Abstract
The present invention provides a multi-layer device for supplying nitric oxide, comprising: a gas impermeable layer; a functional unit layer, the functional unit layer comprising: the functional unit layer can further comprise sulfite which can be used as a deoxidizer for absorbing oxygen and slowing down oxidation; a liquid-absorbing layer; a hydrophobic and breathable layer, the surface of which is provided with a plurality of micropores for allowing gas to pass through; wherein the multi-layer device may further comprise a skin-friendly layer disposed on a side of the hydrophobic breathable layer adjacent to the user; wherein the multi-layered device is useful in a sanitary article.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a multilayer device for supplying nitric oxide, which achieves the purposes of health care and disease improvement by supplying nitric oxide to skin or the inside of a human body and belongs to the field of life health care.
Background
In 1998, the importance of nitric oxide in organisms has been widely demonstrated by scientists in the united states of fouigo (Robert Furchgott), ergala (Louis j. ignarro) and mrad (ferred Murad)3, honored the nobel biomedical prize for the research efforts of Nitric Oxide (NO).
Nitric oxide is an important physiological regulator in the immune system, nervous system and cardiovascular system, and it can cause relaxation of vascular smooth muscle in vivo, and can regulate myocardial blood supply, balance blood pressure, reduce vascular resistance, prevent angina pectoris, strengthen lung function, control hypertension, etc. by vasodilating and dilating blood vessels to ensure adequate blood supply to heart, and it has been approved in some areas as a pulmonary vasodilator for treating neonatal diseases.
Nitric oxide is also a nerve conduction substance, which can transmit the information among nerve cells, promote the communication among nerve cells, has close relation with the centers of brain learning, memory, sleep, coordination and the like, can achieve the effects of promoting brain learning, improving memory, improving sleep quality, releasing pressure and the like when being applied to a human body, and can influence the digestive function of stomach and intestine, even erection of genitals, relieving menstrual pain and preventing senile dementia.
Nitric oxide also has the effects of reducing the resistance of insulin and improving the sensitivity of insulin to blood sugar, thereby accelerating the metabolism of blood sugar in vivo, being used for improving diabetes and complications thereof, preventing cancer and inhibiting the growth of tumor, enhancing the immunocompetence of macrophage by regulating the cytotoxicity of macrophage on microorganism and tumor cells to achieve the purposes of preventing and resisting cancer, being also beneficial to diminishing inflammation and relieving pain, and improving different pathophysiological states such as septic shock, hypertension, apoplexy, neurodegenerative diseases and the like besides mediating normal physiological functions of nitric oxide, thereby playing an important role in the field of medical health.
In order to actually apply the above-mentioned nitric oxide efficacy to human body, it is a major problem in the field how to generate nitric oxide and supply and apply it to biomedical treatment to achieve the above-mentioned various efficacies.
Nitric oxide can be applied to various types of biological medicine, wherein the externally applied type of nitric oxide is proved to be capable of helping wound healing of wounds and burns and scalds, treating male and female sexual dysfunction, promoting hair growth and acting on parts needing vasodilatation, for example, patents TW 200841880 and TW 201417845 in Taiwan area disclose that nitrite, acid and reducing agent can be acted together to generate nitric oxide, and the nitric oxide is applied in an externally applied patch mode to achieve the effects of treating burns and scalds and the like; US patent No. 9801902 also provides a topical nitric oxide patch for the treatment of wounds by generating nitric oxide through a nitrite-based reaction; however, since nitric oxide has free radicals, which make it chemically very reactive, when it reacts with oxygen in the air, it forms corrosive and toxic nitrogen dioxide (NO2), which is irritating to the human body and further causes toxic reactions when inhaled by the human body, and further causes adverse health effects if exposed to the nitrogen dioxide environment for a long time.
In order to prevent the nitric oxide gas released from the patch of external application type from being converted into toxic nitrogen dioxide, it is an important issue in the field to prevent the reaction between oxygen and nitric oxide in contact between the patch and the skin.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a device for supplying nitric oxide, which is applied to a biomedical field by external application, and solves the above-mentioned problems, so as to achieve the above-mentioned effects.
To solve the aforementioned problems, the present invention provides a multi-layered device 1 for supplying nitric oxide, comprising:
the air-impermeable layer 2 is positioned at one end far away from a user;
a liquid absorbing layer 4 for absorbing excess liquid;
a functional unit layer 3 disposed between the gas impermeable layer 2 and the liquid absorbing layer 4, for generating nitric oxide gas by a chemical reaction, the functional unit layer 3 comprising: a metal unit 32 and a nitric acid wrapping unit 31, wherein the metal unit 32 can react with nitric acid to generate nitric oxide; wherein the nitric acid coating unit 31 seals nitric acid 313 therein, the nitric acid 313 can be released by destroying the nitric acid coating unit 31, and the nitric acid 313 is dilute nitric acid;
a hydrophobic and breathable layer 5, the surface of which has a plurality of micropores 51 for allowing gas to pass through, wherein the hydrophobic and breathable layer 5 can be a single layer or a composite layer.
For the purpose of the present invention, the nitric oxide delivery multilayer device 1 may further comprise a skin-friendly layer 6, which is hydrophilic and is adapted to absorb body fluids, disposed on the side of the hydrophobic breathable layer 5 that is adjacent to the user.
In order to achieve the purpose of the present invention, the material of the air-impermeable layer 2 is a composite film of polypropylene, polyethylene plastic film, aluminum film or a combination thereof.
For the purpose of the present invention, the functional unit layer 3 may further contain a deoxidizer, a super absorbent polymer, an activator or a catalyst.
To achieve the object of the present invention, the deoxidizer includes an iron-based deoxidizer, a sulfite-based deoxidizer or a hydrogenation catalyst-type deoxidizer.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the deoxidizer is preferably a sulfite-based deoxidizer.
For the purpose of the present invention, the metal unit 32 is selected from the group consisting of sodium, magnesium, aluminum, zinc, iron, tin, lead, copper, silver and combinations thereof.
For the purpose of the present invention, the metal elements 32 may be in the form of powder, granules, wires, or films.
For the purpose of the present invention, the metal unit 32 may be located in the liquid absorbing layer 4.
For the purpose of the present invention, the nitric acid coating unit 31 may be one or more.
For the purpose of the present invention, the nitric acid coating unit 31 may be spherical, elliptical, bladder-shaped or tubular.
In order to achieve the purpose of the present invention, the nitric acid coating unit 31 is a metal composite film with high gas and water resistance, the inner layer of the nitric acid coating unit is a polymer film 312, and the outer layer of the nitric acid coating unit is a metal film 311.
To achieve the object of the present invention, the polymer film 312 is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), PET aluminum-plated film, PET-coated polysilazane, cast polypropylene film (CPP), CPP aluminum-plated film, aluminum oxide-compounded PET/CPP, copolyester plastic, and combinations thereof.
To achieve the objective of the present invention, the metal film 311 is made of a material selected from the group consisting of sodium, magnesium, aluminum, zinc, iron, tin, lead, copper, silver, and combinations thereof.
For the purpose of the present invention, the material of the metal film 311 is preferably aluminum, iron or copper.
For the purpose of the invention, the weight ratio of the nitric acid to the water is 1:3-1:20, preferably 1:4-1:6, and most preferably 1: 5.
In order to achieve the purpose of the present invention, the skin-friendly layer 6 can be silica gel, non-woven fabric, cotton material or plastic breathable film.
To achieve the object of the present invention, the device can be used in sanitary goods, which include human body dressing, eye patch, mask, face mask, bra, breast patch, galactorrhea patch, sanitary napkin, diaper, sanitary pad, wound dressing, band-aid, dressing gauze, and bedsore pad.
In addition to solving the above problems, the present invention provides a method for generating nitric oxide by reacting dilute nitric acid with a metal, which is applied to an external nitric oxide supply device, and has the advantage of generating sufficient amount of nitric oxide more rapidly and effectively than the currently used reactant; the present invention further provides a packaging unit for packaging dilute nitric acid, which is activated to generate nitric oxide when it is needed, and becomes a safe external nitric oxide supply device by the isolation of the liquid absorption layer.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the problem of the nitric oxide released from the topical nitric oxide patch is easily exposed to oxygen between the patch and the skin and then converted into irritating nitric oxide gas is solved by dissolving nitrogen dioxide in liquid and blocking the chemical reaction at the liquid absorbing layer or by using a deoxidizer.
The invention further discloses the optimal reaction formula ratio and dosage required for obtaining the optimal health care effect of the nitric oxide, and illustrates that the nitric oxide multi-layer device can be applied to sanitary products, and the invention is extended to the application.

Detailed Description
All technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs, unless otherwise defined.
The present invention is illustrated by the following examples, which should be understood that the following examples are only illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and to implement the same, but not to limit the scope of the present invention, i.e. all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the scope and spirit of the present invention should be covered within the scope of the present invention.
EXAMPLE one Structure of multilayer device for supplying nitric oxide
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a multi-layered device 1 for supplying nitric oxide, comprising:
the air-impermeable layer 2 is positioned at one end far away from a user and used for preventing the release of generated gas, wherein the air-impermeable layer 2 is made of a composite film of polypropylene, a polyethylene plastic film, an aluminum film or a combination of the polypropylene, the polyethylene plastic film and the aluminum film;
a liquid absorbing layer 4 for absorbing excess liquid including reactants, products and water;
a functional unit layer 3 disposed between the gas impermeable layer 2 and the liquid absorbing layer 4, which generates nitric oxide gas by a chemical reaction, the functional unit layer 3 comprising: a metal unit 32 and a nitric acid wrapping unit 31, wherein the metal unit 32 can react with nitric acid to generate nitric oxide; wherein the nitric acid wrapping unit 31 seals the nitric acid 313 therein, the nitric acid 313 can be released by destroying the nitric acid wrapping unit 31, the nitric acid 313 is dilute nitric acid, more precisely, the weight ratio of the nitric acid to the water is 1:3-1:20, preferably 1:4-1:6, and most preferably 1: 5;
a hydrophobic and gas-permeable layer 5 having a plurality of pores 51 on the surface thereof for allowing gas to pass therethrough, as shown in fig. 2, wherein the generated nitric oxide is absorbed into the interior of the human body through the plurality of pores 51 via the skin, nostrils, mouth, eyes or other parts of the human body in contact therewith, wherein the hydrophobic and gas-permeable layer 5 may be a single layer or a composite layer.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the nitric oxide delivery multilayer device 1 may further comprise a skin-friendly layer 6, which is hydrophilic and is adapted to absorb body fluids, arranged on the side of the hydrophobic breathable layer 5 that is adjacent to the user.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the nitric acid encapsulation unit 31 is used for storing nitric acid 313, as shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the nitric acid encapsulation unit 31 may be one or more, and may be spherical, elliptical, bag-shaped or tubular, and is stored in the functional unit layer 3;
as shown in fig. 4, the nitric acid coating unit 31 is a metal composite film with high gas and water resistance, the inner layer of the nitric acid coating unit is a polymer film 312, and the outer layer of the nitric acid coating unit is a metal film 311; the material of the polymer film 312 is selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a PET aluminum-plated film, PET-coated polysilazane, a cast polypropylene film (CPP), a CPP aluminum-plated film, an aluminum oxide composite PET/CPP, copolyester plastic, and a combination thereof; the material of the metal film 311 is selected from the group consisting of sodium, magnesium, aluminum, zinc, iron, tin, lead, copper, silver, and combinations thereof, and preferably is aluminum, iron, or copper.
EXAMPLE two Multi-layer device application and reaction for nitric oxide delivery
According to the embodiment of the present invention, when it is needed to use, the nitric acid can be released by destroying the nitric acid coated unit 31, wherein the destroying method comprises crushing, crushing or breaking, and the released nitric acid can react to generate nitric oxide when meeting the metal unit 32, and the reaction is as follows:

wherein X is magnesium, aluminum, zinc, iron, tin, lead or copper, Y is aluminum, iron or copper, and Z is sodium or silver; wherein the nitric acid is dilute nitric acid, more precisely, the weight ratio of nitric acid to water is 1:3-1:20, preferably 1:4-1:6, and most preferably 1: 5; wherein the metal elements 32 may be in the form of powder, granules, wires or films selected from the group consisting of sodium, magnesium, aluminum, zinc, iron, tin, lead, copper, silver and combinations thereof; the metal unit 32 may also be located in the liquid absorption layer 4, as shown in fig. 3B.
EXAMPLE III prevention of formation of topical Nitrogen dioxide
When the generated nitric oxide gas comes into contact with oxygen between the patch and the skin, it is easily converted into toxic and irritant nitrogen dioxide, which reacts as follows:

according to an embodiment of the present invention, the functional unit layer 3 may further include a deoxidizer, a super absorbent polymer, an activator or a catalyst, wherein the deoxidizer includes an iron-based deoxidizer, a sulfite-based deoxidizer or a hydrocatalyst-type deoxidizer, preferably a sulfite-based deoxidizer.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, sulfite-based deoxidizers are added to the functional unit layer 3, such as: sodium sulfite, a commonly used deoxidant, can absorb oxygen and slow down the oxidation, and is easy to react after contacting with oxygen as follows:
2Na2SO3+O2→2Na2SO4
through the reaction, the functional unit layer 3 can form an oxygen-free environment, so that the aim of preventing the generated nitric oxide from being oxidized into toxic and corrosive nitrogen dioxide is fulfilled, and the harm to a human body is further prevented; this example further allows the generation of the pre-produced nitric oxide of the present invention by reaction with dilute nitric acid as follows:
3Na2SO3+2HNO3→3Na2SO4+2NO↑+H2O
the invention also achieves the purpose of supplying nitric oxide by reacting dilute nitric acid with sodium sulfite.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, if nitrogen dioxide is still generated during the use process, the nitrogen dioxide may also react with water to form nitric oxide and nitric acid, which are reacted as follows:
3NO2+H2O→2HNO3+NO↑
the reaction further prevents the release of toxic nitrogen dioxide and converts it into the pre-generated nitric oxide of the present invention, which can more effectively protect the safety of the user by the barrier protection of the liquid absorbing layer 4 and the hydrophobic breathable layer 5.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the liquid absorbing layer 4 is used for absorbing excess liquid, the excess liquid comprises reactant, product and water, and the excess liquid cannot penetrate through the hydrophobic gas-permeable layer 5, and the hydrophobic gas-permeable layer 5 further prevents substances except gas from contacting the skin to cause injury, such as: nitrogen dioxide dissolved in liquid, etc.; however, nitric oxide generated in the functional unit layer 3 may pass through the liquid absorbent layer 4 and be released to the skin-friendly layer 6 through the micropores 51 in the hydrophobic gas-permeable layer 5 to reach the skin of the user and direct the supply of nitric oxide to the skin, and the skin-friendly layer 6 may be a silicone, non-woven fabric, cotton material or plastic gas-permeable film.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the nitric oxide delivery multi-layer device 1 may be used in sanitary products including, but not limited to, body dressings (see fig. 5), eye masks, face masks, bras, breast patches, galactophores, sanitary napkins, diapers, sanitary pads, wound dressings, band-aids, bandaging gauze, bedsore pads; wherein, during preservation, the packaging is made of airtight material to further ensure that air does not contact the nitric oxide delivery multilayer device 1; when in use, the airtight package is torn off and applied to a required position.
For the purpose of clarifying the preferred dosage ratio, the nitric oxide generating efficiency of each reactant was tested in the range of 0.01-100 g, and the ratio of the nitric oxide generating formulation was diluted nitric acid: the metal unit is 1:100-100:1, the reaction can generate nitric oxide, and the nitric oxide generation efficiency is better when the weight ratio is 1:10-10:1, and the nitric oxide generation efficiency is optimal when the molar concentration ratio is 8:3, 4:1 or 4:3 according to different metal units.
In summary, the multi-layered nitric oxide delivery device 1 of the present invention, when applied to sanitary products, can provide nitric oxide to relax vascular smooth muscle, regulate blood supply, balance blood pressure, and reduce vascular resistance, so as to prevent angina pectoris, strengthen lung function, and control hypertension; the nitric oxide-containing ophthalmic solution can also be used for improving neurological diseases, diabetes and complications thereof, radiotherapy side effects, septic shock, stroke, constipation, ultraviolet injury, eye acerbity, eye discomfort, burn and scald wound healing, cancer prevention and cancer resistance, and even is beneficial to brain learning, memory, sleep, genital erection, menstrual pain relief, immunity enhancement, senile dementia prevention and the like.
In summary, the present invention can generate sufficient nitric oxide in a short time, which is supplied to the skin, nostril, oral cavity, eye or other parts of the human body, which is convenient to carry about, and can prevent the formula from hurting the human body through layer-by-layer customs, and can be used close to the skin, and the generation of nitric oxide is simple, and the generation of harmful by-products from nitric oxide can be prevented through isolation, deoxidation and other ways.
Diseases listed in the present invention, by means of the embodiments of the present invention, the nitric oxide delivery multilayer device 1 of the present invention can be reasonably applied to any disease resulting from a deficiency of nitric oxide, such as: cancer, chemotherapy side effects, metabolic disease, immune disease, hypertension, diabetes, weight management, colitis, etc.
The concentration of the supplied nitric oxide can be adjusted according to different requirements of users, for example, the nitric oxide can be used for adjusting the motility of sperms, the low concentration of nitric oxide can promote the motility of the sperms, the high concentration of nitric oxide can inhibit the motility of the sperms, and the concentration or the using time of the nitric oxide supplied by the invention can be adjusted to ensure that the users can have the effect of pregnancy assistance or contraception.
In order to enhance the effect of generating nitric oxide, the functional unit layer 3 may further include a super absorbent polymer, an activator or a catalyst according to different requirements, so as to achieve the desired effect.
The detailed description is specific to possible embodiments of the invention, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent implementations or modifications that do not depart from the scope and spirit of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
Claims (20)
1. A multi-layered device for supplying nitric oxide, comprising:
the air-impermeable layer is positioned at one end far away from a user;
a liquid absorbing layer for absorbing excess liquid;
a functional unit layer disposed between the gas impermeable layer and the liquid absorbing layer, generating nitric oxide gas by a chemical reaction, the functional unit layer comprising: the nitric acid coating device comprises a metal unit and a nitric acid coating unit, wherein the metal unit can react with nitric acid to generate nitric oxide; the nitric acid coating unit seals nitric acid in the nitric acid coating unit, the nitric acid can be released by destroying the nitric acid coating unit, and the nitric acid is dilute nitric acid;
the hydrophobic breathable layer is provided with a plurality of micropores on the surface and can allow gas to pass through, and the hydrophobic breathable layer can be a single layer or a composite layer.
2. The nitric oxide delivery multilayer device according to claim 1, further comprising a skin-friendly layer, hydrophilic for absorbing body fluids, disposed on the side of the hydrophobic breathable layer adjacent to the user.
3. The multi-layered device for the delivery of nitric oxide according to claim 2, wherein said skin-friendly layer is selected from the group consisting of silicone, non-woven fabric, cotton, and plastic gas-permeable film.
4. The nitric oxide delivery multi-layer device of claim 1, wherein the gas impermeable layer is a composite film of polypropylene, polyethylene plastic film, aluminum film or a combination thereof.
5. The multi-layered device for supplying nitric oxide according to claim 1, wherein said functional unit layer further comprises a deoxidizer, a super absorbent polymer, an activator or a catalyst.
6. The multi-layered device for supplying nitric oxide according to claim 5, wherein said deoxidizing agent comprises an iron-based deoxidizing agent, a sulfite-based deoxidizing agent, or a hydrocatalytic-type deoxidizing agent.
7. The multi-layered device for supplying nitric oxide according to claim 6, wherein said deoxidizer is preferably a sulfite-based deoxidizer.
8. The nitric oxide delivery multi-layered device of claim 1, wherein said metal units are selected from the group consisting of sodium, magnesium, aluminum, zinc, iron, tin, lead, copper, silver and combinations thereof.
9. The multi-layered device for supplying nitric oxide according to claim 1, wherein said metal elements are in the form of powder, granules, wires or films.
10. The nitric oxide delivery multi-layered device of claim 1, wherein said metal units are located in a liquid absorbing layer.
11. The multi-layered nitric oxide delivery device according to claim 1, wherein said nitric acid coating unit may be one or more.
12. The nitric oxide delivery multi-layered device according to claim 1, wherein said nitric acid coating unit is in a shape of a sphere, an ellipse, a capsule or a column.
13. The multi-layered device for supplying nitric oxide according to claim 1, wherein said nitric acid coating unit is a highly gas and water resistant metal composite film, and the inner layer is a polymer film and the outer layer is a metal film.

The multi-layered device for supplying nitric oxide according to claim 13, wherein said polymeric film is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate PET, PET aluminized film, PET coated polysilazane, cast polypropylene film CPP, CPP aluminized film, aluminum oxide composite PET/CPP, copolyester plastic, and combinations thereof.
15. The nitric oxide delivery multilayer device of claim 13, wherein said metal film is selected from the group consisting of sodium, magnesium, aluminum, zinc, iron, tin, lead, copper, silver and combinations thereof.
16. The multi-layered device for supplying nitric oxide according to claim 15, wherein the material of the metal film is preferably aluminum, iron or copper.
17. The multi-layered nitric oxide delivery device according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of nitric acid to water is 1:3 to 1: 20.
18. The multi-layered nitric oxide delivery device according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of nitric acid to water is preferably 1:4 to 1: 6.
19. The multi-layered nitric oxide delivery apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of nitric acid to water is optimally 1: 5.

The multi-layered nitric oxide delivery device of claim 1, wherein said device is used in sanitary products, including body dressings, eye masks, face masks, bras, breast patches, galactophores, sanitary napkins, diapers, sanitary pads, wound dressings, bandages, bandaging gauze, and pressure sore pads.
