when in use, the upward-sprayed water mist particles are fully charged through the charge loading device 19; the water mist is combined with dust in the air and then falls downwards to the water collecting frame 7, the adjacent water collecting arrays 20 are respectively and electrically connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode to form a strong electric field in the passageway, and water mist particles combined with the dust can be efficiently captured to form water drops which then flow into the settling tank 3.
In the process that water drops flow to the settling tank 3, the vibrating device 21 continuously works, in the working process, the motor 21-19 drives the cam 21-20 to rotate, the cam 21-20 drives the knocking rod 21-14 to move up and down, and the knocking rod 21-4 is collided to enable the knocking block 21-12 to knock the lower part of the water collecting frame 7.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are:
the charge loading device and the water collecting array are arranged, so that the collecting effect and efficiency of water mist particles of the combined dust are improved, the water mist diffusion is prevented from being too large, and the collecting effect is reduced.
Two, this embodiment vibrating device's setting for the drop of water can flow to the precipitation tank smoothly, avoids the drop of water to condense at water-collecting plate or water-collecting frame surface, causes the dirt siltation, reduces collection efficiency.

The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows:
