一氮化硅SiNx层和第二氮化硅SiNx层的溅射功率为60-100KW;所述复合电介质层的溅射功率为10-50KW,所述金属银层的溅射功率为1-10KW;所述减反层的溅射功率为35-70KW;所述保护层的溅射功率为1-50KW。
所述第一氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为15nm,所述复合电介质层(ZnSnOx、Si3N4和TiOx)溅射厚度为100nm(ZnSnOx、Si3N4和TiOx各约33nm),所述金属银层溅射厚度为30nm,所述减反层溅射厚度为60nm(SiO2、ZnOx、ZnAlOx和AZO各15nm),所述第二氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为10nm,所述保护层溅射厚度为50nm(NiCr和NiCrOx各25nm)。
可见光透过率T=83.5%,可见光玻璃面反射率(Out)=7.0%,可见光玻璃面反射率(In)=6.4%,遮阳系数SC=0.35。
实施例1-3为具有高透射率和低遮阳系数双重优点的低辐射镀膜玻璃。

1.一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,其特征在于:包括第一玻璃基片和第二玻璃基片,在所述第一玻璃基片上从下至上依次溅射有第一氮化硅SiNx层、复合电介质层、金属银层、减反层、第二氮化硅SiNx层和保护层,在所述保护层热压第二玻璃基片;
所述复合电介质层采用下列材料ZnSnOx、Si3N4或TiOx中一种或多种,若为两种以上时,镀成多层复合层;
所述减反层采用下列材料SiO2、ZnOx、ZnAlOx、AZO中一种或多种,若为两种以上时,镀成多层复合层;
所述保护层采用下列材料NiCr或NiCrOx中一种或两种,若为两种时,镀成双层复合层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,其特征在于:所述第一氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为5-25nm,所述复合电介质层溅射厚度为30-100nm,所述金属银层溅射厚度为10-50nm,所述减反层溅射厚度为20-60nm,所述第二氮化硅SiNx层溅射厚度为5-15nm,所述保护层溅射厚度为25-50nm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,其特征在于:所述复合电介质层为单层时,溅射厚度为30-50nm,所述复合电介质层为多层时,每层溅射厚度在20-35nm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,其特征在于:所述减反层为单层时,溅射厚度为20-45nm,所述减反层为多层时,每层溅射厚度在10-25nm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃,其特征在于:所述保护层为单层时,溅射厚度为25-35nm,所述保护层为多层时,每层溅射厚度在15-20nm。
6.一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃的制备工艺,其特征在于:具体工艺步骤如下:
S1:采用真空磁控溅射镀膜技术,在第一玻璃基片的表面逐层镀膜:依次溅射镀膜第一氮化硅SiNx层、复合电介质层、金属银层、减反层、第二氮化硅SiNx层和保护层;
S2:将溅射镀膜完成的玻璃放入热合机中,将第二玻璃基片盖在保护层上进行热压合,然后用封边胶封边;
其中,所述复合电介质层、减反层和保护层单层时均约为双层厚度的80%、为三层时的厚度60%;
所述复合电介质层采用下列材料ZnSnOx、Si3N4或TiOx中一种或多种,所述减反层采用下列材料SiO2、ZnOx、ZnAlOx、AZO中一种或多种,所述保护层采用下列材料NiCr或NiCrOx中一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃的制备工艺,其特征在于:真空磁控溅射镀膜机采用旋转双阴极,中频电源溅射的方式,在工艺气体N2与Ar的参与下,溅射沉积形成膜;其溅射功率为1-100KW,真空溅射的工艺气压为:2-3MPa。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种离线单银可钢化低辐射镀膜玻璃及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述第一氮化硅SiNx层和第二氮化硅SiNx层的溅射功率为60-100KW;所述复合电介质层的溅射功率为10-50KW,所述金属银层的溅射功率为1-10KW;所述减反层的溅射功率为35-70KW;所述保护层的溅射功率为1-50KW。
