Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of a method for sharing commission fees of merchants according to an embodiment of the present application, the method includes:
step 101, when a payment request is sent to a consumer, calculating the payment amount of the consumer according to a preset service rate of a merchant, wherein the payment request carries the receivable amount of the merchant; the amount paid is greater than the amount due;
in the embodiment of the application, the method is applied to a transaction system, and the transaction system is provided with a cloud POS machine. The transaction system may be a receipt and payment system such as a large bank. The transaction system is used for realizing a merchant commission charge sharing method among a merchant party, a consumer party and a channel party.
Specifically, the transaction system initiates a payment request to the consumer through the cloud POS machine, wherein the payment request carries the receivable amount of the merchant. Because each card swiping consumption generates a commission charge of a channel party, that is, the residual amount of the commission charge and other related expenses needs to be deducted from the real payment amount of the consumer party and then is settled to the merchant party, so that the real payment amount of the merchant party is often not equal to the receivable amount of the merchant party, and property loss of the merchant party is caused. Therefore, the merchant side makes a service rate agreed with the consumer side, so that the consumer side pays the service fee generated by the service rate in addition to the receivable amount, the difference between the real amount and the receivable amount of the merchant side is shortened by the service fee, the real amount of the merchant side is close to or equal to the receivable amount, and property loss of the merchant side is reduced.
The transaction system calculates the payment amount of the consumer according to the preset service rate of the merchant, wherein the service rate is agreed by the merchant and the consumer in advance, so that when an event occurs, if transaction information is generated, the corresponding service rate is settled. The method specifically includes the steps of calculating the amount of the real payment of the consumer, namely obtaining the amount of the receivable of the merchant in the payment request, multiplying the amount of the receivable by a service rate to obtain a service fee, adding the service fee and the amount of the receivable to obtain the payment amount, and using the payment amount as the amount of the real payment of the consumer.
In a feasible mode, the merchant and the consumer share the commission charge of the channel, so the commission charge sharing proportional relationship between the merchant and the consumer is agreed in advance, and the commission charge rate of the channel is fixed and can be directly obtained, so the first commission charge rate of the channel and the merchant and the second commission charge rate of the channel and the consumer can be calculated according to the commission charge sharing proportional relationship and the commission charge rate. Wherein, the first hand renewal rate of the merchant is used as the service rate of the merchant. That is, the service rate of the merchant can be automatically adjusted according to the apportionment ratio of the commission fees of the merchant and the consumer, so that the merchant and the consumer share the commission fees of the channel.
The first commission charge rate is calculated by multiplying the commission charge rate by the commission charge ratio of the commercial tenant. The second commission charge rate can be calculated by multiplying the commission charge rate by the commission charge ratio of the consumer side, or by subtracting the first commission charge rate of the merchant side from 1 to obtain the second commission charge rate.
For example:
assuming that the charge rate of the channel side is a% and the charge sharing ratio of the merchant side to the consumer side is 1:8, the first charge rate of the merchant side is a%/9, and the second charge rate of the consumer side is a%. 8/9.
In another possible way, in order to maximize the utilization of the merchant side and minimize the property loss, the agreed service rate is set to be larger than the commission rate of the channel side, that is, the commission rate generated by the channel side is fully charged by the consumer side, and the merchant side does not charge the commission rate of the channel side.
102, when the consumer confirms to pay the payment amount, calculating the commission charge of the channel party according to the commission charge rate of the channel party and determining the split amount;
in the embodiment of the application, after monitoring that the consumer confirms the payment amount, the transaction system calculates the commission of the channel party according to the commission rate of the channel party, specifically, obtains the amount receivable in the payment request, and multiplies the commission rate by the amount receivable to obtain the commission rate of the channel party.
The credit amount refers to the amount of money to be paid by the consumer and the amount of the commission fee of the channel-removing party. That is, when the amount of money paid by the consumer exceeds the amount of money due by the merchant, the excess is typically remitted to the separate account using a separate account function. In the embodiment of the application, a difference value obtained by subtracting the sum of the handling fee and the real payment amount from the real payment amount is used as a branch account amount to be transferred into a branch account by using a branch account tool. Specifically, determining the credit amount includes: acquiring the real payment amount of the consumer; acquiring the calculated commission charge of the channel party; acquiring the real sum of the merchant; and taking the difference value obtained by subtracting the sum of the handling fee and the real payment amount from the real payment amount as a credit amount.
And 103, taking the residual amount obtained by deducting the branch amount and the handling fee from the real payment amount as the real payment amount of the merchant party.
In the embodiment of the application, after detecting that a consumer completes a transaction, namely successfully pays the payment amount, the transaction system settles the corresponding amount according to the objects related to the transaction event, wherein the objects related to the transaction event comprise a merchant party, a channel method and a branch account. The actual payment amount of the merchant side is the residual amount obtained by deducting the branch payment amount and the handling fee from the actual payment amount, the actual payment amount of the channel side is the handling fee drawn from the actual payment amount, and the actual payment amount of the branch account is the residual amount obtained by deducting the handling fee and the receivable amount of the merchant side from the actual payment amount.
In one possible way, if the remaining amount is equal to the amount due, the commission fee of the channel side is paid by the consumer.
In another possible way, if the remaining amount is less than the receivable amount, the commission fee of the channel party is paid by the consumer party and the merchant party together.
In order to better understand the technical solution of the present application, a specific embodiment is described below, as shown in fig. 2:
setting a transaction scenario as follows:
the amount of money due to the merchant is X Yuan, the fee rate of the channel is Y%, the service rate of the merchant is Z%, and Z% is more than Y%. That is, the merchant side does not bear the commission of the channel side.
When the transaction system initiates a payment request to a consumer, service rates of a merchant are obtained, the amount of real payment of the consumer is calculated to be (1+ Z%). times.X, the (1+ Z%). times.X is presented to the consumer for payment, when the transaction system detects that the consumer confirms payment of (1+ Z%). times.X, the transaction payment is completed, at the moment, the transaction system receives the (1+ Z%). times.X, the transaction fee of a channel is firstly calculated to be X [% Y ], then X [% Y ] is transferred to the channel side from the (1+ Z%). times.X-X [% X, then an account is transferred from (1+ Z%). times.Y-X [% X ] to the branch account by using an account transfer tool to calculate the branch account amount N (1+ Z%). times.X-X [% Y-X ], and finally, the residual amount is used as the amount of real payment of the merchant, and (4) transferring to the merchant side.
If the amount X to be received by the merchant side is (1+ Z%). X-X.Y% -N, it indicates that the commission charge of the channel side is paid by the consumer side.
If the amount X > (1+ Z%). X-X.Y% -N receivable by the merchant side, it indicates that the commission charge of the channel side is paid by the consumer side and the merchant side together.
That is, the amount of money to be charged X ≧ (1+ Z%). times.X-X.times.Y% -N on the merchant side is converted to N ≧ (Z% -Y%). times.X. On the basis, subtracting the handling fee rate of the channel party from the service rate of the merchant party to obtain a rate difference value, and multiplying the rate difference value by the amount of charge due of the merchant party to obtain a charge difference amount; if the account amount is larger than the charge difference amount, the actual amount of money received by the merchant side is smaller than the amount of money to be received; and if the account amount is equal to the charge difference amount, the actual amount of money of the merchant side is equal to the amount of money to be charged.
In this way, based on steps 101 to 103, the commission fee generated by the commission fee rate of the channel party is allocated to the consumer party by charging the service fee generated by the service rate and the commission fee allocation proportional relationship between the consumer party and the merchant party, so that the merchant party partially or not undertakes the commission fee, and the conventional payment method of only undertaking the commission fee by the merchant party is improved, so that the real charge amount of the merchant party is close to or equal to the receivable amount, thereby reducing property loss.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of a merchant commission fee sharing device in an embodiment of the present application, the device includes:

It should be noted that, the contents of the real payment calculating module 10, the commission charge and account amount calculating module 20, and the receivable calculating module 30 can refer to the contents described in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
