Description

Leakage stoppage method for local leakage of large oil-immersed transformer body
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of transformer maintenance, in particular to a leakage stopping method for local leakage of a large oil-immersed transformer body.
Background
At present, a large oil-immersed transformer body is easy to cause local oil leakage of the body due to manufacturing process, welding quality, welding stress or other reasons, leakage positions are mainly concentrated at welding seams of plates of the body, welding seams of connecting bolts of the body or welding positions of a radiator, and under the condition of no power failure, the traditional processing method is as follows: if the position of the leakage point can be in live-line operation, the leakage point is welded and blocked under live-line and pressure, the blocking effect of the method is good, but the risk is also great; if the live-line work cannot be carried out, the surface of the leakage point is polished and then directly coated and blocked by using liquid glue, at the moment, if the leakage point is large or the oil pressure at the position is large, the coated liquid glue is mixed with leakage transformer oil and the like in the curing process, the blocking effect is not good, and oil still leaks from part of the leakage point after the liquid glue is used for blocking and curing. Therefore, a scheme is needed to be provided for more effectively blocking the leakage point under the condition that the transformer is not powered off and the leakage point is not provided with welding blocking.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a leakage stopping method for local leakage of a large oil-immersed transformer body, which is used for realizing the technical effect of more effectively stopping leakage points under the condition that the transformer is not powered off and the leakage points do not have welding stopping.
The invention provides a leakage stopping method for local leakage of a large oil-immersed transformer body, which comprises the following steps:
polishing the penetration area until the penetration area leaks out of the body, and cleaning the surface of the body in the penetration area with alcohol;
smearing oil absorption powder on the cleaned surface of the transformer body, and determining a leakage point on the surface of the transformer body;
after the first end of the rubber tube is inclined to the section of the pipeline according to a preset angle and is cut off smoothly, aligning to a leakage point, coating sealant around the first end of the rubber tube, and conducting drainage on the leakage point through the rubber tube;
after the sealant is completely solidified, folding the second end of the rubber tube in half and fastening and locking the second end of the rubber tube by using a lock catch;
and (4) using the sealant to fully cover the rubber tube and adhering the rubber tube with the cured sealant at the first end of the rubber tube.
Furthermore, the hose is a hose with the length of 3-5cm and the diameter of 4 mm.
Further, the rubber tube is a polytetrafluoroethylene rubber tube.
Further, the sealant is a liquid metal sealant.
Further, the oil absorption powder material is any one of lime powder, starch and oil absorption resin.
Further, the lock catch is made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
Further, the transformer oil should be prevented from being mixed into the sealant in the process of coating the sealant on the first end of the rubber tube.
Furthermore, the rubber tube and the lock catch are prevented from being damaged in the process of using the sealant to comprehensively cover the rubber tube.
The beneficial effects that the invention can realize are as follows: the leakage stopping method provided by the invention stores the transformer oil in the plugging process by using the rubber tube, can prevent the transformer oil from being mixed into the sealant, and can more effectively block the leakage point under the condition that the transformer is not powered off and the leakage point does not have welding plugging.

It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present invention, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for stopping leakage of local leakage of a large oil-immersed transformer body according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The applicant researches and discovers that the current transformer leakage stopping methods mainly comprise two methods: 1) the leakage point can be live-line operated, and then the leakage point is welded and blocked under live-line and pressure, so that the method has a good blocking effect, but has a great risk; 2) the position of the leakage point can not be subjected to live-line operation, the leakage point is directly coated and blocked by using liquid glue after the surface of the leakage point is polished, at the moment, if the leakage point is larger or the oil pressure of the position is larger, the coated liquid glue is mixed with leakage transformer oil and other reasons in the curing process, the blocking effect is not good, and oil still leaks from part of the leakage point after the liquid glue is used for blocking and curing. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a method for plugging local leakage of a large-scale oil-immersed transformer body, so that the leakage point can be effectively plugged under the condition that the transformer is not powered off and the leakage point does not have a welding plugging condition. The specific contents thereof are as follows.

In one embodiment, the infiltration area may be polished using a polishing wheel, or may be polished using polishing sandpaper if the operating space is small. After polishing to leaking the body, the polishing area can be cleaned up by alcohol.
S2, smearing oil absorption powder on the cleaned surface of the device body, and determining a leakage point on the surface of the device body.
In one embodiment, after the penetration area is cleaned, the surface of the body can be wiped dry, then oil absorption powder is coated on the surface of the body, and the place which is wet at first is searched, so that the leakage point of the surface of the body is determined.
Illustratively, the oil absorption powder is any one of lime powder, starch and oil absorption resin, and the specific use can be selected according to actual conditions.

In one embodiment, the first end of the hose may be tilted at an angle of 15 ° to the cross-section of the pipeline and cut flat, and then aligned with the leak point, and sealant may be applied around the first end of the hose to direct the flow through the hose to the leak point.
Illustratively, the first end of the rubber pipe can be inclined to the section of the pipeline by 15 degrees by using a tool knife or scissors for flattening and cutting; the hose is 3-5cm long and 4mm in diameter; meanwhile, the rubber tube can be a polytetrafluoroethylene rubber tube.
The length, diameter, and cut angle of the hose may be adjusted adaptively according to the size, length, and the like of the leakage point, and are not limited to the values in the above embodiment.
