the third step: the corrugated paper 1 passes through the sealing mechanism 6, the sealing strip 604 is changed into a U shape under the action of the first contact groove 605 and the first contact boss 606 to wrap the newly cut end surface of the corrugated paper 1, and the first contact groove 605 and the first contact boss 606 are heated by the electric heating device in the sealing heating wheel 602 and the sealing power wheel 601, so that the two sides of the sealing strip 604 are melted and then fixed on the corrugated paper 1 to complete the sealing of the cutting opening of the corrugated paper 1.
Principle of operation
The supporting air bags 102 are arranged in the corrugated paper 1, the supporting strength of the corrugated paper 1 is improved by the supporting air bags 102, the corrugated paper 1 is placed on the material supporting plate 209, the motor 201 is started, the conveying belt 202 rotates to push the corrugated paper 1 forward through the material shifting claws 211, the corrugated paper 1 passes through the quick freezing mechanism 4, and the low-temperature gas is sprayed out of the refrigerating outlet groove 405 to reduce the temperature in the supporting air bags 102 in the corrugated paper 1 and reduce the internal air pressure; corrugated paper 1 passes through break bar mechanism 3, the cutting wheel 311 is rotatory to be amputated 1 both ends of corrugated paper, support gasbag 102 both ends and amputated, because the temperature is less than the external world far away and causes the external atmospheric pressure to be higher than and support gasbag 102 internal gas pressure in the gasbag 102, the air flows into and supports gasbag 102, corrugated paper 1 passes through sealing mechanism 6, sealing strip 604 becomes the U-shaped under first contact slot 605 and the effect of first contact boss 606 and wraps up the terminal surface that corrugated paper 1 was newly cut, the electric heater unit in sealed heating wheel 602 and the sealed power wheel 601 heats first contact slot 605 and first contact boss 606 and is fixed on corrugated paper 1 and accomplishes the sealed to corrugated paper 1 cutting opening after sealing strip 604 both sides melt, when the internal gas of support gasbag 102 resumes normal temperature, it supports gasbag 102 atmospheric pressure rising and plays better supporting role to corrugated paper 1.

the cutter wheel mechanism (3) comprises a cutting wheel (311) and a third rotating shaft (309), the cutting wheel (311) is arranged at two ends of the third rotating shaft (309), a third belt wheel (203) is arranged on a power main shaft of a motor (201), a first rotating shaft (302) is arranged above the motor (201), a fourth belt wheel (303) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (302), the fourth belt wheel (303) is connected with the third belt wheel (203) through a second power belt (301), a fifth belt wheel (304) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (302), a second rotating shaft (306) is arranged on the side surface of the first rotating shaft (302), a sixth belt wheel (307) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (306), the sixth belt wheel (307) is connected with the fifth belt wheel (304) through a third power belt (305), a first gear (308) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (306), and a third rotating shaft (309) is arranged above the second rotating shaft (306), a second gear (310) is arranged on the third rotating shaft (309), and the second gear (310) is meshed with the first gear (308);
quick-freeze mechanism (4) are equipped with refrigeration inlet groove (402) including first installation axle (401) and quick-freeze board (403) on first installation axle (401), and movable mounting has quick-freeze board (403) on first installation axle (401), is equipped with refrigeration hole (404) on quick-freeze board (403), is equipped with refrigeration export groove (405) on refrigeration hole (404), and refrigeration hole (404) and refrigeration inlet groove (402) communicate each other.

the third step: corrugated paper (1) passes through sealing mechanism (6), and sealing strip (604) become the U-shaped under first contact slot (605) and first contact boss (606) effect and wrap up corrugated paper (1) newly-cut terminal surface, and interior electric heater unit is fixed the completion to sealing of corrugated paper (1) cutting opening on corrugated paper (1) after sealing strip (604) both sides melt with first contact boss (606) heating.
