本发明涉及MPR板生产技术领域,具体是mpr板界面剂浸涂机生产工艺,步骤1、mpr板准备;步骤2、浆料准备;步骤3、机器调试预热;步骤4、物料投放;步骤5、浆料粘附;步骤6、压除多余浆料;步骤7、mpr板干燥养护;步骤8、打包入库。本生产工艺的自动化程度高,减少人工的配置,降低人工成本,且本工艺为生产线生产,生产时间减少,增加工作效率,本工艺步骤5中浆料粘附,步骤6中压除多余浆料,能保证板材六面全附着界面剂,并保证附着强度和生产效率、产品质量,浸涂后的mpr板不对其进行包装处理,不利于对物料的保护,步骤8中打包入库:对浸涂后的mpr板包装,包装使用塑料薄膜使用热风包覆。

技术领域
本发明涉及MPR板生产技术领域,具体是mpr板界面剂浸涂机生产工艺。
背景技术
MPR板一种建筑节能研发的新材料,能有效的提高外墙保温使用过程中的防火安全性,是以聚苯乙烯为基材,添加多种高分子聚合物、石墨烯改性颗粒及添加剂混合料,经高温高压混炼、低温调性、高压注入含超临界二氧化碳的复合流体发泡剂发泡、低温高压释放压制而成的。
但是,传统的Mpr板界面剂浸涂主要依靠人力,这种工作模式成本高,需要大量的人员和晾晒地方、耗时长,一般从浸染到打包至少需要24小时,所以效率相对低下,一般浸涂不能保证板材六面全附着界面剂,且附着强度和生产效率低、产品质量低,一般浸涂后的mpr板不对其进行包装处理,不利于对物料的保护。因此,本领域技术人员提供了mpr 板界面剂浸涂机生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供mpr板界面剂浸涂机生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:mpr板界面剂浸涂机生产工艺,其制造工艺为以下步骤:
步骤1、mpr板准备:把需要浸涂的mpr板,移动到板材输送端,检查mpr板的外表面情况,对凸起裂缝处进行去除修补,对mpr板的外表面清洁,对mpr板喷水湿润,保持 mpr板的外表面湿度为,把达到要求的堆积到输送端的输入口处;
步骤2、浆料准备:把粉料和水运送到搅拌机旁,所述每袋粉料20公斤,加10升的水,水:粉料的配比为0.5:1,需用搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌成均匀的稀浆状,搅拌后的浆料过滤后导入浆料输送系统内;
步骤3、机器调试预热:按次序打开浆料输送系统、板材输送系统、板材推动系统、浸涂系统、振动系统、挤压输送系统、温控养护箱、热风循环系统、打包机,通过控制柜调试其控制程序,机器开启预热;
步骤4、物料投放:当养护箱温度达到设定温度值后,在打开板材输送开关,把要浸涂的板材投放到板材输送装置上;
步骤5、浆料粘附:并打开浆料输送泵开关,调整推送辊上下间隙,并打开其运行开关选用适当的频率,板材经过推动系统后打开打开振动器开关调整上下间隙和频率,板材在浆料内部在推送辊和振动器作用下进行浸涂,振动达到排气目的;
步骤6、压除多余浆料:把浆料粘附后的板材进入挤压辊后打开开关调整上下间隙,使板面浆料压实并压除多余浆料,并调整运行频率使前后同步;
步骤7、mpr板干燥养护:打开风机和温控养护箱输送架,板材经过翻转进入养护箱,风机和温控对板材烘干处理,调整频率保证板材养护时间不少于60分钟;
步骤8、打包入库:开启打包机,对浸涂后的mpr板包装,包装使用塑料薄膜使用热风包覆。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤1中,所述板材输送端处相对湿度应小于70%,通风良好,温度最好不低于±5℃,所述mpr板保持干净、不松动、无灰尘、无油脂、无青苔、无地毯胶等。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤2中,所述过滤采用铁丝网过滤,且铁丝网的网孔不大于2mm,过滤颗粒状杂质,对未搅拌均匀的块状粉料收集处理后再次搅拌。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤7中,风机输入风的相对湿度不高于40%,温控温度最高温度120°,且风机和温控同时对板材的上下面同时进行烘干处理。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤8中,打包前,检查mpr板浸涂完整度,把合格的mpr板通过打包机包覆,对不合格的进行手动修补,修补后烘干处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本生产工艺的自动化程度高,减少人工的配置,降低人工成本,且本工艺为生产线生产,生产时间减少,增加工作效率,本工艺步骤 5中浆料粘附:板材经过推动系统后打开打开振动器开关调整上下间隙和频率,板材在浆料内部在推送辊和振动器作用下进行浸涂,振动达到排气目的,步骤6中压除多余浆料:把浆料粘附后的板材进入挤压辊后打开开关调整上下间隙,使板面浆料压实并压除多余浆料,能保证板材六面全附着界面剂,并保证附着强度和生产效率、产品质量,浸涂后的mpr 板不对其进行包装处理,不利于对物料的保护,步骤8中打包入库:对浸涂后的mpr板包装,包装使用塑料薄膜使用热风包覆,打包前,检查mpr板浸涂完整度,把合格的mpr板通过打包机包覆,对不合格的进行手动修补,修补后烘干处理。

本发明实施例中,mpr板界面剂浸涂机生产工艺,其生产工艺以下步骤:

步骤3、机器调试预热:按次序打开浆料输送系统、板材输送系统、板材推动系统、浸涂系统、振动系统、挤压输送系统、温控养护箱、热风循环系统、打包机,通过控制柜调试其控制程序,机器开启预热;
步骤4、物料投放:当养护箱温度达到设定温度值后,在打开板材输送开关,把要浸涂的板材投放到板材输送装置上;

1.mpr板界面剂浸涂机生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下生产工艺步骤:
步骤1、mpr板准备:把需要浸涂的mpr板,移动到板材输送端,检查mpr板的外表面情况,对凸起裂缝处进行去除修补,对mpr板的外表面清洁,对mpr板喷水湿润,保持mpr板的外表面湿度为,把达到要求的堆积到输送端的输入口处;
步骤2、浆料准备:把粉料和水运送到搅拌机旁,所述每袋粉料20公斤,加10升的水,水:粉料的配比为0.5:1,需用搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌成均匀的稀浆状,搅拌后的浆料过滤后导入浆料输送系统内;
