Background
Polarized light, i.e., light having a light vector of a light wave, is not changed in direction but only light whose magnitude changes with phase. Light is refracted at different angles as it passes through different media. When light passes through a special medium which can make the light generate a refraction angle of 90 degrees, a polarized light phenomenon (also called a polarized light phenomenon) can be generated; this refracted light is called polarized light; this particular medium is called a polarizing medium.
In the process of making a polarized invisible image, a plastic film produced by a stretching method is selected as a polarized image carrier, the polarized image carrier is subjected to heat-sensitive treatment by a laser engraving machine, molecules in a heated area are free from moving during heating, the molecules produced by the original stretching method are disordered and have the characteristics of a polarized medium, the polarized medium loses the polarization effect and becomes a common transparent film, and then the polarized image carrier film subjected to heat-sensitive treatment is compounded on a polarized reflector. However, it still has some problems. If the adopted laser equipment is expensive, troublesome to operate and high in complexity, the formed hidden image-text is single in color, and the hierarchical structure is not rich enough.

The design file is preferably a vector graph, and is adapted to be adjusted based on whether the hot stamping plate is a positive plate or a negative plate; the precision of the hot stamping plate is preferably higher than 0.2 mm; the hot stamping temperature does not cause the hidden image-text carrier to wrinkle or deform; the hidden image-text carrier is made of a film material with strong light transmission and bidirectional rope pulling performance, and films such as BOPP, PET, LDPE and the like are preferred; the hot stamping equipment only needs to use small-sized flat-sheet or roll-type hot stamping equipment, and can be pneumatic and hydraulic. In the above scheme, the reflective layer may be a silver paste reflective layer, wherein a silver foil type adhesive sticker or a cardboard is preferred, an adhesive sticker type base paper is not limited, and a tissue gram weight is preferably 80 gsm; the materials have strong light reflecting performance.
In the above embodiment, the polarizing material is preferably a polarizing film, and may also be a polarizing plate.
