A miniature projection curtain which characterized in that: the coating comprises a substrate layer, and a micro prism layer, a reflecting layer and a coating which are positioned on the substrate layer, wherein the coating comprises the following raw materials: 20-30 parts of epoxy resin, 10-15 parts of modifier, 1-5 parts of toughening agent and 10-15 parts of filler;
the modifier is selected from at least one of polyisocyanate, silicone resin and polyester resin;
the toughening agent is selected from at least one of dibutyl phthalate and dioctyl 1, 2-phthalate;
the filler is selected from at least one of graphite powder, talcum powder, quartz powder, silica gel powder and asbestos fiber;
the substrate layer is selected from thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber;
the micro prism layer comprises a plurality of micro prisms, and the micro prisms are ultraviolet-cured or thermosetting acrylic resin layers;
the reflecting layer is a full dielectric reflecting film.
2. A process for preparing a micro projection screen, comprising the micro projection screen of claim 1,
the method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following operation steps:
s1, spreading acrylic resin on the base layer, and forming a micro prism layer through mould pressing;
s2, bonding the full dielectric reflection film and the micro prism layer through heating;
s3, mixing and stirring the epoxy resin, the modifier, the toughening agent and the filler to form a viscous coating;
s4, uniformly coating the coating on the surface of the metal reflecting layer, drying and cooling to obtain a micro projection curtain;
in the S3, the stirring temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the stirring time is 15-30 min;
in the S4, the coating temperature is 50-60 ℃.
