An outer circle step 113 is arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the tail end shell 104, the outer circle step 113 is located at an opening of the installation cavity, a felt gasket 114 is clamped between the outer circle step 113 and the sealing ring 108, and the felt gasket 114 improves the sealing performance between the tail end shell 104 and the sealing ring 108.
The implementation principle of the screw conveyor in the embodiment of the application is as follows: compared with a common screw conveyor, the tail bearing is cancelled, the tail shell 104, the mounting cylinder 106, the rotating shaft 107 and the self-lubricating structure are added, the self-lubricating structure is used for replacing the tail bearing, the effect of reducing the rotating friction is also achieved, the self-lubricating structure is isolated outside the severe environment (namely in the mounting cavity) under the matching action of the sealing ring 108 and the mounting cylinder 106, the damage speed of the self-lubricating structure is reduced, and the service life of the self-lubricating structure is prolonged; the rotating shaft 107 can directly contact and rub the self-lubricating bearing 109 in the process of rotating in the mounting cylinder 106, and self-lubricating powder generated by rubbing of the self-lubricating bearing 109 has a good self-lubricating effect and reduces friction loss, so that compared with a common bearing structure, the self-lubricating bearing 109 is not required to be frequently added with lubricating oil, is not easy to damage and has a longer service life; self-lubricating mechanical seal 110 seals self-lubricating bearing 109 in installation section of thick bamboo 106, under adverse circumstances, self-lubricating bearing 109 can not receive the interference of external adverse conditions, self also has self-lubricating effect simultaneously, so self-lubricating mechanical seal 110 is difficult because of rotating for a long time or rotating at a high speed and wearing and tearing, self-lubricating mechanical seal 110 compares with ordinary mechanical seal, longer life has, sealed effect is also more of a specified duration, almost can not add maintenance work such as lubricating oil or change damage accessories in several years, further realized the purpose of "non-maintaining".
