Abstract

本发明公开了一种带除霜功能的盘管,包括设置于机组箱体内的表冷器,所述表冷器的上端呈开口设置,且其上端固定有水箱,所述水箱内部通过角铁支架安装有前后两组布液管,所述布液管的下端设有若干列排水孔,所述布液管的右端焊接有封板,所述布液管的左端连通于三通管,所述三通管经由水箱左侧壁贯穿后通过不锈钢接头连接有水管,所述水箱的底部设有若干组圆孔。本发明在表冷器上方安装一个水箱,水箱与表冷器固定,水管为水箱供水,水经由布液管上的排水孔下落至水箱内,水箱底部开圆孔,水随圆孔流下到表冷器内进行除霜。没有安全隐患,不会伤害表冷器;对效能没有影响;减少企业成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及低温环境下的空调处理技术领域,具体为一种带除霜功能的盘管。
背景技术
低温空气处理机组(一般用于低温冷藏场所)在运行过程中,因进出水温低于水的冰点温度,在运行过程中,会将经过盘管表面空气中的水分给结成冰,附着在翅片表面,影响盘管换热效果,影响空气处理机组服务环境的温度,现有技术的缺陷和不足:1.采用电加热除霜,加热器容易产生故障、漏电、冷媒盘管电击穿等现象,且加热除霜使表冷器温度变化较大,容易出现膨胀断裂情况,同时耗能较大,对系统温度会产生瞬间的波动;2.采用停机方式除霜,耗时耗力,会对公司生产和运行产生影响;为此,我们推出一种带除霜功能的盘管。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带除霜功能的盘管,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带除霜功能的盘管,包括设置于机组箱体内的表冷器,所述表冷器的上端呈开口设置,且其上端固定有水箱,所述水箱内部通过角铁支架安装有前后两组布液管,所述布液管的下端设有若干列排水孔,所述布液管的右端焊接有封板,所述布液管的左端连通于三通管,所述三通管经由水箱左侧壁贯穿后通过不锈钢接头连接有水管,所述水箱的底部设有若干组圆孔。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述机组箱体的前部左右两侧分别设有第一检修门和第二检修门。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述机组箱体的左侧顶部设有进风管,所述机组箱体的右侧设有排风管,所述机组箱体内还设有风机。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在表冷器上方安装一个水箱,水箱与表冷器固定,水管为水箱供水,水经由布液管上的排水孔下落至水箱内,水箱底部开圆孔,水随圆孔流下到表冷器内进行除霜。没有安全隐患,不会伤害表冷器;对效能没有影响;减少企业成本。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种带除霜功能的盘管,包括设置于机组箱体2内的表冷器8,所述表冷器8的上端呈开口设置,且其上端固定有水箱6,所述水箱6内部通过角铁支架14安装有前后两组布液管9,所述布液管9的下端设有若干列排水孔12,所述布液管9的右端焊接有封板,所述布液管9的左端连通于三通管11,所述三通管11经由水箱6左侧壁贯穿后通过不锈钢接头13连接有水管10,所述水箱6的底部设有若干组圆孔15。
具体的,所述机组箱体2的前部左右两侧分别设有第一检修门7和第二检修门4。
具体的,所述机组箱体2的左侧顶部设有进风管1,所述机组箱体2的右侧设有排风管3,所述机组箱体2内还设有风机5。
具体的,使用时,在表冷器8上方安装一个水箱6,水箱6与表冷器8固定,该水箱6安装水管10,水管10为水箱6供水,水管10进0.2MPa水,水经由布液管9上的排水孔12下落至水箱6内,水箱6底部开圆孔15(圆孔15开孔位置及尺寸经过特殊计算),水随圆孔15流下到表冷器8内进行除霜。
根据表冷器8进出水温度,若进出水温差小余3.5度,且温差在持续减少,则开始进行除湿工作。风机5仍然开启,冰水阀关闭。当进出水温温差大于3.5度,且有变大趋势,则除霜工作结束。若除霜工作在5分内,温差仍没有增大至设定温度,除霜工作仍停止。
通过表冷器8后的温度传感器,但温度传感器温度小余1度时,且温度有降低趋势,则开始进行除霜工作。风机5开启,冰水阀关闭。若除霜工作在5分内,温差仍没有增大至设定温度,除霜工作仍停止。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种带除霜功能的盘管,包括设置于机组箱体(2)内的表冷器(8),其特征在于:所述表冷器(8)的上端呈开口设置,且其上端固定有水箱(6),所述水箱(6)内部通过角铁支架(14)安装有前后两组布液管(9),所述布液管(9)的下端设有若干列排水孔(12),所述布液管(9)的右端焊接有封板,所述布液管(9)的左端连通于三通管(11),所述三通管(11)经由水箱(6)左侧壁贯穿后通过不锈钢接头(13)连接有水管(10),所述水箱(6)的底部设有若干组圆孔(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带除霜功能的盘管,其特征在于:所述机组箱体(2)的前部左右两侧分别设有第一检修门(7)和第二检修门(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带除霜功能的盘管,其特征在于:所述机组箱体(2)的左侧顶部设有进风管(1),所述机组箱体(2)的右侧设有排风管(3),所述机组箱体(2)内还设有风机(5)。
