Rather, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flow diagram of a method 100 for pushing music for a user according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method 100 may include:
step S101, obtaining characteristic parameters of the current environment where the user is located and motion speed parameters of the user.
In some possible embodiments, the current environment may be the surrounding environment of the location where the rider is currently located, which may include a road, a street, a park, a mountain area, and the like.
In some possible embodiments, the characteristic parameters of the current environment include: the traffic congestion state parameters of the environment may also include other environment characteristic parameters such as wind speed and ground gradient. Alternatively, the traffic congestion state parameter of the environment may be an environment characteristic level parameter obtained according to the actual traveling speed of the vehicle on the current road and the speed limit of the current road, for example, if the speed limit of the current road is 80 km/h and the actual traveling speed v of the vehicle on the current road is less than 20 km/h, i.e. severe congestion occurs, the environment characteristic level parameter may be set to a; when the actual running speed of the vehicle in the current road is more than or equal to 20 and v is less than 40 kilometers per hour, the environmental characteristic grade parameter can be set to be B; when the actual running speed of the vehicle in the current road is more than or equal to 40 and v is less than 60 kilometers per hour, the environmental characteristic grade parameter can be set to be C; when the actual running speed of the vehicle in the current road is more than or equal to 60 and v is less than 80 kilometers per hour, the environmental characteristic grade parameter can be set to be D; when the actual running speed v of the vehicle on the current road is more than or equal to 80 kilometers/hour, the running is smooth, and the environmental characteristic grade parameter is set to be E. Of course, the traffic congestion status parameter of the current environment may also be a numerical value or a numerical range. Alternatively, the traffic congestion status parameter of the current environment may be obtained from the ambient noise level received by the portable electronic device, and the higher the ambient noise is, the higher the congestion degree is. Alternatively, the traffic congestion status parameters of the current environment may be obtained from a third party application, such as a mapping or navigation application.
In some possible embodiments, the motion speed parameter of the user may be an actual motion speed of the user, or a relative motion speed with respect to a specific object, or a motion speed grade obtained by comparing the actual motion speed of the user with a preset speed threshold, for example, 3 grades from slow to fast — a, b, and c are obtained.
And S102, acquiring music characteristic parameters according to the characteristic parameters of the current environment and the motion speed parameters of the user.
In some possible embodiments, the music characteristic parameter includes a music type parameter and/or a volume parameter. Alternatively, the music genre parameter may be a music genre rating parameter obtained from the music tempo, e.g. from reluctant to strong to 5 ratings-1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Alternatively, the volume parameter may be a volume level obtained by comparing the actual playing volume with a preset volume threshold, for example, a minimum to maximum of 5 levels — a, b, c, d, e.
In some possible embodiments, the method 100 further comprises: the environment feature level, the user's movement speed level, the music genre level, and the volume level are preset. Optionally, the environment characteristic level, the user movement speed level, the music type level, and the volume level may be preset, so that when the user rides, the actually obtained traffic jam state of the environment, the user movement speed, the music type, and the volume parameter may be respectively converted into the corresponding environment characteristic level, the user movement speed level, the music type level, and the volume level, so as to simplify subsequent calculation amount, and improve efficiency of pushing music.
In some possible embodiments, the method 100 further comprises: and associating the preset environment characteristic level, the user movement speed level, the music type level and the volume level to obtain an association list. The association list according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention is shown in table 1, for example, when the environment characteristic level parameter is E, i.e., the driving is smooth, the movement speed level is c, i.e., the riding speed is fast, according to the association list, the corresponding music type level is 5, i.e., stronger, and the volume level is E, i.e., the maximum volume, can be obtained, so that the user is allowed to automatically receive music with strong rhythm and maximum volume at fast riding speed, and enjoy speed and music as much as possible; and when the environmental characteristic grade parameter is A, namely the road condition with serious congestion, the movement speed grade is A grade, namely the riding speed is slow, according to the association list, the corresponding music type grade is 1 grade, namely the music is slow, and the volume grade is a grade, namely the minimum volume, so that the anxiety of a user can be reduced, meanwhile, the sound of the external environment can be listened, and the riding safety is improved.
Table 1. environment feature level, user's moving speed level, music genre level, and volume level association list.
Figure BDA0002850122760000081
Figure BDA0002850122760000091
In some possible embodiments, step S102 further includes: acquiring the environmental feature grade of the current environment according to the feature parameters of the current environment; acquiring the movement speed grade of the user according to the movement speed parameter of the user; and acquiring the music type grade and the volume grade according to the environmental feature grade of the current environment, the movement speed grade of the user and the association list. As described above, alternatively, the environment characteristic level, the user's moving speed level, the music genre level, and the volume level may be preset; when a user rides the vehicle, firstly, the characteristic parameters of the current environment, such as the traffic jam state of the current environment, are obtained, and then the environment characteristic grade, such as the E grade, of the current environment is obtained according to the characteristic parameters of the current environment, so that the vehicle runs smoothly; and acquiring the movement speed parameter of the user, and acquiring the movement speed grade of the user, such as class C, according to the movement speed parameter, wherein the driving speed is higher. Then, according to both the environment feature level (E level) of the current environment and the movement speed level (c level) of the user, in combination with the association list, the music type level is acquired as 5 levels, i.e., stronger, and the volume level is acquired as E level, i.e., maximum volume. Optionally, the association list may be preset, or may be adjusted by the user as needed, or may be automatically adjusted by the system according to the historical usage of the user on the type and volume level of music, so as to make the selection and pushing of music more accurate. Alternatively, the association list may be updated periodically, for example every week or every month.
In some possible embodiments, step S102 includes: acquiring a music type grade according to the comprehensive factors of the environmental feature grade of the current environment and the movement speed grade of the user; and acquiring a volume level according to the comprehensive factors of the environmental feature level of the current environment and the movement speed level of the user. Alternatively, more soothing music is recommended as the rate of movement decreases or the level of environmental congestion increases, such as a more soothing tempo of the type of music recommended when the level of environmental characteristics is constant and the level of movement decreases and when the level of movement is constant and the level of environmental characteristics increases in a more congested direction. Optionally, as the riding speed increases or the environmental congestion degree increases, the volume is decreased, for example, when the environmental characteristic level is not changed and the movement speed level increases, and when the movement speed level is not changed and the environmental characteristic level increases toward a direction of being more congested, the volume level is decreased, so that a warning effect on riding safety can be achieved, and safety can be improved. The user listens to music during riding, and besides the listening experience of the user needs to be concerned, the riding safety also needs to be ensured, so that not only the surrounding environmental factors but also the characteristics of the user need to be considered; therefore, when the music type grade or the volume grade is obtained, the proper music type and volume grade can be more accurately pushed for the user by referring to the comprehensive factors of the environment characteristic grade and the movement speed grade, and the riding safety can be obviously improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the method 100 includes a step S103 of pushing music for the user according to the acquired music characteristic parameter.
In some possible embodiments, step S103 includes: and pushing the music with the acquired music type grade for the user according to the acquired music type grade and the acquired volume grade. For example, when the environmental characteristic level is E level, the driving is smooth, the movement speed level of the user is third level, and the driving is fast, the music type level is 5 level, i.e. strong, the volume level is E level, i.e. maximum volume, is obtained according to the comprehensive factors of the environmental characteristic level and the user, and the music with the music type level of 5 level is pushed to the user by using the volume level of E level, i.e. the strong music is pushed to the user by using the maximum volume level.
Thus, according to the method for pushing music to the user, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the association list is obtained by setting the environment characteristic level, the movement speed level of the user, the music type level and the volume level and associating the preset environment characteristic level, the movement speed level of the user, the music type level and the volume level, so that the subsequent calculated amount is simplified, and the efficiency of pushing music is improved; when the music type grade or the volume grade is obtained, by referring to the comprehensive factors of the environmental characteristic grade and the movement speed grade, the music playing and pushing are more flexible and accurate, manual adjustment and selection of a rider are avoided, the riding safety is enhanced, the operation time is saved, and the operation efficiency is improved.

As described above, optionally, the environment feature level, the user's exercise speed level, the music genre level, and the volume level may be preset by the level setting module 204; when a user rides the vehicle, the first parameter obtaining sub-module 202A may first obtain a characteristic parameter of the current environment, for example, a traffic congestion state of the current environment, and then obtain an environment characteristic level of the current environment, for example, level E, according to the characteristic parameter of the current environment, so that the vehicle runs smoothly; the second parameter obtaining sub-module 202B obtains the movement speed parameter of the user, and then obtains the movement speed grade of the user, for example, class c, according to the movement speed parameter, and the driving is fast. Then, the third parameter obtaining sub-module 202C obtains the music type level of 5, i.e., stronger, and the volume level of E, i.e., the maximum volume, according to both the environment feature level (E level) of the current environment and the movement speed level (C level) of the user in combination with the association list.
In some possible embodiments, the second parameter obtaining module 202 includes: a fourth parameter obtaining sub-module 202D configured to obtain a music type level according to a comprehensive factor of the environmental feature level of the current environment and the movement speed level of the user; and a fifth parameter obtaining sub-module 202E configured to obtain a volume level according to a combination of the environment feature level of the current environment and the movement speed level of the user. Alternatively, the fourth parameter obtaining sub-module 202D recommends more soothing music as the moving speed decreases or the environmental congestion degree increases, for example, the rhythm of the music type recommended by the fourth parameter obtaining sub-module 202D is more soothing when the environmental feature level is constant and the moving speed level decreases and when the moving speed level is constant and the environmental feature level increases toward a direction of more congestion. Optionally, as the riding speed increases or the environmental congestion degree increases, the fifth parameter obtaining sub-module 202E decreases the volume, for example, when the environmental characteristic level is unchanged and the movement speed level increases and when the movement speed level is unchanged and the environmental characteristic level increases toward a direction of more congestion, the fifth parameter obtaining sub-module 202E decreases the volume level, which can play a role in reminding riding safety and improve safety. The user listens to music during riding, and besides the listening experience of the user needs to be concerned, the riding safety also needs to be ensured, so that not only the surrounding environmental factors but also the characteristics of the user need to be considered; therefore, when the fourth parameter obtaining sub-module 202D obtains the music type level or the fifth parameter obtaining sub-module 202E obtains the volume level, by referring to the comprehensive factors of the environmental feature level and the movement speed level, not only can the proper music type and volume level be more accurately pushed to the user, but also the riding safety can be significantly improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus 200 includes a pushing module 203 configured to push music for the user according to the acquired music characteristic parameter.
In some possible implementations, the push module 203 is configured to: and pushing the music with the acquired music type grade for the user according to the acquired music type grade and the acquired volume grade. For example, when the environmental characteristic level is E level, the driving is smooth, the movement speed level of the user is c level, and the driving is fast, the music type level is 5 level, i.e. strong, and the volume level is E level, i.e. maximum volume, is obtained according to the comprehensive factors of the environmental characteristic level and the user and by combining the association list, the pushing module 203 pushes the music with the music type level of 5 level for the user at the volume level of E level, i.e. pushes the strong music for the user at the maximum volume level.
In this way, according to the apparatus for pushing music to a user in the embodiment of the present invention, by setting the environment feature level, the user's movement speed level, the music type level, and the volume level, and by associating the preset environment feature level, the user's movement speed level, the music type level, and the volume level, an association list is obtained, the subsequent calculation amount is simplified, and thus the efficiency of pushing music is improved; when the music type grade or the volume grade is obtained, by referring to the comprehensive factors of the environmental characteristic grade and the movement speed grade, the music playing and pushing are more flexible and accurate, manual adjustment and selection of a rider are avoided, the riding safety is enhanced, the operation time is saved, and the operation efficiency is improved.
