Description

用于监测电压的监测电路
本发明涉及一种用于监测电压的监测电路,它包括一线圈,该线圈接入一个连接被测电压的第一电流支路;该监测电路还包括一个辅助继电器,其激励线圈(actuating winding)被接入一个第二电流支路,该支路与该第一电流支路并联。
对于这种监测电路的要求是,当被测电压值小于或等于其正常值的一个预定比率时,该线圈必须是处于去激励状态,该线圈也称之为零电压线圈;当被测电压又增大时,只要被测电压达到的值大于或等于其正常值的一个第二预定比率时,该零电压线圈必须是已激励的。
在已公开的德国专利申请1438960中提出了这种监测电路,该电路的切换功能中具有滞后现象。
这种已知的监测电路是一种继电器电路,包括与一电阻器串联的第一继电器,被测直流电压连接在所述串联电路上。该已知的继电器电路还包括一个与该第一电流支路并联的第二电流支路,在第一电流支路中接入该第一继电器和该电阻器。在该第二电流支路中接入一个辅助继电器,该继电器与一闭合接点串联。所述闭合接点是该第一继电器的一接点,该辅助继电器的开路接点跨接与该第一继电器串联的电阻器。
当被测直流电压增大至5.1伏时,该已知电路的设计使得有足够的电流量流经该第一继电器的激励线圈,并因此使之受激励,由于这一点,与该辅助继电器串接的闭合接点闭合,因此该辅助继电器的激励线圈也处于受激励状态。其结果是,该跨接在该电阻器上的开路接点是断开的,该电阻器与第一继电器以串联方式相连。由于所述开路接点的断开,在第一继电器的激励电路中相联的电阻器被接入,该第一继电器的激励线圈中的电流减小。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于监测电压的监测电路,其类型为上文所述并具有可再现的切换滞后,此外,该监测电路易于调整,体积小,而且,该监测电路是耐用的。
为实现这一目的,本发明的特征在于在该第一电流支路中,该辅助继电器的第一闭合接点与该线圈以串联方式相连;在该第二电流支路中,一个第一电阻器与该辅助继电器的激励线圈以串联方式相连;以及一个第二电阻器和该辅助继电器的第二闭合接点的串联电路以并联方式连接到该辅助继电器的激励线圈。
本发明的优点是,为了获得任何所需的滞后,只需要一个继电器。当第一电阻器和第二电阻器的额定电阻低于该辅助继电器的激励线圈的额定电阻时,即可获得一个高精度的监测电路,该电路对温度的变化不敏感。

图1所示为根据本发明的监测电路之一实施例的电路图。
附图中的监测电路用于监测电压U。为此目的,被测的电压U被跨接在一个第一电流支路上,其中接有一个线圈S(也被称为零电压线圈)或机电驱动器、一个电阻器R1和以串联方式连接的一个闭合接点a1。所述的闭合接点a1是一个辅助继电器的接点,该继电器的激励线圈A与一个电阻器R2串联,并被接入一个第二电流支路,该第二电流电路以并联方式连接至所述的第一电流支路;该辅助继电器还设有一个第二闭合接点a2,电阻器R3通过该接点能够以并联方式与该辅助继电器的激励线圈A相连。与该零电压线圈S串接的电阻器R1上跨接有一个开路接点s,该开路接点是由线圈S控制的。一个二极管D也连接在线圈S上用于保护。
这里有关的情况是,当电源电压是正常值的例如70%或更多时,零电压线圈S,或机电驱动器,必须是处于已激励状态;当电源电压例如低于正常值的35%时,它必须是去激励状态。
本发明包括两个部件,一个部件包括零电压线圈S和串联的电阻器R1,当被断开时和在接入期间,所述电阻器R1上跨接有辅助接点s,结果,线圈S的绕组上流过最大电流。当由于足够量的电压U和闭合的闭合接点a1而驱动该线圈时,该线圈处于受激励状态,开路接点s被断开,在电阻器R1上的跨接被断开,那时流经线圈S的电流将减小。已经发现,所述第一部件的作用不够精确。换言之,线圈S并未在正确的电压电平下变成已激励或去激励,激励和去激励点没有再现。

该串联的电阻器R2和跨接的电阻器R3所具有的额定电阻最好是低于该辅助继电器的激励线圈A的额定电阻。特别是在去激励期间,采用这种方式实现的是,去激励电压主要是由该串联的电阻器R2和跨接的电阻器R3确定的。结果是使该电路的精度大大提高,对滞后的确定精度也大大提高,而该电路受温度升降的影响不大。

Claims (2)

1、用于监测电压的监测电路,包括一个线圈(S),该线圈被接入一个跨接在被测电压两端的第一电流支路中;及一个辅助继电器,其激励线圈(A)被接入在一个第二电流支路中,该支路以并联方式连接该第一电流支路,其特征在于在该第一电流支路中,该辅助继电器的一个第一闭合接点(a1)以串联方式与该线圈相连;在该第二电流支路中,一个第一电阻器(R2)以串联方式与该辅助继电器的激励线圈(A)相连;以及一个第二电阻器(R3)和该辅助继电器的一个第二闭合接点(a2)的串联电路以并联方式连接到该辅助继电器的激励线圈(A)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的监测电路,其特征在于该第一电阻器(R2)和第二电阻器(R3)的额定电阻远低于该辅助继电器的激励线圈(A)的额定电阻。
