背景技术
我国犬猫等宠物的饲养量在逐年增加，宠物在家庭中的地位也越来越高，但随之而来的是宠物各种疾病也越来越多，其中皮肤性疾病所占比例最高。宠物的皮肤性疾病主要包括真菌性皮肤病、寄生虫性皮肤病和细菌性皮肤病三大类。而宠物感染皮肤性疾病后，不仅危害着宠物健康，也同时威胁着人类健康。皮肤病可能会导致消耗宠物体的营养物质、给宠物造成机械性损伤、使宠物因缺乏营养而生长缓慢，发育停滞，瘦弱、贫血、消瘦；或流产、死胎、失去繁殖力；或出现癣癞、皮糙、皮炎、瘙痒、脱毛、体弱、免疫力抵抗力下降，容易患病；而当患有皮肤病的传给宠物接触人类后，特别是患有寄生虫类皮肤病的宠物，大部分寄生虫都可以经过宠物传染给人。造成儿童发育不良，智力低下，瘦弱、贫血，妇女流产、不孕，甚至失去生殖能力；严重者可导致失明、瘫痪、死亡等。
对于目前的宠物皮肤病而言，主要的预防和治疗途径是使用药物，药物治疗在初期的效果较好，但是发病后，尤其是疾病后期的治疗非常困难，治疗周期也很长，而且复发率非常高，再加上治疗中需要剃除宠物的被毛，影响宠物的美观。若出现以上三类皮肤性疾病的混合感染，治疗起来更加的困难。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术的不足，提供一种宠物专用香波及其制备方法，该香波包括杀虫剂、抑菌剂和杀卵剂，可以有效预防真菌性皮肤病、寄生虫性皮肤病和细菌性皮肤病，且使用方便的宠物用多功能香波。
一种宠物专用香波，包括如下原料，按重量份计：
杀虫剂1-10份、抑菌剂0.001-0.1份、杀卵剂0.1-1份、表面活性剂10-50份、调理剂1-10份、增稠剂0.1-10份、保湿剂0.5-5份、水20-80份；
所述杀虫剂为多硫化钙；所述抑菌剂为癸甲溴铵和环己烯亚胺的一种或两种的组合；所述的杀卵剂为环丙氨嗪。
进一步的，上述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱等中一种或几种。
进一步的，上述调理剂为甲基硅油、乙基硅油、苯基硅油、甲基苯基硅油、甲基含氢硅油、乙基含氢硅油、二甲基硅氧烷、甲基氯苯基硅油、甲基羟基硅油的一种或几种。
进一步的，上述增稠剂为聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、硫酸钠、硫酸铵中的一种或几种。
进一步的，上述保湿剂为羊毛脂和甘油中一种或两种。
进一步的，上述宠物专用香波包括如下原料，按重量份计：
多硫化钙4份、环丙氨嗪0.1份、癸甲溴铵0.005份、环己烯亚胺0.4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵9份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1份、甲基硅油1份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1份、甘油0.5份、水77份。
进一步的，上述宠物专用香波的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
1)按上述重量份称取多硫化钙、环丙氨嗪、癸甲溴铵加入水中，搅拌到溶解，获得溶液A；
2)按上述重量份称取环己烯亚胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、十二烷基硫酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、甲基硅油、和聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯依次加入到水中，在乳化设备中进行乳化，温度设置为50-60℃，混合后获得溶液B；
3)将步骤1)获得的溶液A加入到步骤2)获得的溶液B中，继续乳化，温度为48-50℃，获得溶液C；
4)将甘油加入步骤3)获得溶液C中，混合均匀后获得宠物专用香波。
有益效果：
本申请制备的宠物专用香波可以针对真菌感染、寄生虫感染、真菌和寄生虫混合感染、继发金葡萄菌感染的宠物均有良好治愈效果，7天治愈率高于70％，14天转阴率为100％。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域人员更好地理解本申请中的技术方案，下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明，所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例，而不是全部，本发明不受下述实施例的限制。
实施例1
称取多硫化钙4kg、环丙氨嗪0.1kg、癸甲溴铵0.005kg，加入到10kg纯化水中，搅拌直至全部溶解，得到溶液A。
称取环己烯亚胺0.4kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵9kg、十二烷基硫酸钠3kg、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱2kg、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1kg、甲基硅油1kg、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1kg、纯化水67kg，投入乳化设备中进行乳化，温度50-60摄氏度，混合均匀后得溶液B。
将溶液A加入到溶液B中，继续混合乳化，温度50摄氏度，最后将加入甘油0.5kg，混合均匀后的本发明香波。
实施例2
试验组：选用一犬场120只患有皮肤病的犬作为实验动物，经实验室诊断，其中真菌感染犬34只，寄生虫感染37只，真菌和寄生虫混合感染49只。以上120只犬中继发金黄色葡萄球菌的有12只。
使用实施例1制得的多功能香波，每天给实验动物洗澡一次，连续使用7天。第8天实验室诊断，记录症状消失犬的数量。从第8天开始，给没有痊愈的犬继续采用以上方法洗澡，再使用7天，并在实验后的第一天进行实验室诊断，记录症状消失犬的数量。
治疗对照组：选取患有真菌性皮肤病的犬30只，使用特比萘芬喷剂进行治疗；选取患有寄生虫性皮肤病的犬30只，使用非泼罗尼喷剂进行治疗。以上两组每天用药一次，连用7天，第8天实验室诊断，记录症状消失犬的数量。从第8天开始，给没有痊愈的犬继续采用以上方法洗澡，再使用7天，并在实验后的第一天进行实验室诊断，记录症状消失犬的数量。
空白对照组：选取患有真菌性皮肤病的犬30只和患有寄生虫性皮肤病的犬30只，每天使用普通宠物沐浴露进行一次洗澡，分别在第7天和第15天进行实验室诊断，记录症状消失犬的数量。
实验过程中所有实验动物隔离单独饲养，不与其它实验和非实验犬接触。
表1使用本申请香波的实验结果
从以上结果可以看出，本发明对犬真菌性皮肤病、寄生虫性皮肤病、混合感染性皮肤病，均有很好的防治效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种宠物专用香波，其特征在于，包括如下原料，按重量份计：
杀虫剂1-10份、抑菌剂0.001-0.1份、杀卵剂0.1-1份、表面活性剂10-50份、调理剂1-10份、增稠剂0.1-10份、保湿剂0.5-5份、水20-80份；
所述杀虫剂为多硫化钙；所述抑菌剂为癸甲溴铵和环己烯亚胺的一种或两种的组合；所述的杀卵剂为环丙氨嗪。
2.如权利要求1所述的宠物专用香波，其特征在于，所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱等中一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的宠物专用香波，其特征在于，所述的调理剂为甲基硅油、乙基硅油、苯基硅油、甲基苯基硅油、甲基含氢硅油、乙基含氢硅油、二甲基硅氧烷、甲基氯苯基硅油、甲基羟基硅油的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的宠物专用香波，其特征在于，所述的增稠剂为聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、硫酸钠、硫酸铵中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的宠物专用香波，其特征在于，所述的保湿剂为羊毛脂和甘油中一种或两种。
6.如权利要求1所述的宠物专用香波，其特征在于，所述的宠物专用香波包括如下原料，按重量份计：
多硫化钙4份、环丙氨嗪0.1份、癸甲溴铵0.005份、环己烯亚胺0.4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵9份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1份、甲基硅油1份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1份、甘油0.5份、水77份。
7.如权利要求6任一项所述的宠物专用香波的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
1)按上述重量份称取多硫化钙、环丙氨嗪、癸甲溴铵加入水中，搅拌到溶解，获得溶液A；
2)按上述重量份称取环己烯亚胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、十二烷基硫酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、甲基硅油和聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯依次加入到水中，在乳化设备中进行乳化，温度设置为50-60℃，混合后获得溶液B；
3)将步骤1)获得的溶液A加入到步骤2)获得的溶液B中，继续乳化，温度为48-50℃，获得溶液C；
4)将甘油加入步骤3)获得溶液C中，混合均匀后获得宠物专用香波。
