Abstract
The invention discloses a diluted and tackified aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof. The fire extinguishing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 4-8% of fluorocarbon surfactant, 2-10% of foaming agent, 2-7% of anti-burning agent, 5-15% of antifreeze agent, 6-15% of foam mixed liquid tackifier, 5-10% of foam concentrated liquid viscosity reducer, 0.5-1.5% of preservative, 0.1-0.3% of pH regulator and the balance of industrial soft water. Adding industrial soft water into a reaction kettle, sequentially adding a foam concentrated solution viscosity reducer, a fluorocarbon surfactant, a foaming agent, an anti-burning agent, an anti-freezing agent and a preservative while stirring, and stirring for 20 min; adding the foam mixed liquid tackifier and continuously stirring; adjusting the pH value of the pH control product to be less than 9; standing for defoaming, and filling. The foam extinguishing agent has the advantages of good foam stability, good adhesiveness, high fire extinguishing and cooling effects, simple preparation method and suitability for industrialization.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foam extinguishing agents, in particular to a diluted and tackified type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Aiming at the three-dimensional fire of the B-type oil fire, the foam requires certain adhesiveness, so that on one hand, the foam stability of the product can be enhanced, and better fire extinguishing and anti-burning performances are achieved; on the other hand, the foam adhered to the surface of the solid can prevent further fire and achieve better cooling effect.
The existing aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent has low viscosity, and after being diluted by 1-6 percent, the viscosity of the foam mixed liquid is basically not greatly different from that of water, and the formed foam is difficult to exist on the solid wall surface for a long time. The foam mixed liquid of the anti-dissolving type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent has certain viscosity, but the main problem is that the foam concentrated solution has higher viscosity and is not beneficial to practical application.
CN201710037962.8 discloses an aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent concentrated solution, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45.0 to 78.0 percent of water, 3.3 to 14.0 percent of fluorinated alkyl betaine, 0.1 to 1.0 percent of tackifier, 0.9 to 2.8 percent of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.6 to 2.5 percent of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, 0.6 to 2.5 percent of lauryl sodium sulfate, 1.5 to 3.0 percent of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 14.0 to 26.0 percent of glycol and 1.0 to 3.2 percent of n-butyl alcohol. The product of the invention does not contain PFOS, is an environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent, and has quick fire extinguishing performance. In the invention, xanthan gum and sodium acrylate are compounded to be used as the tackifier, and when the addition amount is higher, the formed foam concentrated solution has higher viscosity; when the amount of the additive is low, the viscosity of the foam solution is low, and the foam stability is poor.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a diluted and tackified aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof.
A diluted and tackified type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 4-8% of fluorocarbon surfactant, 2-10% of foaming agent, 2-7% of anti-burning agent, 5-15% of antifreeze agent, 6-15% of tackifier of foam mixed solution, 5-10% of viscosity reducer of foam concentrated solution, 0.5-1.5% of preservative, 0.1-0.3% of pH regulator and the balance of industrial soft water; the foam mixed liquid tackifier is formed by mixing an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A is alkylolamide, and the agent B is alkylamide propyl betaine.
The improvement is that the fluorocarbon surfactant is one or a mixture of more of Capstone 1430, Capstone 1440, Capstone 1157 or Capstone 1470; the foaming agent is alkyl glycoside; the anti-burning agent is one or a mixture of polyethylene glycol and polyphosphate; the antifreeze is one or a mixture of ethylene glycol and urea; the preservative is sodium benzoate; the pH regulator is sodium citrate.
In a further refinement, the alkyl glycoside is APG 0810.
The improvement is that the foam concentrate viscosity reducer is one or a mixture of more of ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol, n-propanol, isopropanol, glycerol, n-butanol, n-pentanol, ethylenediamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine and isopropanolamine.
The foam extinguishing agent has low viscosity (10-25 mPa.s), after the foam extinguishing agent is mixed with water in a volume ratio of 3 (foam liquid) to 97 (volume ratio), the viscosity of the foam mixed liquid is rapidly increased (20-100 mPa.s), and foam with good foam stability and better adhesiveness can be formed by using a foam extinguishing system for foaming, so that the effects of rapidly extinguishing fire, continuously cooling and preventing reburning are achieved.
Tackifying principle: the compatibility of alkyl amidopropyl betaine and alkylolamide in aqueous solution is poor, and the two tackifier structures are dispersed in an aqueous solution system in a molecular chain curling mode under the action of an alcohol ether solvent, so that the low viscosity property of the foam concentrated solution is macroscopically reflected. After the foam liquid and water are mixed, the two tackifier components are greatly diluted, the mutual restriction effect is greatly reduced, and the molecular chain is gradually stretched from curling. In the process, hydrogen bonds are formed between amide groups in the alkanolamide and the alkyl amidopropyl betaine and other surfactant micelles, so that the aggregation and the conversion of the micelles are accelerated, and the tackifying effect is obviously improved.

Example 1
In the embodiment, fluorocarbon surfactants are Capstone 1440 and Capstone 1157, a foaming agent is alkyl glycoside (APG0810), an anti-burning agent is ammonium polyphosphate, an anti-freezing agent is urea, the preservative is sodium benzoate, a pH regulator is sodium citrate, a foam mixed solution tackifier is a mixture of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and cocamidopropyl betaine, and a foam concentrated solution viscosity reducer is a mixture of 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol and triethanolamine.
The environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the water-soluble paint comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 14402.5% of Capstone, 11571.5% of Capstone, 08102% of APG, 2% of ammonium polyphosphate, 5% of urea, 0.5% of sodium benzoate, 0.1% of sodium citrate, 3% of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 3% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 3% of 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol, 2% of triethanolamine and the balance of industrial soft water.
Adding industrial soft water into a reaction kettle, sequentially adding a foam concentrated solution viscosity reducer, a fluorocarbon surfactant, a foaming agent, an anti-burning agent, an anti-freezing agent and a preservative under mechanical stirring at 200r/min, and stirring for 20 minutes; adding tackifier into the foam mixed solution, and continuously stirring for 20 min; adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH value to be less than 9; standing for defoaming for 30min, and filling.
Example 2
In the embodiment, fluorocarbon surfactants are Capstone 1440 and Capstone 1470, a foaming agent is alkyl glycoside APG215, an anti-burning agent is polyethylene glycol, an anti-freezing agent is ethylene glycol, a preservative is sodium benzoate, a pH regulator is sodium citrate, a foam mixed solution tackifier is coconut oil fatty acid monoethanolamide and dodecyl dimethyl betaine, and a foam concentrated solution viscosity reducer is a mixture of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and glycerol.

Example 3
In the embodiment, fluorocarbon surfactants are Capstone 1430 and Capstone 1470, a foaming agent is alkyl glycoside APG0810, an anti-burning agent is polyethylene glycol and ammonium polyphosphate, an anti-freezing agent is ethylene glycol, a preservative is sodium benzoate, a pH regulator is sodium citrate, a foam mixed liquid tackifier is lauric acid alkylolamide phosphate and C10-12 alkylamide propyl betaine, and a foam concentrated liquid viscosity reducer is a mixture of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and isopropanolamine.
The environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: capstone 14303% and Capstone 14705%. APG 081010%, polyethylene glycol 4%, ammonium polyphosphate 3%, ethylene glycol 5%, urea 10%, sodium benzoate 1.5%, sodium citrate 0.3%, lauric acid alkylolamide phosphate 5%, C10-12 alkylamide propyl betaine 10%, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether 6%, isopropanolamine 4%, and the balance of industrial soft water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Comparative example
The comparative example water film-forming foam extinguishing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the industrial soft water comprises the following components, by weight, 14402% of Capstone, 14704% of Capstone, 2156% of APG, 8% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 4% of polyethylene glycol, 10% of ethylene glycol, 1.0% of sodium benzoate, 0.2% of sodium citrate, 0.25% of xanthan gum, 0.15% of sodium alginate and the balance industrial soft water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
The viscosities of the foam concentrate and the foam mixture of the three solutions were measured, respectively, and compared with those of the comparative foam extinguishing agent product. As shown in the following table, the viscosity of the product of the invention was significantly increased after dilution.

The physical and chemical performance and standard fire extinguishing performance tests are carried out on the basis of 15308-2006, and the main parameters are shown in the following table. The three formulas can achieve IA-level fire extinguishing performance and have the capabilities of quickly extinguishing fire and resisting burning.
In conclusion, the foam extinguishing agent disclosed by the invention is good in foam stability, strong in adhesion, good in fire extinguishing and cooling effects, simple in preparation method and suitable for industrialization.

A diluted and tackified type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 4-8% of fluorocarbon surfactant, 2-10% of foaming agent, 2-7% of anti-burning agent, 5-15% of antifreeze agent, 6-15% of tackifier of foam mixed solution, 5-10% of viscosity reducer of foam concentrated solution, 0.5-1.5% of preservative, 0.1-0.3% of pH regulator and the balance of industrial soft water; the foam mixed liquid tackifier is formed by mixing an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A is alkylolamide, and the agent B is alkylamide propyl betaine.

The diluted and tackified aqueous film forming fire suppressant of claim 1, wherein the fluorocarbon surfactant is one or more selected from the group consisting of Capstone 1430, Capstone 1440, Capstone 1157 and Capstone 1470; the foaming agent is alkyl glycoside; the anti-burning agent is one or a mixture of polyethylene glycol and polyphosphate; the antifreeze is one or a mixture of ethylene glycol and urea; the preservative is sodium benzoate; the pH regulator is sodium citrate.
3. The diluted and viscosified aqueous film-forming foam fire suppressant of claim 2, wherein said alkyl glycoside is APG 0810.
4. The diluted and tackified aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the viscosity reducer of foam concentrate is one or more of ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol, n-propanol, isopropanol, glycerol, n-butanol, n-pentanol, ethylenediamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, isopropanolamine.
5. The preparation method of the diluted and tackified type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, adding industrial soft water into a reaction kettle, sequentially adding a foam concentrated solution viscosity reducer, a fluorocarbon surfactant, a foaming agent, an anti-burning agent, an anti-freezing agent and a preservative under mechanical stirring at 100-500 r/min, and stirring for 20 min;
step 2, adding a foam mixed liquid tackifier into the system, and continuously stirring for 20 min;
step 3, adding a pH regulator into the reaction kettle, and controlling the pH value of the product to be less than 9;
and 4, standing and defoaming for 30min, and filling the product.
