The hall door opening state is whether any one layer of hall doors is opened, and if any one or more layers of hall doors are opened, the hall door opening state is opened; if no hall door is opened, the hall door is in a closed state. The opening floor information means floor information of the currently opened hall door. Car height refers to the height at which the car is currently located. In one embodiment, the detecting device 110 may include a hall detecting device for detecting the state of the hall door and a car detecting device for detecting the car device. Specifically, the hall door detection device may be an outside-hall control panel, and the car detection device may be an inside-car control panel. The control device 120 may be the master control device of the entire elevator system or may be the control device 120 of the elevator safety system itself. When the hoistway door is opened, if the height of the opening floor is the same as the height of the car, the control device 120 judges that the opening is normal; if the height of the open floor is different from the height of the car, it is determined that the car is opened abnormally, and at this time, the control device 120 generates first presentation information and transmits the first presentation information to the hall door safety presentation device 130. In one embodiment, the difference between the height of the opening floor and the height of the car is within a preset difference range, and the height of the opening floor is judged to be the same as the height of the car. The number of hall door safety prompting devices 130 is the same as the number of hall doors, and one hall door safety prompting device 130 is arranged on or near one hall door and used for prompting whether the corresponding hall door is abnormally opened or not. When determining that the opened hall door is abnormally opened, control device 120 transmits the first prompt message to hall door safety prompting device 130 corresponding to the abnormally opened hall door, and hall door safety prompting device 130 gives a prompt after receiving the first prompt message. Specifically, the hall door safety prompting device 130 can prompt the elevator user at the current floor that the hall door is abnormally opened in a voice prompt mode and/or a light prompt mode. The height of the landing door opening layer can be calculated according to the floor information of the opening layer and the preset layer height information, the height difference between the height of the opening layer and the height of the lift car is calculated, and the landing door is judged to be opened abnormally when the height difference is larger than a preset threshold value. Because the height difference between the lift car and the opening floor may exist in the normal condition of the elevator, the height difference is judged through the preset threshold value, the elevator door is judged to be opened abnormally when the height difference is larger than the preset threshold value, first prompt information is generated and sent to the elevator door safety prompt device 130, and prompt is avoided being issued in the normal opening condition.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the detecting device 110 is also used for detecting the car door opening state; the control device 120 is further configured to obtain a car door opening state, and generate second prompt information when the car door opening state is abnormal; the elevator safety system further comprises: and the car safety prompting device 140 is used for acquiring the second prompting information and giving a prompt according to the second prompting information so as to prompt the abnormal opening of the car door.
