Abstract

本发明公开了一种混凝土层面处理剂的配方，由主剂C6220缓凝剂(配比16.6％)和粉碎锯糠(配比27.7％)，加入辅剂柠檬酸(配比0.3％)和粉煤灰(配比55.4％)混合而成的。具有操作简单，使用方便，处理混凝土层面时间适宜，处理后保证碾压混凝土层面质量高等特点，是现代混凝土层面处理的最佳配方。

Description

混凝土层面处理剂
本发明涉及利用化学方法处理已浇筑的混凝土层面，特别适合于碾压混凝土。
混凝土的层面处理有多种形式，人工凿、机械刷、高压水冲和用化学方法处理等等，目的都是去除混凝土表面的“乳皮”，增加摩擦力，以利于上一层混凝土的更好结合。目前国内外已有的化学处理方法主要有缓凝型和阻凝型的处理剂，但其使用和推广都很困难，主要是其适用性差，而且在高温季节施工处理剂很容易失效，另外使用过程掌握冲面时间困难，操作方法烦琐，污染环境，处理使用成本较高，处理质量难以保证等等。
本发明的目的是要提供一种廉价，无毒，无环境污染，操作方法简单，处理时间适宜，处理后保证碾压混凝土层面质量高，对混凝土各项力学强度均无不利影响，在高温下不失效的缓凝型复合处理剂的最佳配方。
为了实现本发明所述的目的，首先在技术上要解决一个优选的方案，即取一种有很好的耐高温性和时间适宜的缓凝剂，使其能达到混凝土层面处理的最佳指标。为此，本发明选用了一种混合的缓凝剂，其代号为C6220，以C6220缓凝剂结合粉碎锯糠作为主剂，并配以辅剂柠檬酸和粉煤灰，即完成了本发明混凝土层面处理剂的配方。本配方结构简单，无毒，无环境污染，对混凝土各项力学强度均无不利影响。
其合成的处理剂配比为：
主剂：C6220缓凝剂      16.6％
粉碎锯糠               27.7％
辅剂：柠檬酸            0.3％
粉煤灰                 55.4％
本发明由以下的实施例给出。
取主剂C6220缓凝剂16.6公斤和粉碎锯糠27，7公斤，取辅剂柠檬酸0.3公斤和粉煤灰55.4公斤，主剂和辅剂共计为100公斤。将主剂和辅剂混合搅拌至均匀，把混合后的处理剂用人工或机械铺撒在未初凝的混凝土层面上，用扫把扫均匀，然后喷水保温，待48小时左右，再用低压水冲面，即可获得处理好的层面。混合100公斤混凝土层面处理剂，可处理120平方米的混凝土层面。

1、一种混凝土层面处理剂的配方，其特征是由主剂和辅剂混合构成的，所述的主剂是一种混合的缓凝剂和粉碎锯糠，所述的辅剂是柠檬酸和粉煤灰。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种混合缓凝剂其代号为；C6220。
3、根据权利要求1所述的混凝土层面处理剂配方其配比量如下；
主剂；C6220缓凝剂      16.6％
粉碎锯糠               27.7％
辅剂：柠檬酸            0.3％
粉煤灰                 55.4％
