Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic test fixture for a frequency converter, which comprises a base and a workbench, wherein a buffer device is symmetrically arranged between the base and the workbench, a motor is arranged on one side of the workbench, a movable seat in threaded connection with a threaded rod is fixedly arranged below two movable plates, and clamping pieces are symmetrically arranged on opposite surfaces of the two movable plates. The clamping device is simple in structure and novel in design, the threaded rod is driven by the motor to drive the two movable plates to move relatively, the sliding block is driven by the handle to further drive the clamping piece to move on the sliding groove, so that the clamping device is suitable for frequency converters with different specifications, the application range of the clamping device is improved, the pressure on the frequency converter can be effectively buffered by the first spring and the second spring, the frequency converter is prevented from being excessively extruded and damaged, the frequency converter can be prevented from driving the workbench to move up and down by the buffering device, and the phenomenon of inaccurate test data caused by shaking of the frequency converter is further prevented.

In fig. 2, the sliding grooves 8 are symmetrically formed in the two movable plates 6, the sliding blocks 11 fixedly connected with the clamping members 7 are movably mounted in the sliding grooves 8, the handles 12 are mounted on the other sides of the sliding grooves 8, the sliding blocks 11 are driven by the handles 12 to further drive the clamping members 7 to move on the sliding grooves 8, so that the frequency converters of different specifications are adapted, and the application range of the invention is expanded.
