In the above embodiment of the present application, when multimedia data recommendation is performed, decision information for multimedia data recommendation may be obtained, and recommended multimedia data may be determined according to the decision information. At present, although music recommendation can be performed according to the preference of a user, a scheme for performing music recommendation in driving related scenes is lacked, so that recommended music cannot be related to driving scenes, such as driving places or driving states, and richer song listening requirements of the user cannot be met. Therefore, the multimedia data recommendation scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can recommend multimedia data according to the vehicle navigation condition or the vehicle driving condition, so that the recommended multimedia data can be adapted to the driving scene.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a system architecture used by embodiments of the present application. As shown, the architecture may include: a terminal 101 and a server 102. The terminal 101 and the server 102 can exchange information through the network 103.
The terminal 101 may be a mobile terminal, and specifically, may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), an intelligent wearable device, a vehicle-mounted terminal, or the like.
In one example, the terminal 101 is a vehicle-mounted terminal having a navigation function and a multimedia data playing function. The vehicle-mounted terminal may also obtain vehicle running information provided by the vehicle control system, for example, the vehicle-mounted terminal may be connected to the vehicle control system in a Controller Area Network (CAN) bus manner, and obtain vehicle running information such as a running speed provided by the vehicle control system. The multimedia data playing function module in the vehicle-mounted terminal can acquire vehicle navigation information from the navigation function module in the vehicle-mounted terminal, acquire vehicle running information from a vehicle control system, and recommend multimedia data for a user according to the acquired vehicle navigation information and/or vehicle running information. The server 102 may provide the multimedia data file to the in-vehicle terminal for playing by the in-vehicle terminal.
The "multimedia data" described in the embodiments of the present application may include various types of data, for example, may include: video data, animation, audio data (such as music, voice, etc.), information, pictures, etc.
Based on the system architecture, the embodiment of the application provides two multimedia data recommendation schemes:
the first scheme is as follows: the terminal acquires judgment information for recommending the multimedia data and sends the judgment information to the server; the server determines the recommended multimedia data according to the received judgment information, and can further inform the terminal of the recommended multimedia data so that the terminal can play the recommended multimedia data. The judgment information at least comprises vehicle navigation information or at least comprises vehicle running information.
Scheme II: the terminal acquires judgment information for recommending the multimedia data and determines the recommended multimedia data according to the judgment information. Further, the terminal requests a corresponding multimedia data file to the server for playing according to the recommended multimedia data; and/or the terminal acquires a corresponding multimedia data file from a multimedia data recommendation list stored by the terminal according to the recommended multimedia data so as to play the multimedia data.
The first and second schemes are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Scheme one
Fig. 2 exemplarily shows a schematic structural diagram of the multimedia recommendation apparatus in the first embodiment. The apparatus may be a terminal or an apparatus in a terminal. The apparatus may include a multimedia data playing module 201, and the multimedia data playing module 201 may include: the information acquiring unit 2011, the information reporting unit 2012, the recommendation information receiving unit 2013, and further include an output unit 2014. Further, the terminal may further include a navigation module 202 for providing a navigation function, and the multimedia data playing module 201 may obtain the vehicle navigation information from the navigation module 202. Further, the multimedia data playing module 201 can also obtain vehicle driving information from a vehicle control system.
The information obtaining unit 2011 is configured to obtain determination information for multimedia data recommendation, where the determination information at least includes vehicle navigation information or at least includes vehicle driving information. Specifically, the information reporting unit 2012 may obtain the vehicle navigation information from the navigation module 202, and may obtain the vehicle driving information from the vehicle control system. The information reporting unit 2012 is configured to send the determination information acquired by the information acquiring unit 2011 to the server. The recommended information receiving unit 2013 is configured to receive recommended multimedia data determined by the server according to the determination information. The output unit 2014 is configured to output the indication information of the multimedia data recommended by the server, which is received by the recommendation information receiving unit 2013, for example, display a multimedia data recommendation list on a screen of the terminal, so that the user can select to play the multimedia data. The multimedia data recommendation list may include index information or indication information of the multimedia data (for example, a music recommendation list including a song title or song title of recommended music is taken as an example), or may include content of the multimedia data (for example, the multimedia data is taken as an example, and the text recommendation list may include text content).
Fig. 3 exemplarily shows a schematic structure of another multimedia recommendation apparatus in the first scheme. The apparatus may be a server or a module in a server. The device can comprise: the information acquiring unit 301, the multimedia data recommending unit 302, and further, the information acquiring unit may further include a notifying unit 303.
The information obtaining unit 301 is configured to obtain decision information for multimedia data recommendation from a terminal, where the decision information at least includes vehicle navigation information or at least includes vehicle driving information. The multimedia data recommending unit 302 is configured to determine recommended multimedia data according to the decision information. The notifying unit 303 is configured to notify the determined recommended multimedia data to the terminal, so that the user can select to play the multimedia data.
Fig. 4 exemplarily shows a multimedia data playing flow diagram provided by scheme one. As shown in the figure, in S401, the terminal acquires decision information for multimedia data recommendation, where the decision information at least includes vehicle navigation information or at least includes vehicle driving information. In S402, the terminal transmits the decision information to the server. In S403, the server receives the decision information sent by the terminal, and determines recommended multimedia data according to the decision information. In S404, the server notifies the terminal of the determined recommended multimedia data. Taking the terminal shown in fig. 2 and the server structure shown in fig. 3 as examples, S401 may be executed by the information obtaining unit 2011 in the terminal, S402 may be executed by the information reporting unit 2012 in the terminal, S403 may be executed by the multimedia data recommending unit 302 in the server, and S404 may be executed by the notifying unit 303 in the server.
In S401, the terminal may acquire the decision information according to a set time or according to a set period. The above-mentioned decision information may also be obtained when a set event occurs. For example, when navigation is started, vehicle navigation information is acquired; for another example, the vehicle travel information is acquired when the vehicle is running with acceleration or deceleration.
Taking the terminal configuration shown in fig. 2 as an example, S401 may be performed by the information acquisition unit 2011 in the terminal. For example, the information acquiring unit 2011 may acquire the vehicle navigation information from the navigation module 202 according to a set period, and acquire the vehicle running information from the vehicle control system according to a received period.
In S402, the terminal immediately sends the judgment information to the server after acquiring the judgment information, or sends the currently acquired judgment information to the server when judging that the vehicle navigation state or the driving state changes according to the acquired judgment information, so that the server recommends the multimedia data suitable for the current driving scene according to the vehicle navigation change condition or the vehicle driving state change condition. For example, when the terminal determines to re-plan to obtain a navigation line according to the vehicle navigation information, the terminal sends the re-planned navigation line to the server, can acquire judgment information for multimedia data recommendation, and sends the judgment information to the server; for another example, when the vehicle decelerates and the length of time for driving at a low speed reaches a set threshold, indicating that the vehicle may be at a congested road section, the current vehicle speed may be sent to the server, and the determination information for multimedia data recommendation may be obtained and sent to the server.
When the terminal sends the judgment information to the server, the judgment information can be sent in a full-volume mode or an incremental mode, and compared with the sending in the full-volume mode, the incremental mode can save network resource overhead.
Vehicle travel information may include, but is not limited to: vehicle running speed and road condition information. In S403, the server determines the recommended multimedia data according to the vehicle driving information, which may include the following cases:
case 1: according to the traveling speed of the vehicle,
multimedia data matching the vehicle travel speed is determined.
Optionally, a first mapping relationship may be preset, where the first mapping relationship includes a vehicle travel speed interval and a corresponding multimedia data type. The server can inquire the first mapping relation according to a vehicle running speed interval in which the vehicle running speed is positioned, determine a multimedia data type corresponding to the vehicle running speed interval, and determine a multimedia data recommendation list corresponding to the multimedia data type according to the determined multimedia data type.
The "multimedia data type" may be obtained by dividing data of a certain type of multimedia according to a certain classification method. For example, for multimedia data of a music type, classification can be made according to the music style, so that the following "multimedia data type" can be obtained: relaxed and relaxed, enthusiastic and quick, etc. The "multimedia data type" may also refer to a type of multimedia, for example, the multimedia data type may include: video, audio, pictures, etc.

Further, if the server determines that the vehicle running speed is neither "the vehicle running speed is slow" nor "the vehicle running speed is high", for example, that the vehicle running speed is normal ", the music recommendation may not be made so that the terminal holds the currently played music or plays the music selected by the user.
Case 2: and determining multimedia data matched with the road condition according to the driving road condition of the vehicle.
Optionally, a second mapping relationship may be preset, where the second mapping relationship includes a vehicle driving road condition and a corresponding multimedia data type. The server can query the second mapping relation according to the vehicle driving road condition, determine the multimedia data type corresponding to the vehicle driving road condition, and determine the multimedia data recommendation list corresponding to the multimedia data type according to the determined multimedia data type. If the server judges that the vehicle driving road condition is congestion, the corresponding music type is inquired to be type A according to the second mapping relation: calm, stress-relieved music ", and generate a music recommendation list containing type a music or songs from that type a.
When the server judges that the vehicle driving road condition is smooth, the corresponding music type is inquired to be type B according to the first courage relationship: passionate, animated pop' music ", and generate a music recommendation list containing type B music or songs from type B.

Accordingly, in some embodiments, in S402 of fig. 4, the determination information received by the server includes vehicle traveling information including position information where the vehicle is located. Optionally, some AOIs in the electronic map may be provided with a multimedia data recommendation list, where the list includes audio file related information (such as music or song name) of multimedia data and songs. In the embodiment of the application, an area corresponding to the AOI correspondingly provided with the multimedia data recommendation list is referred to as a multimedia data planting area. The multimedia data recommendation list corresponding to the multimedia data planting area can be preset or set by a user. When the vehicle runs into the AOI, music pushing can be carried out.
Accordingly, in some embodiments, in S402 of fig. 4, the determination information received by the server includes vehicle traveling information including position information where the vehicle is located. In S403 of fig. 4, the server may determine whether the vehicle enters the multimedia data planting area according to the location information of the vehicle; and if so, acquiring a multimedia data recommendation list corresponding to the multimedia data planting area. Therefore, when the vehicle enters some AOIs planted with multimedia data contents in the driving process, the server can push the corresponding multimedia data recommendation list to the terminal. For example, if the vehicle has been opened from another province into Guangzhou city, Guangdong province, and the Guangzhou city has planted native singers' music, the server can randomly generate a song list according to the planted music and push the song list to the terminal for the user to select to play.
Further, if the vehicle does not meet the condition of entering the AOI push (that is, does not enter the multimedia data planting area), the server may determine whether there is a POI where multimedia data is planted within one kilometer of the square circle that the vehicle travels. If yes, multimedia data recommendation can be performed according to the multimedia data recommendation list corresponding to the POI.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the determination information for multimedia data recommendation may further include some environment information, and the environment information may be used alone as the determination information for multimedia data recommendation, or may be combined with other information in the determination information to perform multimedia data recommendation.
As an example, in S403 of fig. 4, the server may determine multimedia data matching the environment information according to the environment information. For example, the environment information includes one or any combination of the following:
-weather conditions, one weather condition being provided with a corresponding multimedia data type. The weather condition information can be obtained by the terminal and reported to the server, and can also be obtained by the server from a weather database or a weather server.
-the time periods in which the vehicle is travelling, one time period corresponding to the respective multimedia data type. The time period of the vehicle running can be obtained by the terminal and reported to the server, and can also be determined by the server according to the current time.
-vehicle driving conditions, one driving condition being provided with a corresponding multimedia data type. The vehicle driving road condition can be obtained by the terminal and reported to the server, and can also be obtained by the server from a road condition information database or a road condition information server.
As an example, the music types corresponding to the working time period (6:00am-10:00am), the working time period (17:00pm-22:00pm) and the midnight time period (22:00pm-03:00am) can be predefined, wherein the music types corresponding to the time periods are softer in sequence according to the sequence of the working time period, the working time period and the midnight time period. And defining the music types corresponding to cloudy days, rainy days, snowy days and sunny days, wherein the music types corresponding to the weather conditions are softer in turn according to the sequence of the sunny days, the cloudy days, the rainy days and the snowy days.
According to the process shown in fig. 4, in a specific implementation, optionally, the server may distinguish between the navigation state and the non-navigation state, and perform multimedia data recommendation with different decision information according to different states.
Fig. 5 exemplarily shows a multimedia data recommendation flow in which a server distinguishes a navigation state and a non-navigation state. As shown, the process may include: the server determines whether the vehicle is in a navigation state or not according to the judgment information (S501), wherein the judgment information reported by the terminal can include indication information whether the vehicle is in the navigation state or not; if the vehicle is judged to be in the navigation state, determining recommended multimedia data according to the vehicle navigation information in the judgment information or according to the vehicle navigation information and the vehicle running information in the judgment information (S502), wherein when the vehicle is in the navigation state, the obtained judgment information at least comprises the vehicle navigation information; if the vehicle is not in the navigation state, determining recommended multimedia data according to the vehicle running information in the judgment information (S503). The implementation process of S502 and S503 can be referred to the foregoing embodiment.
Alternatively, fig. 6 exemplarily shows one implementation of S502 in fig. 5, as shown, if the vehicle is determined to be in the navigation state, it is determined whether the vehicle navigation route is a long distance or a short distance (S601), for example, it may be determined whether the vehicle navigation route is a long distance or a short distance according to the length of the navigation route and/or the travel time length of the navigation route; if the short distance is short distance, obtaining recommended multimedia data according to the multimedia data corresponding to the navigation destination or the passing place on the navigation route (S602); if the distance is long, the multimedia data of the corresponding type is obtained according to the multimedia data type corresponding to the long distance, and the recommended multimedia data is obtained (S603). For specific implementation processes of S602 and S603, refer to the foregoing embodiments.
Optionally, in S502 in fig. 5, the server may fuse the multimedia data recommendation list obtained according to the decision information in the navigation state with the multimedia data recommendation list obtained based on the user behavior to obtain a final multimedia data recommendation list.
Specifically, in S502, the server determines a first multimedia data recommendation list (i.e., a navigation multimedia data recommendation list) according to the vehicle navigation information in the determination information or according to the vehicle navigation information and the vehicle driving information in the determination information, and acquires a second multimedia data recommendation list determined based on the user behavior; the server selects multimedia data with corresponding quantity from the first multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the first multimedia data recommendation list, selects multimedia data with corresponding quantity from the second multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the second multimedia data recommendation list, and obtains a third multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data selected from the first multimedia data recommendation list and the second multimedia data recommendation list, wherein the multimedia data in the third multimedia data recommendation list are recommended multimedia data, and the third multimedia data recommendation list is a multimedia data recommendation list recommended to the terminal.
For example, taking multimedia data as music as an example, if the weight corresponding to the first music recommendation list is 70%, the weight corresponding to the second music recommendation list is 30%, and the capacity of the third music recommendation list is 50 music files, 35 music files (50 × 70%: 35) are selected from the first music recommendation list, 15 music files (50 × 30%: 15) are selected from the second music recommendation list, and the third music recommendation list is generated according to the 50 music files.
The weight of the first multimedia data recommendation list and the weight of the second multimedia data recommendation list can be preset and can also be updated based on user behaviors. In an example of updating the weight corresponding to the first multimedia data recommendation list and the weight corresponding to the second multimedia data recommendation list based on the user behavior, when multimedia data in the third multimedia data recommendation list is selected to be played, the terminal notifies the server of the selected multimedia data to be played, and the server updates the weight corresponding to the multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data recommendation list from which the selected multimedia data is derived (for example, if the selected multimedia data is derived from the first multimedia data recommendation list, the weight corresponding to the first multimedia data recommendation list is increased); the multimedia data recommendation list from which the selected multimedia data are played comprises the first multimedia data recommendation list or the second multimedia data recommendation list.
By means of the scheme of fusing different multimedia data recommendation lists, the multimedia data recommended to the user can meet the requirements of the user from multiple dimensions.
Optionally, in S503 in fig. 5, the server may fuse the multimedia data recommendation list obtained according to the decision information in the non-navigation state with the multimedia data recommendation list obtained based on the user behavior, so as to obtain a final multimedia data recommendation list.
Specifically, in S503, the server may determine a fourth multimedia data recommendation list according to the vehicle driving information in the determination information, and obtain a fifth multimedia data recommendation list determined based on the user behavior; the server selects multimedia data with corresponding quantity from the fourth multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the fourth multimedia data recommendation list, selects multimedia data with corresponding quantity from the fifth multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the fifth multimedia data recommendation list, and obtains a sixth multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data selected from the fourth multimedia data recommendation list and the fifth multimedia data recommendation list, wherein the multimedia data in the sixth multimedia data recommendation list are recommended multimedia data, and the sixth multimedia data recommendation list is the multimedia data recommendation list recommended to the terminal.
For example, taking multimedia data as music as an example, if the weight corresponding to the fourth music recommendation list is 50%, the weight corresponding to the fifth music recommendation list is 50%, and the capacity of the third music recommendation list is 50 music files, 25 music files (50 × 50%: 25) are selected from the fourth music recommendation list, 25 music files (50 × 50%: 25) are selected from the fifth music recommendation list, and the sixth music recommendation list is generated based on the 50 music files.
The weight of the fourth multimedia data recommendation list and the weight of the fifth multimedia data recommendation list can be preset and can also be updated based on user behaviors. In an example of updating the weight corresponding to the fourth multimedia data recommendation list and the weight corresponding to the fifth multimedia data recommendation list based on the user behavior, when the multimedia data in the sixth multimedia data recommendation list is selected to be played, and the terminal notifies the server of the multimedia data selected to be played, the server updates the weight corresponding to the multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data recommendation list from which the multimedia data selected to be played comes (for example, if the selected multimedia data comes from the fourth multimedia data recommendation list, the weight corresponding to the fourth multimedia data recommendation list is increased); the multimedia data recommendation list from which the selected multimedia data is played comprises the fourth multimedia data recommendation list or the fifth multimedia data recommendation list.
By means of the scheme of fusing different multimedia data recommendation lists, the multimedia data recommended to the user can meet the requirements of the user from multiple dimensions.
As can be seen from the above description, in the above embodiments of the present application, when multimedia data is recommended, decision information for multimedia data recommendation may be obtained, and the recommended multimedia data may be determined according to the decision information. The judgment information at least comprises vehicle navigation information or at least comprises vehicle running information, so that multimedia data recommendation can be carried out according to the vehicle navigation condition or the vehicle running condition, and the recommended multimedia data can be adaptive to the driving scene.
Scheme two
Fig. 7 exemplarily shows a schematic structural diagram of the multimedia data recommendation apparatus in the second scenario. The apparatus may be a terminal or a module in a terminal. The apparatus may include a multimedia data playing module 701, where the multimedia data playing module 701 may include: information obtaining unit 7011, multimedia data recommending unit 7012, and further, multimedia data obtaining unit 7013 may also be included. Further, the terminal may further include a navigation module 702 for providing a navigation function, and the multimedia data playing module 701 may obtain the vehicle navigation information from the navigation module 702. Further, the multimedia data playing module 701 may also obtain vehicle driving information from a vehicle control system.
Fig. 8 exemplarily shows a multimedia data playing flow diagram provided by scheme two. As shown in the figure, in S801, the terminal acquires decision information for multimedia data recommendation, where the decision information includes at least vehicle navigation information or at least vehicle driving information. In S802, the terminal determines the recommended multimedia data according to the decision information, for example, determines the type of the recommended multimedia data, or determines a recommended multimedia data recommendation list. In S803, the terminal requests the server to obtain a corresponding multimedia data file according to the determined recommended multimedia data, and/or obtains a corresponding multimedia data file from the multimedia data files stored in the terminal. The multimedia data file stored in the terminal may be acquired from a connected user mobile phone and then stored, may be acquired from a storage device such as a usb disk and then stored, and may be downloaded from a server and then stored.
Taking the terminal structure shown in fig. 7 as an example, S801 may be performed by the information obtaining unit 7011 in the terminal, S802 may be performed by the multimedia data recommending unit 7012 in the terminal, and S803 may be performed by the multimedia data obtaining unit 7013 in the server.
Specific implementation of S801 and S802 in fig. 8 can be referred to the foregoing embodiments, and will not be repeated here.
As can be seen from the above description, in the above embodiments of the present application, when multimedia data is recommended, decision information for multimedia data recommendation may be obtained, and the recommended multimedia data may be determined according to the decision information. The judgment information at least comprises vehicle navigation information or at least comprises vehicle running information, so that multimedia data recommendation can be carried out according to the vehicle navigation condition or the vehicle running condition, and the recommended multimedia data can be adaptive to the driving scene.
Based on the same technical concept, the present application also provides one or more computer-readable media, where instructions are stored on the readable media, and when the instructions are executed by one or more processors, the instructions cause a communication device to execute the multimedia data recommendation method executed by a terminal side in the foregoing embodiments.
Based on the same technical concept, the present application also provides one or more computer-readable media, where the readable media have instructions stored thereon, and when the instructions are executed by one or more processors, the instructions cause the communication device to execute the multimedia data recommendation method executed on the server side in the foregoing embodiments.
Based on the same technical concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides an apparatus 900, where the apparatus 900 may implement the server-side process in the foregoing embodiment.
Fig. 9 illustrates an example apparatus 900, which apparatus 900 may comprise one or more processors 902, system control logic 901 coupled to at least one processor 902, non-volatile memory (NMV)/memory 904 coupled to system control logic 901, and network interface 906 coupled to system control logic 901, in accordance with various embodiments.
The processor 902 may include one or more single-core or multi-core processors. The processor 902 may comprise any combination of general purpose processors or dedicated processors (e.g., image processors, application processor baseband processors, etc.).
System control logic 901 in one embodiment may comprise any suitable interface controllers to provide for any suitable interface to at least one of processors 902 and/or to any suitable device or component in communication with system control logic 901.
The system control logic 901 for one embodiment may comprise one or more memory controllers to provide an interface to the system memory 903. System memory 903 is used to load and store data and/or instructions. For example, corresponding to the apparatus 900, in one embodiment, the system memory 903 may comprise any suitable volatile memory.
NVM/memory 904 may include one or more tangible, non-transitory computer-readable media for storing data and/or instructions. For example, the NVM/memory 904 may include any suitable non-volatile storage device, such as one or more Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), one or more Compact Disks (CDs), and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disks (DVDs).
The NVM/memory 904 may include storage resources that are physically part of a device on which the system is installed or may be accessed, but not necessarily part of a device. For example, the NVM/memory 904 may be network accessible via the network interface 906.
System memory 903 and NVM/storage 904 may each include a temporary or persistent copy of instructions 910. The instructions 910 may include instructions that, when executed by at least one of the processors 902, cause the apparatus 900 to implement one or a combination of the methods described in fig. 4-6. In various embodiments, instructions 910 or hardware, firmware, and/or software components may additionally/alternatively be located at system control logic 901, network interface 906, and/or processor 902.
Network interface 906 may include a receiver to provide a wireless interface for apparatus 900 to communicate with one or more networks and/or any suitable device. Based on the same technical concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides an apparatus 1000, where the apparatus 1000 may implement the flow at the terminal side in the foregoing embodiment.
Fig. 10 illustrates an example apparatus 1000 according to various embodiments, the apparatus 1000 may comprise one or more processors 1002, system control logic 1001 coupled to at least one processor 1002, non-volatile memory (NMV)/memory 1004 coupled to the system control logic 1001, and a network interface 1006 coupled to the system control logic 1001.
The processor 1002 may include one or more single-core or multi-core processors. The processor 1002 may comprise any combination of general purpose processors or dedicated processors (e.g., image processor, application processor, baseband processor, etc.).
System control logic 1001, in one embodiment, may include any suitable interface controllers to provide any suitable interface to at least one of processors 1002 and/or to any suitable device or component in communication with system control logic 1001.
The system control logic 1001 in one embodiment may include one or more memory controllers to provide an interface to the system memory 1003. System memory 1003 is used to load and store data and/or instructions. For example, corresponding to device 1000, in one embodiment, system memory 1003 may include any suitable volatile memory.
The NVM/memory 1004 may include one or more tangible, non-transitory computer-readable media for storing data and/or instructions. Network interface 1006 may include a receiver to provide a wireless interface for apparatus 1000 to communicate with one or more networks and/or any suitable devices. Network interface 1006 may include any suitable hardware and/or firmware. The network interface 1006 may include multiple antennas to provide a multiple-input multiple-output wireless interface.
In one embodiment, network interface 1006 may include a network adapter, a wireless network adapter, a telephone modem, and/or a wireless modem.

Claims (65)

1. A method for recommending multimedia data, comprising:
acquiring judgment information for multimedia data recommendation, wherein the judgment information at least comprises vehicle driving information and indication information of whether the vehicle is in a navigation state, and the judgment information comprises: the vehicle running information is acquired from a vehicle control system, and the vehicle running information comprises information of the position of a vehicle; when the vehicle is in a navigation state, the judgment information also comprises vehicle navigation information;
determining recommended multimedia data according to the decision information, comprising:
determining whether the vehicle is in a navigation state according to the indication information of whether the vehicle is in the navigation state in the judgment information; if the vehicle is judged to be in the navigation state, determining recommended multimedia data according to the vehicle navigation information and the vehicle running information in the judgment information; if the vehicle is judged not to be in the navigation state, determining recommended multimedia data according to the vehicle running information in the judgment information; wherein, include:
judging whether a set multimedia data planting place exists in a set range of the position of the vehicle according to the position information of the vehicle, wherein the multimedia data planting place corresponds to a preset multimedia data recommendation list; if yes, acquiring a multimedia data recommendation list corresponding to the multimedia data planting place; or the like, or, alternatively,
judging whether the vehicle drives into a multimedia data planting area or not according to the position information of the vehicle, wherein the multimedia data planting area corresponds to a preset multimedia data recommendation list; and if so, acquiring a multimedia data recommendation list corresponding to the multimedia data planting area.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining decision information for multimedia data recommendation comprises:
the server receives judgment information for multimedia data recommendation reported by the terminal;
determining recommended multimedia data according to the decision information, comprising:
the server determines recommended multimedia data according to the judgment information;
after determining the recommended multimedia data according to the decision information, the method further comprises:
and the server informs the terminal of the determined recommended multimedia data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining decision information for multimedia data recommendation comprises:
the terminal acquires judgment information for recommending the multimedia data;
determining recommended multimedia data according to the decision information, comprising:
and the terminal determines the recommended multimedia data according to the judgment information.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
the terminal requests a corresponding multimedia data file from the server according to the recommended multimedia data; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the terminal acquires a corresponding multimedia data file from a multimedia data recommendation list stored by the terminal according to the recommended multimedia data.
5. The method of claim 2 or 4, wherein the terminal comprises a vehicle mounted terminal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein if it is determined that the vehicle is in the navigation state, determining recommended multimedia data according to the vehicle navigation information in the determination information or according to the vehicle navigation information and the vehicle travel information in the determination information comprises:
if the vehicle is judged to be in the navigation state, executing the following steps:
judging whether the vehicle navigation route belongs to a short distance, if so, acquiring multimedia data corresponding to a corresponding place according to a navigation destination or a passing place on the navigation route to obtain recommended multimedia data; and if the distance is long, acquiring the multimedia data of the corresponding type according to the multimedia data type corresponding to the long distance to obtain the recommended multimedia data.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein if it is determined that the vehicle is in the navigation state, determining recommended multimedia data according to the vehicle navigation information in the determination information or according to the vehicle navigation information and the vehicle travel information in the determination information comprises:
if the vehicle is judged to be in the navigation state, executing the following steps:
determining a first multimedia data recommendation list according to vehicle navigation information in the judgment information or according to the vehicle navigation information and vehicle running information in the judgment information;
acquiring a second multimedia data recommendation list determined based on user behaviors;
selecting a corresponding amount of multimedia data from the first multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the first multimedia data recommendation list, selecting a corresponding amount of multimedia data from the second multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the second multimedia data recommendation list, and obtaining a third multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data selected from the first multimedia data recommendation list and the second multimedia data recommendation list, wherein the multimedia data included in the third multimedia data recommendation list are recommended multimedia data.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
if the multimedia data in the third multimedia data recommendation list is selected to be played, updating the weight corresponding to the multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data recommendation list from which the multimedia data selected to be played comes; the multimedia data recommendation list from which the selected multimedia data are played comprises the first multimedia data recommendation list or the second multimedia data recommendation list.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein determining recommended multimedia data based on the vehicle travel information in the decision information if it is determined that the vehicle is not in the navigation state comprises:
if the vehicle is judged not to be in the navigation state, executing the following steps:
determining a fourth multimedia data recommendation list according to the vehicle running information in the judgment information;
acquiring a fifth multimedia data recommendation list determined based on the user behavior;
selecting a corresponding amount of multimedia data from the fourth multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the fourth multimedia data recommendation list, selecting a corresponding amount of multimedia data from the fifth multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the fifth multimedia data recommendation list, and obtaining a sixth multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data selected from the fourth multimedia data recommendation list and the fifth multimedia data recommendation list, wherein the multimedia data included in the sixth multimedia data recommendation list are recommended multimedia data.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
if the multimedia data in the sixth multimedia data recommendation list is selected to be played, updating the weight corresponding to the multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data recommendation list from which the multimedia data selected to be played comes; the multimedia data recommendation list from which the selected multimedia data is played comprises the fourth multimedia data recommendation list or the fifth multimedia data recommendation list.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or 6 to 10, wherein the vehicle travel information includes a vehicle travel speed;
determining recommended multimedia data according to the decision information, comprising:
and determining multimedia data matched with the vehicle running speed according to the vehicle running speed.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein a first mapping relation is preset, and the first mapping relation comprises a vehicle running speed interval and a corresponding multimedia data type;
according to the vehicle running speed, determining multimedia data matched with the vehicle running speed, wherein the multimedia data comprises the following steps:
determining the multimedia data type corresponding to the vehicle running speed interval according to the vehicle running speed interval in which the vehicle running speed is located and the first mapping relation;
and determining a multimedia data recommendation list corresponding to the multimedia data type according to the determined multimedia data type.
13. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or 6 to 10, wherein the vehicle driving information includes road condition information;
determining recommended multimedia data according to the decision information, comprising:
and determining multimedia data matched with the road condition according to the driving road condition of the vehicle.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein a second mapping relationship is preset, and the second mapping relationship comprises a vehicle driving road condition and a corresponding multimedia data type;
according to the vehicle running speed, determining multimedia data matched with the vehicle running speed, wherein the multimedia data comprises the following steps:
determining a multimedia data type corresponding to the vehicle driving road condition according to the vehicle driving road condition and the second mapping relation;
and determining a multimedia data recommendation list corresponding to the multimedia data type according to the determined multimedia data type.
15. The method of any of claims 1-4 or 6-10, wherein the vehicle navigation information includes a navigation destination;

determining whether the vehicle is in a navigation state according to the judgment information; if the vehicle is judged to be in the navigation state, determining recommended multimedia data according to the vehicle navigation information and the vehicle running information in the judgment information, wherein when the vehicle is in the navigation state, the obtained judgment information at least comprises vehicle navigation information; if the vehicle is not in the navigation state, determining recommended multimedia data according to the vehicle running information in the judgment information, wherein:

34. The apparatus of claim 32, wherein the multimedia data recommendation unit is specifically configured to: if the vehicle is judged to be in the navigation state, executing the following steps:
determining a first multimedia data recommendation list according to vehicle navigation information in the judgment information or according to the vehicle navigation information and vehicle running information in the judgment information;
acquiring a second multimedia data recommendation list determined based on user behaviors;
selecting a corresponding amount of multimedia data from the first multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the first multimedia data recommendation list, selecting a corresponding amount of multimedia data from the second multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the second multimedia data recommendation list, and obtaining a third multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data selected from the first multimedia data recommendation list and the second multimedia data recommendation list, wherein the multimedia data included in the third multimedia data recommendation list are recommended multimedia data.
35. The apparatus of claim 34, wherein the multimedia data recommendation unit is further configured to:
if the multimedia data in the third multimedia data recommendation list is selected to be played, updating the weight corresponding to the multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data recommendation list from which the multimedia data selected to be played comes; the multimedia data recommendation list from which the selected multimedia data are played comprises the first multimedia data recommendation list or the second multimedia data recommendation list.
36. The apparatus of claim 32, wherein the multimedia data recommendation unit is specifically configured to: if the vehicle is judged not to be in the navigation state, executing the following steps:
determining a fourth multimedia data recommendation list according to the vehicle running information in the judgment information;
acquiring a fifth multimedia data recommendation list determined based on the user behavior;
selecting a corresponding amount of multimedia data from the fourth multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the fourth multimedia data recommendation list, selecting a corresponding amount of multimedia data from the fifth multimedia data recommendation list according to the weight corresponding to the fifth multimedia data recommendation list, and obtaining a sixth multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data selected from the fourth multimedia data recommendation list and the fifth multimedia data recommendation list, wherein the multimedia data included in the sixth multimedia data recommendation list are recommended multimedia data.
37. The apparatus of claim 36, wherein the multimedia data recommendation unit is further configured to:
if the multimedia data in the sixth multimedia data recommendation list is selected to be played, updating the weight corresponding to the multimedia data recommendation list according to the multimedia data recommendation list from which the multimedia data selected to be played comes; the multimedia data recommendation list from which the selected multimedia data is played comprises the fourth multimedia data recommendation list or the fifth multimedia data recommendation list.
