Abstract
本发明公开了一种嵌段导电胶线缆及其制备方法,嵌段导电胶线缆包括线芯、包覆在所述线芯外周上的至少一段导电胶层、包覆在所述线芯外周上并与所述导电胶层相接的绝缘保护层;所述导电胶层的表面电阻小于100Ω。本发明的嵌段导电胶线缆,通过在线缆上设置一段或多段的导电胶层包覆在线芯上并与线芯导电连接,实现在线缆上任意位置具有可导电的部位,方便线缆通过其上的可导电部位与电子元器件连接,不需再对线缆首尾绝缘层进行剥离再连接操作,扩大线缆的应用环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线缆,尤其涉及一种嵌段导电胶线缆及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的线缆外侧的包覆层均为绝缘阻燃的高分子材料,在将线缆与电子元器件进行连接时,需要将线缆首尾的包覆层剥除以裸露线芯,再将线芯与电子元器件连接实现导通。但随着科技迅速发展,电子元器件的多元化、多功能化发展,现有线缆的连接方式及位置限制了其在电子元器件之间的连接运用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种改进的嵌段导电胶线缆及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种嵌段导电胶线缆,包括线芯、包覆在所述线芯外周上的至少一段导电胶层、包覆在所述线芯外周上并与所述导电胶层相接的绝缘保护层;
所述导电胶层的表面电阻小于100Ω。
优选地,所述导电胶层包括原料如下:高分子材料、导电填料、交联助剂、流平剂、防沉剂以及稀释溶剂。
优选地,所述高分子材料为三元乙丙胶、天然胶、丁腈胶、氯丁胶、硅胶、顺丁胶、丁苯胶、氟硅胶、苯基硅胶、氟胶和聚氨酯胶中的一种或者多种;
所述稀释溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、低分子硅烷溶剂中一种或多种。
优选地,所述导电填料为银纳米线、石墨烯、银粉、镍包石墨、镍包铝、镍包银、银包铜、银包镍和银包铝中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述导电填料为粒径≤90um的粉料。
优选地,所述防沉剂为非离子型聚氧乙烯脂肪胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇硫酸盐或聚二醇醚。
优选地,所述流平剂为硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷及端基改性有机硅中一种或多种。
本发明还提供一种嵌段导电胶线缆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提供线缆,制备导电浆料;所述线缆包括线芯以及包覆在所述线芯外周的绝缘保护层;
S2、在线缆上选定涂覆导电浆料的位置,将选定的所述位置处的绝缘保护层切割剥离,裸露出线芯;
S3、在裸露的线芯上喷涂金属处理剂,在所述线缆的绝缘保护层上喷涂离型剂;
S4、将所述导电浆料涂覆到裸露的线芯以及绝缘保护层上,高温固化,形成导电胶;
S5、将所述绝缘保护层上的导电胶剥离,留下所述线芯上的导电胶,所述线芯上的导电胶形成与所述绝缘保护层相接的导电胶层。
优选地,步骤S4包括:
S4.1、将导电浆料倒入传动定位装置的储料容器中;所述储料容器的顶部和底部设有相对连通且用于线缆穿过的第一定位孔和第二定位孔;
S4.2、将所述线缆从所述第二定位孔穿进所述储料容器中,再从所述第一定位孔穿出,所述储料容器中的导电浆料涂覆到所述线缆上裸露的线芯以及绝缘保护层上;
S4.3、将涂覆有导电浆料的线缆置于烤箱内烘干固化,使导电浆料固化形成导电胶。
优选地,步骤S4.3中,所述烤箱的温度为100℃-150℃。
优选地,所述储料容器的侧壁设有进料阀。
优选地,所述第一定位孔和所述第二定位孔分别为锥形孔。
本发明的嵌段导电胶线缆,通过在线缆上设置一段或多段的导电胶层包覆在线芯上并与线芯导电连接,实现在线缆上任意位置具有可导电的部位,方便线缆通过其上的可导电部位与电子元器件连接,不需再对线缆首尾绝缘层进行剥离再连接操作,扩大线缆的应用环境。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明一实施例的嵌段导电胶线缆1,包括线芯10、包覆在线芯10外周上的至少一段导电胶层20、包覆在线芯10外周上并与导电胶层20相接的绝缘保护层30。
其中,导电胶层20的表面电阻小于100Ω。
导电胶层20可包括原料如下:高分子材料、导电填料、交联助剂、流平剂、防沉剂以及稀释溶剂。导电胶层20通过上述原料混合形成导电浆料后固化形成。高分子材料为三元乙丙胶、天然胶、丁腈胶、氯丁胶、硅胶、顺丁胶、丁苯胶、氟硅胶、苯基硅胶、氟胶和聚氨酯胶等中的一种或者多种。导电填料为银纳米线、石墨烯、银粉、镍包石墨、镍包铝、镍包银、银包铜、银包镍和银包铝等中的一种或多种。导电填料为粒径≤90um的粉料。
防沉剂可选用非离子型聚氧乙烯脂肪胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇硫酸盐或聚二醇醚,可优选为聚二醇醚。
流平剂可选用硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷及端基改性有机硅中一种或多种,可优选为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
稀释溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、低分子硅烷溶剂等中一种或多种。
本发明的嵌段导电胶线缆的制备方法,可包括以下步骤:
S1、提供线缆1,制备导电浆料。
导电浆料由高分子材料、导电填料、交联助剂、流平剂、防沉剂以及稀释溶剂等原料按预定配比混合形成。
参考图1,线缆1包括线芯10以及包覆在线芯10外周的绝缘保护层30。
S2、在线缆1上选定涂覆导电浆料的位置,将选定的位置处的绝缘保护层30切割剥离,裸露出线芯10。
S3、在裸露的线芯10上喷涂金属处理剂,在线缆1的绝缘保护层30上喷涂离型剂。
S4、将导电浆料涂覆到裸露的线芯10以及绝缘保护层30上,高温固化,导电浆料形成导电胶。
具体地,结合图1、2,步骤S4可包括:
S4.1、将导电浆料倒入传动定位装置的储料容器2中。
储料容器2的顶部和底部设有相对连通且用于线缆1穿过的第一定位孔21和第二定位孔22。第一定位孔21和第二定位孔22可分别为锥形孔,对线缆1的进出起到导向作用。
储料容器2的侧壁设有进料阀23,进料阀23打开的情况下,可以往储料容器2倒入导电浆料,进料阀23关闭后将导电浆料封闭在储料容器2中。
S4.2、将线缆1从储料容器2底部的第二定位孔22穿进储料容器2中,再从第一定位孔21穿出,储料容器2中的导电浆料涂覆到线缆1上裸露的线芯10以及绝缘保护层30上。
通过步骤S4.2,从储料容器2穿出后的线缆1上带有导电浆料。
S4.3、将涂覆有导电浆料的线缆1置于烤箱内烘干固化,使导电浆料固化形成导电胶。
其中,烤箱的温度为100℃-150℃,时间根据温度设置。例如,在150℃下烘干固化10min。
S5、将绝缘保护层30上的导电胶剥离,留下线芯10上的导电胶,线芯10上的导电胶形成与绝缘保护层30相接的导电胶层20,从而导电胶层20形成嵌接在线缆1上的导电段,可与外部的电子元器件等连接导通。
可以理解地,根据线缆1的长度,其上的导电胶层20的数量及每段导电胶层20的长度均可根据需要进行灵活设置。

1.一种嵌段导电胶线缆,其特征在于,包括线芯、包覆在所述线芯外周上的至少一段导电胶层、包覆在所述线芯外周上并与所述导电胶层相接的绝缘保护层;
所述导电胶层的表面电阻小于100Ω。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嵌段导电胶线缆,其特征在于,所述导电胶层包括原料如下:高分子材料、导电填料、交联助剂、流平剂、防沉剂以及稀释溶剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的嵌段导电胶线缆,其特征在于,所述高分子材料为三元乙丙胶、天然胶、丁腈胶、氯丁胶、硅胶、顺丁胶、丁苯胶、氟硅胶、苯基硅胶、氟胶和聚氨酯胶中的一种或者多种;
所述稀释溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、低分子硅烷溶剂中一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的嵌段导电胶线缆,其特征在于,所述导电填料为银纳米线、石墨烯、银粉、镍包石墨、镍包铝、镍包银、银包铜、银包镍和银包铝中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的嵌段导电胶线缆,其特征在于,所述导电填料为粒径≤90um的粉料。
6.根据权利要求2所述的嵌段导电胶线缆,其特征在于,所述防沉剂为非离子型聚氧乙烯脂肪胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇硫酸盐或聚二醇醚;
所述流平剂为硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷及端基改性有机硅中一种或多种。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述的嵌段导电胶线缆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、提供线缆,制备导电浆料;所述线缆包括线芯以及包覆在所述线芯外周的绝缘保护层;
S2、在线缆上选定涂覆导电浆料的位置,将选定的所述位置处的绝缘保护层切割剥离,裸露出线芯;
S3、在裸露的线芯上喷涂金属处理剂,在所述线缆的绝缘保护层上喷涂离型剂;
S4、将所述导电浆料涂覆到裸露的线芯以及绝缘保护层上,高温固化,形成导电胶;
S5、将所述绝缘保护层上的导电胶剥离,留下所述线芯上的导电胶,所述线芯上的导电胶形成与所述绝缘保护层相接的导电胶层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的嵌段导电胶线缆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4包括:
S4.1、将导电浆料倒入传动定位装置的储料容器中;所述储料容器的顶部和底部设有相对连通且用于线缆穿过的第一定位孔和第二定位孔;
S4.2、将所述线缆从所述第二定位孔穿进所述储料容器中,再从所述第一定位孔穿出,所述储料容器中的导电浆料涂覆到所述线缆上裸露的线芯以及绝缘保护层上;
S4.3、将涂覆有导电浆料的线缆置于烤箱内烘干固化,使导电浆料固化形成导电胶。
9.根据权利要求8所述的嵌段导电胶线缆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4.3中,所述烤箱的温度为100℃-150℃。
10.根据权利要求8所述的嵌段导电胶线缆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述储料容器的侧壁设有进料阀;所述第一定位孔和所述第二定位孔分别为锥形孔。
