During the use, the length of heating coil should not be more than the distance between the face opposite to each other of carriage 210 and fixed plate 251, avoids the condition that can't take off with heating coil and pipe fitting welding back, pipe fitting and heating coil.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the warm pipe is placed on the lower clamping block 257, the warm pipe penetrates through the connecting ring 230, the ratchet plate 252 is pressed downwards to drive the upper clamping block 256 to move downwards, the ratchet block 253 is attached to the ratchet plate 252 under the action of the spring 2511, so that the ratchet plate 252 can only move downwards, the screw II 2541 can be rotated after the upper clamping block 256 is connected with the warm pipe as far as possible, the sliding plate 255 can move towards the warm pipe to enable the upper clamping block 256 and the lower clamping block 257 to clamp the warm pipe together, then the pipe can be placed on the lower clamping plate 339, one end of the pipe, which needs to be welded, is placed against the abutting block 338, then the lower clamping plate 339 can move upwards, the lower clamping plate 339 can drive the upper clamping plate 337 to move downwards through the rack and the gear II 331, so that the upper clamping plate 337 and the lower clamping plate 339 clamp plate 333 are screwed to clamp the pipe, then the screw III 321 can be rotated to fix the position of the screw III 332, thereby fixing the positions of the second gear 331 and the rack 333, and fixing the positions of the upper clamp plate 337 and the lower clamp plate 339;
after the warm pipe and the pipe fitting are fixed, the sliding rod 310 is pushed, the limiting ring 312 can drive the second belt pulley 122 to move along with the sliding rod 310, the sliding rod 310 can drive the second fixing mechanism 330 to move, so that the pipe fitting moves towards the warm pipe, the warm pipe and the pipe fitting are attached to each other, then the first screw 151 can be screwed into the screw hole 311, the position of the sliding rod 310 is fixed, then the motor 130 can be started, the motor 130 can drive the transmission rod 120 to rotate, the transmission rod 120 can drive the rotating shaft 223 to rotate through the first belt pulley 121 and the third belt pulley 221, the rotating shaft 223 can drive the connecting ring 230 to rotate through the first gear 222 and the toothed ring 231, the connecting ring 230 can drive the first fixing mechanism 250 to rotate through the connecting plate 240, so that the warm pipe is driven to rotate, meanwhile, the transmission rod 120 can drive the sleeve 320 to rotate through the second belt pulley 122 and the, thus, the heating pipe and the pipe fitting rotate synchronously;
then welding the contact position of the warm tube and the tube by using welding equipment, after welding is finished, starting the air pump 143, blowing air from the air blowing nozzle 145 by the air pump 143 through the hose 142 by the air pump 143 to accelerate cooling of the welding position, then stopping the air pump 143 and the motor 130, pulling the ratchet block 253 through the pull rod to separate the ratchet block 253 from the ratchet plate 252, loosening the warm tube by the upper clamping block 256, loosening the screw I151 and the screw III 321 by screwing, loosening the tube by the upper clamping plate 337 and the lower clamping plate 339, pushing the sliding rod 310 to move the sliding rod 310 away from the fixing module I200, pulling out the warm tube from the connecting ring 230, taking the tube and the warm tube from the fastening device, taking the air blowing nozzle 145 from the clamping block 144, starting the air pump 143, blowing air to the fastening device by holding the air blowing nozzle 145, and blowing the welded residue out of the fastening device, after cleaning, the air pump 143 is stopped, and the air blowing nozzle 145 is fixed to the retainer block 144 again.
