The torque sensor and the pulling pressure sensor respectively detect a torque value and a pulling pressure value between the elastic component 24 and the connecting cylinder 211 in real time and send the torque value and the pulling pressure value to the controller 3, the controller 3 displays the received torque value and the received pulling pressure value to an operator through a touch screen of the controller, the operator can adjust the driving force of the driving motor 15 and the magnetic field intensity of the second electromagnet 18 according to the torque value and the pulling pressure value, so that the torque value and the pulling pressure value between the elastic component 24 and the connecting cylinder 211 are in a proper range, and the acupuncture needle 2 can generate soft and effective stimulation on acupuncture points. It is understood that the driving unit 1 can independently drive the acupuncture needle 2 to rotate around the axis, and can also independently drive the acupuncture needle 2 to move along the axis. The controller 3 may also automatically adjust the driving force of the driving motor 15 and the magnetic field strength of the second electromagnet 18 according to a preset torque target range and a pull-up pressure target range and the received torque value and pull-up pressure value.
Because the acting force is transmitted between the driving device 1 and the acupuncture needle 2 by adopting the magnetic force action, the acting force between the driving device 1 and the acupuncture needle 2 becomes relatively soft, the butt joint part 21 is connected with the needle handle 22 by adopting the elastic component 24, the acting force between the butt joint part 21 and the needle handle 22 can be buffered, the stimulation force of the needle body 23 on the acupuncture points of the human body becomes soft, and the condition that the acting force between the needle body 23 and the human tissue at the corresponding acupuncture points is suddenly increased to cause the discomfort of the human body and even the injury of the human tissue at the moment that the driving device 1 applies the twisting force and/or the push-pull force on the butt joint part 21 is avoided. Since there is a small variation in voltage during actual use, and thus the driving force of the driving device has a small fluctuation, the elastic member 24 also serves to alleviate the fluctuation in driving force caused by the voltage fluctuation.
The elastic component 24 is a cylindrical body with an annular cross section, which not only ensures the matching area of the elastic component 24 with the connecting cylinder 211 and the needle handle 22, ensures uniform stress and reliable connection, but also facilitates the assembly and connection of the elastic component 24 with the connecting cylinder 211 and the needle handle 22.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the elastic member 24 is a cylindrical body with an annular cross section, which is only a preferred arrangement, and those skilled in the art can adjust the arrangement as required, for example, the elastic member 24 may include a plurality of cylindrical bodies with a sector annular cross section, the plurality of cylindrical bodies are uniformly distributed around the needle shaft 22 and fixedly connected with the outer circumferential surface of the needle shaft 22 and the inner circumferential surface of the connecting cylinder 211, and the elastic member 24 may also be a spring or other suitable elastic structure. In addition, the elastic member 24 is made of rubber, which is a specific arrangement and can be adjusted by those skilled in the art according to the needs, for example, the elastic member 24 can be made of elastic material such as silicone rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, etc. In a further possible embodiment, the two second permanent magnets 17 can also be replaced by two electromagnets.
In another possible embodiment, the fixing bracket 212 and the first permanent magnet 213 may not be provided on the connecting cylinder 211, and the connecting cylinder 211 itself serves as a permanent magnet and magnetically moves the acupuncture needle 2 around and/or along its axis with the driving unit 1.
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8. Wherein, fig. 7 is a structural view of an acupuncture device according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is an enlarged view of a portion B of fig. 7.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, unlike the first embodiment, the driving device 1 does not include the driving motor 15, the sleeve 16 is directly fixed on the lower portion of the fixed seat 14, six pairs of opposite first electromagnets 19 are circumferentially arranged on the inner side wall of the sleeve 16, and the first electromagnets 19 are connected with the controller 3. In the using process, the controller 3 controls the six pairs of first electromagnets 19 to be sequentially electrified for a set time (for example, 0.5s) according to a specific rule and then to be powered off, so that each pair of the six pairs of first electromagnets 19 sequentially generates a magnetic field, and magnetic poles at the left and right ends of the first permanent magnet 213 sequentially generate magnetic adsorption force with the different pairs of electromagnets 19, thereby realizing the purpose of driving the acupuncture needle 2 to rotate around the axis.
Through the arrangement, a driving motor is not needed to drive the sleeve 16 to rotate, and a rotating magnetic field can be generated only by controlling the on-off of the first electromagnets 19, so that the acupuncture needle 2 is driven to rotate around the axis thereof through the magnetic force, the structure is simplified, and the volume is reduced. With such an arrangement, the controller 3 can control the two opposing first electromagnets 19 to be alternately energized to swing the acupuncture needle 2 between the two opposing first electromagnets 19, and can also control the plurality of first electromagnets 19 in different directions to sequentially turn on and off points to swing the acupuncture needle 2 in multiple directions. In addition, the controller 3 can adjust the frequency of the oscillation and vibration of the acupuncture needle 2 by controlling the on-off frequency of the first electromagnet 19, and can also adjust the amplitude of the oscillation and vibration of the acupuncture needle 2 by controlling the magnitude of the current passed through the first electromagnet 19, thereby achieving the required needle waking effect for different situations.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the provision of six pairs of first electromagnets 19 on the inner side wall of the sleeve 16 is only one specific arrangement and may be modified as required by those skilled in the art, for example, five, seven, eight or more pairs of first electromagnets 19 may be provided on the inner side wall of the sleeve 16.
In the above embodiment, the driving device 1 is a magnetic driving device, which is only a preferred embodiment, and can be adjusted by those skilled in the art as required, for example, in another possible embodiment, the driving motor 15 is installed at the lower portion of the fixing base 14, the electric push rod is fixed on the output shaft of the driving motor 15, and the electric push rod is connected with the butt joint portion 21 of the acupuncture needle 2 in a snap-fit manner, so that the acupuncture needle 2 is driven to rotate around the axis thereof and move along the axis thereof by the driving motor 15 and the electric push rod, respectively. However, the degree of stimulation of the acupuncture needle 2 to the acupuncture points of the human body is not as gentle as the above-described embodiment, and the structure of the driving device is large in size and relatively complicated.
In another possible embodiment, the second electromagnet 18 is not provided in the sleeve 16, and only the second permanent magnet 17 or the first electromagnet 19 is provided, and the rotation of the needle 2 about its axis is realized by the magnetic force with the first permanent magnet 213.
In another possible embodiment, the second permanent magnet 17 and the first electromagnet 19 are not provided in the sleeve 16, and only the second electromagnet 18 is provided, and the movement of the acupuncture needle 2 along the axis thereof is realized by the magnetic force with the first permanent magnet 213.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that, in the above embodiment, the driving device includes a base 11, a vertical telescopic rod 12 is fixed on the base 11, a horizontal telescopic rod 13 is connected to the upper end of the vertical telescopic rod 12, a fixed seat 14 is connected to the free end of the horizontal telescopic rod 13, and a driving motor 15 is fixed on the lower portion of the fixed seat 14, which is also a specific setting mode, and those skilled in the art can adjust the driving device, for example, the driving device may include a base 11, a vertical support rod is fixed on the base 11, a horizontal support rod is connected to the upper end of the vertical support rod, a fixed seat is connected to the free end of the horizontal support rod; in another possible embodiment, the acupuncture device includes a bed and a cover disposed above the bed, a space for accommodating a human body is formed between the bed and the cover, a plurality of driving motors are arrayed on the cover, a sleeve with an open lower portion is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving motors, a second permanent magnet with opposite magnetic poles is disposed on an inner side wall of the sleeve, a second electromagnet is disposed on an inner side of an upper portion of the sleeve, and an acupuncture needle is the same as the acupuncture needle of the above-described embodiment.
On the other hand, the invention also provides an acupuncture needle, which comprises an abutting part, a needle handle and a needle body which are connected in sequence, wherein the needle handle and the needle body are fixedly connected or integrally formed, and the abutting part and the needle handle are connected through an elastic component. Preferably, the butt joint part comprises a connecting cylinder, the connecting cylinder is sleeved on the needle handle, and the elastic component is arranged between the inner surface of the connecting cylinder and the corresponding outer surface of the needle handle. In the use, no matter through drive arrangement drive, still artifical manual operation, owing to the setting of elastic component, all can produce through elastic component and deform the torsional force and/or the push-and-pull power that makes the needle handle receive and increase gradually to make the effort between the needle body and the human tissue that corresponds acupuncture point department increase gradually, make the needle body become soft to the amazing dynamics of human acupuncture point.
It is to be understood that the needle for acupuncture of the present invention may have the same structure as the needle for acupuncture in the acupuncture device of the above-described embodiments.
As apparent from the above description, in an aspect of the present invention, an acupuncture device includes a driving apparatus and an acupuncture needle, the acupuncture needle includes a butt portion, a needle handle and a needle body which are connected in sequence, the needle handle and the needle body are fixedly connected or integrally formed, the butt portion and the needle handle are connected by an elastic member, the driving apparatus is configured to drive the butt portion to rotate around an axis of the acupuncture needle and/or move along the axis, so that the needle handle and the needle body rotate along the axis and/or move along the axis. In the process that the driving device drives the butt joint part on the acupuncture needle to rotate around the axis of the acupuncture needle and/or move along the axis of the acupuncture needle, the butt joint part transmits torsional force and/or push-pull force to the needle handle through the elastic component, the elastic component deforms when stressed, and the torsional force and/or the push-pull force borne by the needle handle can be gradually increased, so that the acting force between the needle body and the human tissue at the corresponding acupuncture point is gradually increased, the stimulation force of the needle body to the human acupuncture point is softened, and the condition that the acting force between the needle body and the human tissue at the corresponding acupuncture point is suddenly increased at the moment when the driving device applies the torsional force and/or the push-pull force on the butt joint part to cause discomfort of the human body and even damage of the human tissue is avoided.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that although some embodiments described herein include some features included in other embodiments instead of others, combinations of features of different embodiments are meant to be within the scope of the invention and form different embodiments. For example, in the claims of the present invention, any of the claimed embodiments may be used in any combination.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. An acupuncture device, characterized in that, the acupuncture device comprises a driving device and an acupuncture needle, the acupuncture needle comprises a butt joint part, a needle handle and a needle body which are connected in sequence, the needle handle and the needle body are fixedly connected or integrally formed, the butt joint part and the needle handle are connected through an elastic component,
the drive means is arranged to drive the abutment to rotate about and/or move along the axis of the acupuncture needle so as to cause the shank and the needle body to rotate along the axis and/or move along the axis.
2. The acupuncture device of claim 1, wherein the interface includes a connector barrel that is sleeved over the needle shaft, the resilient member being disposed between an inner surface of the connector barrel and a corresponding outer surface on the needle shaft.
3. The acupuncture device of claim 2, wherein the resilient member is a cylinder of circular cross-section.
4. The acupuncture device of claim 2, wherein the connecting cylinder is provided with or is itself a first permanent magnet, and the driving means is a magnetic driving means arranged to drive the abutment to rotate around and/or move along the axis of the acupuncture needle by magnetic force.
5. The acupuncture device according to claim 4, wherein the magnetic driving means includes a sleeve, a driving motor for driving the sleeve to rotate about a rotational axis thereof, and a pair of second permanent magnets having opposite magnetic poles provided on an inner side wall of the sleeve,
in a use state, the connecting cylinder is positioned in the sleeve and is coaxially arranged with the sleeve, the driving motor drives the sleeve to rotate, and the butt joint part is driven to rotate around the axis of the acupuncture needle under the action of magnetic force between the pair of second permanent magnets and the first permanent magnet.
6. The acupuncture device according to claim 4, wherein the magnetic driving means includes a sleeve and a plurality of pairs of first electromagnets having opposite magnetic poles provided on an inner side wall of the sleeve along a circumferential direction thereof,
in a use state, the connecting cylinder is positioned in the sleeve and is coaxially arranged with the sleeve, and a plurality of pairs of first electromagnets can form a rotating magnetic field in the sleeve, so that the butt joint part is driven to rotate around the axis of the acupuncture needle by the magnetic action between the plurality of pairs of electromagnets and the first permanent magnet.

The acupuncture device according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the magnetic driving means further comprises a second electromagnet disposed in the sleeve and opposed to the first permanent magnet, the second electromagnet being capable of generating a magnetic field in an opposite direction so as to drive the abutment to move along the axis by an attractive or repulsive force of the second electromagnet with the first permanent magnet.
8. The acupuncture device according to claim 1, comprising a controller connected to the driving means, wherein a torque sensor and a tension and pressure sensor are provided between the elastic member and the abutment or the needle grip, and the torque sensor and the tension and pressure sensor are respectively in communication with the controller.
9. An acupuncture needle is characterized by comprising a butt joint part, a needle handle and a needle body which are sequentially connected, wherein the needle handle and the needle body are fixedly connected or integrally formed, and the butt joint part is connected with the needle handle through an elastic component.
10. The needle as claimed in claim 9, wherein the abutment portion comprises a connecting cylinder fitted over the shank, and the elastic member is disposed between an inner surface of the connecting cylinder and a corresponding outer surface of the shank.
