The invention relates to a method for treating oil leakage of an oil-immersed transformer of a transformer substation, and belongs to the technical field of transformer maintenance.
Background
Generally, the oil immersed transformer of the transformer substation is barrel-shaped, and a winding is immersed in an oil drum. The oil leakage phenomenon of oil-filled equipment occurs sometimes, and the oil leakage of operating equipment not only can affect the service life of the equipment, but also can affect the safe and stable operation of a system in serious cases. The reasons for and the treatment methods for several oil leaks of the operating oil-filled equipment are summarized as follows: the design is not reasonable; non-liability or inadequate technology in the installation; the transformer shell is formed by welding steel plates, the number of welding spots is large, the welding seams are long, the number of the welding spots of one transformer with 20000kVA is more than 70, the longest welding seam is more than 10 meters, phenomena such as sand holes, air holes, insufficient welding, desoldering and the like are easily caused, and some transformer shells are difficult to find in a factory pressure test. This results in leakage of oil from the equipment during operation; during the operation of the equipment, the parts are damaged to cause oil leakage; for the position easy to leak oil, the installation needs to be more careful, for example, the main transformer gas relay is clamped between the oil conservator and the body, and two sides are respectively provided with a group of valves which are connected by a penetrating screw rod, and the oil leakage can be caused when an interface is not well connected; the oil leakage of the transformer is generally treated only by the poor treatment of the oil leakage caused by sand holes and air holes of welding seams, and some skills are needed to find oil leakage points. The initial leakage is generally difficult to find, and when the leakage is more, the leakage is already a piece of greasy dirt. The leak point is very small, so the finding is very difficult.
