Specifically, the fabric availability degree is a quantity adjustment coefficient corresponding to different fabric quality grade identifications; fabrics with certain quality grades may be respectively set in the textile industry on the aspect of quantity calculation; for example, the fabric quality grade marks are divided into A-grade fabrics and A-x-grade fabrics, the fabrics of different grades correspond to different available degrees, and a certain fabric size needs to be correspondingly deducted or given more when the quantity is calculated; the corresponding setting can be specifically carried out according to the actual situation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, adjusting the stock quantity according to the availability of the fabric corresponding to the fabric quality grade identifier to obtain an adjusted stock quantity of the fabric, includes:
51, acquiring width parameters of each fabric carrying the fabric quality grade identification;
step 52, calculating the width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications according to the width adjustment coefficients corresponding to the fabric quality grade identifications, and determining the availability degrees of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications one by one;
step 53, determining target width parameters of the fabrics with the fabric quality grade identifications according to the fabric availability;
and step 54, adjusting the fabric stock quantity according to the target width parameter to obtain the adjusted fabric stock quantity.
Specifically, the availability may be determined by the width, fabric quality level designation, and the like.
The width adjustment coefficient can be defined as FOC in the textile industry, namely the adjustment coefficient related to the width is set according to different quality grades;
for example, when the quality class is denoted by a, the FOC may be set to 8% for narrow widths 1 "to 2", 12% for narrow widths 3 "to 4", 22% for narrow widths 12 "to 16", 25% for narrow widths 17 "to 20", and the like; when the fabrics of A are marked according to the quality grade, calculating the corresponding quantity according to the condition of the width;
for example, if the order demand is 1 unit of cloth with a narrow width of 3 "-4", which corresponds to a FOC of 12%, the 1.12 unit of cloth with a narrow width of 3 "-4" is finally used as the actual delivery amount corresponding to the order demand.
The above calculation method can be referred to when obtaining the adjusted stock quantity of the fabric.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, sending the fabric test instruction to the preset terminal includes:
step 61, generating at least one mail message according to the fabric test instruction;
step 62, sending at least one mail message to a preset terminal; the preset terminal is used for carrying out corresponding process test on the fabric according to the fabric test instruction in the mail information to obtain a test result.
Specifically, the server can transmit a fabric test instruction in the form of an email; the preset terminal is a receiver of the mail and can execute the fabric test instruction after receiving the mail; and carrying out corresponding process tests, quantity determination and the like on the fabric according to the specific content of the instruction to obtain a test result. The test result can be returned by replying through the mail content in a certain format, and the server can directly obtain the test result according to the arrangement of the format.
In one embodiment, the actual available inventory information in the available inventory information is determined according to the fabric test result, and the method comprises the following steps: determining the inventory quantity failing the test according to the test result; and removing the inventory quantity which fails to pass the test from the available inventory information to obtain the actual available inventory information.
Specifically, if a certain number of fabrics pass the test, the fabric part should be deleted and not included in the actual available inventory information.
In one embodiment, adjusting the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information according to the actual available inventory information to obtain adjusted target fabric production demand information, includes: determining an actual available inventory quantity corresponding to the actual available inventory information; subtracting the actual available stock quantity from the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information to obtain the adjusted fabric production demand quantity; and determining the production requirement information of the target fabric according to the adjusted production requirement quantity of the fabric.
Specifically, the adjusted target fabric production demand information is the number of fabrics to be produced finally, and the target fabric production demand information is obtained by adjusting according to the actual available inventory number, so that the fabric production demand number corresponding to the target fabric production demand information should be smaller than the fabric production demand number corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-6 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-6 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a fabric production demand information determination apparatus including: a first requirement determining module 71, a fabric inventory determining module 72, a fabric inventory testing module 73, an available inventory determining module 74, and a second requirement determining module 75, wherein:
a first requirement determining module 71, configured to determine, in response to the received ready-to-wear order information, initial fabric production requirement information corresponding to the ready-to-wear order information; the ready-made clothes order information carries fabric test index information;
a fabric inventory determining module 72, configured to determine available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information from the inventory information;
the fabric inventory testing module 73 is used for generating a fabric testing instruction corresponding to the available inventory information according to the fabric testing index information, sending the fabric testing instruction to the preset terminal, and receiving a fabric testing result returned by the preset terminal;
the available inventory determining module 74 is used for determining actual available inventory information in the available inventory information according to the fabric test result;
the second requirement determining module 75 is configured to adjust the number of the fabric production requirements in the initial fabric production requirement information according to the actual available inventory information, so as to obtain adjusted target fabric production requirement information.
In one embodiment, the fabric inventory determining module 72 is further configured to screen inventory information according to the fabric quality level identifier to obtain first fabric inventory information carrying the fabric quality level identifier; and screening the first fabric inventory information according to the fabric color identification to obtain second fabric inventory information carrying the fabric color identification, wherein the second fabric inventory information is used as available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information.
In one embodiment, the fabric inventory determining module 72 is further configured to determine the quantity of the fabric inventory carrying the fabric quality grade identifier from the inventory information; adjusting the stock quantity of the fabric according to the available degree of the fabric corresponding to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain the adjusted stock quantity of the fabric; and taking the adjusted fabric inventory quantity as first fabric inventory information carrying fabric quality grade identification.
In one embodiment, the fabric inventory determining module 72 is further configured to obtain a width parameter of each fabric carrying the fabric quality level identifier; calculating the width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications according to the width adjustment coefficients corresponding to the fabric quality grade identifications, and determining the availability degrees of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications one by one; determining target width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade marks according to the fabric availability; and adjusting the fabric stock quantity according to the target width parameter to obtain the adjusted fabric stock quantity.
In one embodiment, the fabric inventory testing module 73 is further configured to generate at least one mail message according to the fabric testing instruction; sending at least one mail message to a preset terminal; the preset terminal is used for carrying out corresponding process test on the fabric according to the fabric test instruction in the mail information to obtain a test result.
In one embodiment, the available inventory determination module 74 is further configured to determine, based on the test results, the number of inventories that failed the test; and removing the inventory quantity which fails to pass the test from the available inventory information to obtain the actual available inventory information.
In one embodiment, the second demand determination module 75 is further configured to determine an actual available inventory amount corresponding to the actual available inventory information; subtracting the actual available stock quantity from the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information to obtain the adjusted fabric production demand quantity; and determining the production requirement information of the target fabric according to the adjusted production requirement quantity of the fabric.
For specific limitations of the fabric production requirement information determining device, reference may be made to the above limitations on the fabric production requirement information determining method, and details are not repeated here. All or part of each module in the fabric production requirement information determining device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing the fabric production demand information determining data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of determining fabric production demand information.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor that when executing the computer program performs the steps of:
in response to the received ready-to-wear order information, determining initial fabric production demand information corresponding to the ready-to-wear order information; the ready-made clothes order information carries fabric test index information;
determining available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information from the inventory information;
generating a fabric test instruction corresponding to the available inventory information according to the fabric test index information, sending the fabric test instruction to a preset terminal, and receiving a fabric test result returned by the preset terminal;
determining actual available inventory information in the available inventory information according to the fabric test result;
and adjusting the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information according to the actual available inventory information to obtain adjusted target fabric production demand information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: screening the inventory information according to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain first fabric inventory information carrying the fabric quality grade identification; and screening the first fabric inventory information according to the fabric color identification to obtain second fabric inventory information carrying the fabric color identification, wherein the second fabric inventory information is used as available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: determining the fabric inventory quantity carrying the fabric quality grade identification from the inventory information; adjusting the stock quantity of the fabric according to the available degree of the fabric corresponding to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain the adjusted stock quantity of the fabric; and taking the adjusted fabric inventory quantity as first fabric inventory information carrying fabric quality grade identification.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: obtaining the width parameter of each fabric carrying the fabric quality grade identification; calculating the width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications according to the width adjustment coefficients corresponding to the fabric quality grade identifications, and determining the availability degrees of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications one by one; determining target width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade marks according to the fabric availability; and adjusting the fabric stock quantity according to the target width parameter to obtain the adjusted fabric stock quantity.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: generating at least one mail message according to the fabric test instruction; sending at least one mail message to a preset terminal; the preset terminal is used for carrying out corresponding process testing on the fabric according to the fabric testing instruction in the mail information to obtain a testing result.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: determining the inventory quantity failing the test according to the test result; and removing the inventory quantity which fails to pass the test from the available inventory information to obtain the actual available inventory information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: determining an actual available inventory quantity corresponding to the actual available inventory information; subtracting the actual available stock quantity from the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information to obtain the adjusted fabric production demand quantity; and determining the production requirement information of the target fabric according to the adjusted production requirement quantity of the fabric.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
in response to the received ready-to-wear order information, determining initial fabric production demand information corresponding to the ready-to-wear order information; the ready-made clothes order information carries fabric test index information;
determining available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information from the inventory information;
generating a fabric test instruction corresponding to the available inventory information according to the fabric test index information, sending the fabric test instruction to a preset terminal, and receiving a fabric test result returned by the preset terminal;
determining actual available inventory information in the available inventory information according to the fabric test result;
and adjusting the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information according to the actual available inventory information to obtain the adjusted target fabric production demand information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: screening the inventory information according to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain first fabric inventory information carrying the fabric quality grade identification; and screening the first fabric inventory information according to the fabric color identification to obtain second fabric inventory information carrying the fabric color identification, wherein the second fabric inventory information is used as available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: determining the fabric inventory quantity carrying the fabric quality grade identification from the inventory information; adjusting the stock quantity of the fabric according to the available degree of the fabric corresponding to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain the adjusted stock quantity of the fabric; and taking the adjusted fabric inventory quantity as first fabric inventory information carrying fabric quality grade identification.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: obtaining the width parameter of each fabric carrying the fabric quality grade identification; calculating the width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications according to the width adjustment coefficients corresponding to the fabric quality grade identifications, and determining the availability degrees of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications one by one; determining target width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade marks according to the fabric availability; and adjusting the fabric stock quantity according to the target width parameter to obtain the adjusted fabric stock quantity.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: generating at least one mail message according to the fabric test instruction; sending at least one mail message to a preset terminal; the preset terminal is used for carrying out corresponding process test on the fabric according to the fabric test instruction in the mail information to obtain a test result.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: determining the inventory quantity failing the test according to the test result; and removing the inventory quantity which does not pass the test from the available inventory information to obtain the actual available inventory information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: determining an actual available inventory quantity corresponding to the actual available inventory information; subtracting the actual available stock quantity from the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information to obtain the adjusted fabric production demand quantity; and determining the production requirement information of the target fabric according to the adjusted production requirement quantity of the fabric.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A method for determining fabric production demand information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in response to the received ready-made clothes order information, determining initial fabric production demand information corresponding to the ready-made clothes order information; the ready-made clothes order information carries fabric test index information; the initial fabric production requirement information comprises a fabric quality grade identifier and a fabric color identifier;
determining available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information from inventory information;
generating a fabric test instruction corresponding to the available inventory information according to the fabric test index information, sending the fabric test instruction to a preset terminal, and receiving a fabric test result returned by the preset terminal;
determining actual available inventory information in the available inventory information according to the fabric test result;
adjusting the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information according to the actual available inventory information to obtain adjusted target fabric production demand information;
the step of determining available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information from the inventory information comprises the following steps:
screening the inventory information according to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain first fabric inventory information carrying the fabric quality grade identification;
and screening the first fabric inventory information according to the fabric color identifier to obtain second fabric inventory information carrying the fabric color identifier, wherein the second fabric inventory information is used as available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein different ones of the fabric quality grade designations correspond to different fabric availability degrees;
the screening the inventory information according to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain first fabric inventory information carrying the fabric quality grade identification comprises the following steps:
determining the fabric inventory quantity carrying the fabric quality grade identification from the inventory information;
adjusting the fabric stock quantity according to the fabric availability corresponding to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain the adjusted fabric stock quantity;
and taking the adjusted fabric inventory quantity as first fabric inventory information carrying the fabric quality grade identification.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting the stock quantity of the fabric according to the availability degree of the fabric corresponding to the fabric quality grade identifier to obtain the adjusted stock quantity of the fabric comprises:
obtaining the width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identification;
calculating the width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications according to the width adjustment coefficients corresponding to the fabric quality grade identifications, and determining the availability degrees of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade identifications one by one;
determining target width parameters of the fabrics carrying the fabric quality grade marks according to the fabric availability;
and adjusting the fabric stock quantity according to the target width parameter to obtain the adjusted fabric stock quantity.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the fabric test instruction to a preset terminal comprises:
generating at least one mail message according to the fabric test instruction;
sending at least one piece of mail information to the preset terminal; and the preset terminal is used for carrying out corresponding process test on the fabric according to the fabric test instruction in the mail information to obtain the test result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining actual available inventory information of the available inventory information from the fabric test results comprises:
determining the number of the stocks which fail to pass the test according to the test result;
and removing the inventory quantity which fails the test from the available inventory information to obtain the actual available inventory information.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information according to the actual available inventory information to obtain adjusted target fabric production demand information comprises:
determining an actual available inventory quantity corresponding to the actual available inventory information;
subtracting the actual available inventory quantity from the fabric production demand quantity in the initial fabric production demand information to obtain an adjusted fabric production demand quantity;
and determining the target fabric production demand information according to the adjusted fabric production demand quantity.
7. A fabric production demand information determination apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the first requirement determining module is used for responding to the received ready-made clothes order information and determining initial fabric production requirement information corresponding to the ready-made clothes order information; the ready-made clothes order information carries fabric test index information; the initial fabric production requirement information comprises a fabric quality grade identifier and a fabric color identifier;
the fabric inventory determining module is used for determining available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information from inventory information;
the fabric inventory testing module is used for generating a fabric testing instruction corresponding to the available inventory information according to the fabric testing index information, sending the fabric testing instruction to a preset terminal and receiving a fabric testing result returned by the preset terminal;
the available inventory determining module is used for determining actual available inventory information in the available inventory information according to the fabric test result;
the second requirement determining module is used for adjusting the quantity of the fabric production requirements in the initial fabric production requirement information according to the actual available inventory information to obtain adjusted target fabric production requirement information;
the fabric inventory determining module is further used for screening the inventory information according to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain first fabric inventory information carrying the fabric quality grade identification; and screening the first fabric inventory information according to the fabric color identifier to obtain second fabric inventory information carrying the fabric color identifier, wherein the second fabric inventory information is used as available inventory information corresponding to the initial fabric production demand information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein different said fabric quality level designations correspond to different fabric availability levels;
the fabric inventory determining module is further used for determining the fabric inventory quantity carrying the fabric quality grade identification from the inventory information; adjusting the stock quantity of the fabrics according to the fabric availability corresponding to the fabric quality grade identification to obtain the adjusted stock quantity of the fabrics; and taking the adjusted fabric inventory quantity as first fabric inventory information carrying the fabric quality grade identification.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
