(4) and (3) blending the bran fried medicine obtained in the step (2) and the soil fried medicine obtained in the step (3) and crushing to obtain mixed medicine powder, then blending the mixed medicine powder and water, heating and boiling for 2 hours, filtering, and finally concentrating the filtrate.
And (3) controlling the temperature in the casserole to be 93 ℃ during stir-frying treatment in the step (2).
And (4) controlling the temperature in the casserole to be 102 ℃ during stir-frying treatment in the step (3).
When the mixed medicinal powder in the step (4) is blended with water, the corresponding weight ratio is 1: 6.5; the concentration treatment is to concentrate the filtrate into paste.

A health product for improving physical ability and endurance of human body comprises the following substances in parts by weight:
3 parts of pyrroloquinoline quinone, 600 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 10 parts of compound vitamin and 40 parts of traditional Chinese medicine additive.

In order to compare the effects of the invention, the health care products corresponding to the above example 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to performance tests, specifically, experiments were performed using mice:
feeding mice with 0.8g/kg of the health product 1 time a day for 30 days, wherein in a swimming test under load, the mice fed correspondingly to the example 3 are found to be significantly longer than the comparative example 3 and significantly longer than the comparative examples 1 and 2, and the liver glycogen content is significantly higher than the comparative example 3 and significantly higher than the comparative examples 1 and 2; the area under the blood lactate curve is very significantly lower than in comparative example 3, and significantly lower than in comparative examples 1 and 2; therefore, the health care product has the function of obviously relieving physical fatigue.
The health care product has the effects of repairing symptoms of mental fatigue, anorexia and organism immunologic function reduction, can obviously improve physical ability and endurance of a human body, has no side effect after being eaten for a long time, is safe and environment-friendly, and has high production value and economic benefit.
Claims (9)
1. A health product for improving physical ability and endurance of a human body is characterized by comprising the following substances in parts by weight:
1-3 parts of pyrroloquinoline quinone, 400-600 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 3-10 parts of multivitamin and 30-40 parts of traditional Chinese medicine additives.
2. The health product for improving physical performance and endurance of a human body according to claim 1, comprising the following materials in parts by weight:
2 parts of pyrroloquinoline quinone, 500 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 7 parts of compound vitamin and 35 parts of traditional Chinese medicine additive.
3. The health product for improving physical performance and endurance of human body as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the vitamin complex comprises vitamin a, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamin B12, vitamin C, and vitamin D.
4. The health product for improving physical performance and endurance of a human body according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine additive is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight:
8-12 parts of medlar, 5-9 parts of caulis spatholobi, 3-6 parts of liquorice, 2-6 parts of angelica, 1-3 parts of ginseng and 1-4 parts of magnolia officinalis.

The health product for improving physical performance and endurance of a human body according to claim 4, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine additive is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 10 parts of medlar, 8 parts of caulis spatholobi, 5 parts of liquorice, 4 parts of angelica, 2 parts of ginseng and 3 parts of magnolia officinalis.
6. The health product for improving physical performance and endurance of human body as claimed in claim 4, wherein the preparation method of the Chinese medicinal additive comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the following components in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of medlar, 5-9 parts of caulis spatholobi, 3-6 parts of liquorice, 2-6 parts of angelica, 1-3 parts of ginseng and 1-4 parts of mangnolia officinalis;
(2) mixing the medlar, the caulis spatholobi and the liquorice, putting into an earthen pot filled with wheat bran, continuously stir-frying for 15-20 min, and filtering to obtain a bran-fried medicine for later use;
(3) mixing the angelica, the ginseng and the mangnolia officinalis, putting into an earthen pot filled with loess, continuously stir-frying for 30-35 min, and filtering out to obtain a soil-fried medicine for later use;
(4) and (3) blending the bran fried medicine obtained in the step (2) and the soil fried medicine obtained in the step (3) and crushing to obtain mixed medicine powder, then blending the mixed medicine powder and water, heating and boiling for 2 hours, filtering, and finally concentrating the filtrate.
7. The health product for improving physical ability and endurance of human body as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature in the casserole during the stir-frying process in step (2) is controlled to be 90-95 ℃.
8. The health product for improving physical ability and endurance capacity of human body as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature in the casserole during the stir-frying process in step (3) is controlled to be 100-105 ℃.
9. The health product for improving physical performance and endurance of human body as claimed in claim 6, wherein the weight ratio of the mixed powder and water in step (4) is 1: 6-7; the concentration treatment is to concentrate the filtrate into paste.
