When the leakage is oil, the bag body 24 is made of polyurethane TPU.

a 2: after the first operator finishes the installation of the drainage interface, connecting the drainage interface with a flow guide pipe of a drainage pipeline, and enabling a three-way ball valve to be in an open-close state;
a 3: the second operator connects the two shunt tubes with the quick connector respectively, connects the two shunt tubes with the material filling bag, and adjusts the valve of the quick connector to an opening state;
a 4: the third operator carries 3-5 groups of material filling bags and quick connectors for standby;

b 1: if the leakage point is the tank containing point of the tank car, an operator I and an operator III hold the flow guide pipe and the first pressing piece, select proper positions, and install the first pressing piece at the leakage part of the tank wall to enable the leakage material to flow out from an opening side outlet of the three-way ball valve; if the leakage point is a pipeline of the tank car, an operator I and an operator III hold the flow guide pipe and the second pressing piece, select proper positions, and install the second pressing piece at the leakage part of the pipeline to enable the leaked materials to flow out from an opening side outlet of the three-way ball valve; if the leakage point is a valve of the tank car, one operator holds the flow guide pipe, and the other operator tightly ties the flow guide bag and the pipeline wall on the inner side of the valve by using the hose clamp, so that the leakage material flows out from an opening side outlet of the three-way ball valve;
b 2: the second operator connects the connected shunt tubes and the material filling bag with the closed side interface of the three-way ball valve, and adjusts the three-way ball valve switch after the connection is finished, so that the leaked materials enter the material filling bag through the shunt tubes;
b 3: the first operator and the third operator use the strapping tapes to strap and press the first pressing piece or the second pressing piece, and then follow-up operation of material conveying is carried out;
b 4: if the flow of the leaked materials is larger, the other flow dividing pipe is connected with a closing side interface of the three-way ball valve, and the three-way ball valve is adjusted to be opened at the two sides simultaneously, so that the double-pipeline transmission and rotation of the flow dividing pipes are realized;
b 5: when the material filling bag is full, the quick connector is closed, and a new material filling bag is replaced and connected so as to continue to implement material conveying and transferring operation.
