As shown in fig. 5 and 7, a discharge port 50 is arranged on the side surface of the cylindrical feeding box 49, and the discharge port 50 is fixedly connected with a conical discharge sleeve 51. The conical discharging sleeve 51 is a hollow conical structure made of stainless steel with openings at two ends, one end with a larger opening is welded with the discharging port 50, the other end with a smaller opening is an outlet of the conical discharging sleeve 51, the outlet of the conical discharging sleeve 51 is located at the square opening 38 on the side face of the case 29, two sides of the outlet of the conical discharging sleeve 51 are respectively welded with a fixed baffle plate 52 and a fixed plastering knife 53, and the fixed baffle plate 52 and the fixed plastering knife 53 extend to the outside of the case 29 from the outlet of the conical discharging sleeve 51. The fixed baffle plate 52 and the fixed plastering knife 53 are both made of stainless steel materials, the outer end of the fixed baffle plate 52 is in a circular arc shape, and the length of the fixed baffle plate 52 is 6-23 mm. The outer end of the fixed plastering knife 53 is triangular, and the length of the fixed plastering knife 53 is 10-26 mm.
The right side of the fixed plastering knife 53 is provided with a movable plastering knife 54, one end of the movable plastering knife 54 passes through the square opening 38 on the side surface of the case 29 and extends to the outside of the case 29, the length of the movable plastering knife 54 extending to the outside of the case 29 is 13-29mm, and the other end of the movable plastering knife 54 is fixedly connected with a connecting cylinder 57. The connecting cylinder 57 is a stainless steel cylindrical cylinder, a rotary hole is formed in the center of the connecting cylinder 57, the connecting cylinder 57 is movably mounted on the rotary shaft 58 through the rotary hole, the rotary hole is rotatably connected with the rotary shaft 58, the rotary shaft 58 is a stainless steel round rod, the size of the stainless steel round rod is matched with the rotary hole, and the lower end of the rotary shaft 58 is welded on the bottom plate 37 of the case 29. An adjusting block 70 is arranged beside the movable plastering knife 54, the adjusting block 70 is made of a rectangular stainless steel plate, a threaded hole 71 for adjustment is formed in the adjusting block 70, and an adjusting rod 72 which is matched with the threaded hole 71 is installed in the threaded hole 71. One end of the adjusting rod 72 penetrates through the case 29 to be connected with an adjusting nut 73 positioned outside the case 29 in a welding mode, and the other end of the adjusting rod 72 is fixedly connected with the movable plastering knife 54 through the first spring 60.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 7, a pressure pump 43 is installed on the outer side of the case 29, a water inlet of the pressure pump 43 is connected to a water storage tank 41 in the case 29 through a water inlet pipe 42, a water outlet of the pressure pump 43 is connected to a first water outlet pipe 44 and a second water outlet pipe 45, the first water outlet pipe 44 is connected to a water spray pipe 46, the water spray pipe 46 is fixedly installed on the left side of the case 29, and a plurality of nozzles or a plurality of water spray holes are uniformly installed on the side of the water spray pipe 46 facing the wall surface. The movable plastering knife 54 is a hollow plastering knife made of stainless steel, a water storage cavity 59 is arranged inside the movable plastering knife 54, and the water storage cavity 59 is connected with the pressure pump 43 through a second water outlet pipe 45. The outer end of the movable plastering knife 54 is a triangular knife tip 55, one side of the knife tip 55 facing the wall surface is provided with a plurality of small holes 56 for spraying water, and the small holes 56 are communicated with a water storage cavity 59 in the movable plastering knife 54.

The invention not only realizes the replacement of manual plastering by automatic plastering, improves the construction speed, accelerates the project progress, reduces the production cost, lightens the labor intensity of workers and improves the construction environment, but also rotationally conveys, extrudes and paints mortar on the surface of a wall by the cylindrical feeding box 49, the conical discharging sleeve 51, the fixed baffle plate 52 and the fixed plastering knife 53, and the fixed plastering knife 53 performs primary plastering to ensure that the mortar is pressure-adhered to the wall, so the combination is firmer; and then, the movable plastering knife 54 is used for spraying water for the second time to scrape, and a small amount of water is sprayed, so that a thin layer of water-containing slurry is formed on the surface of the plastering layer after the first time of scraping, the resistance of the second time of scraping is reduced, and the movable plastering knife 54 is used for scraping more smoothly and the surface of the plastering layer is smoother.
The left side of the machine case 29 of the invention is provided with a water spraying pipe 46, the water spraying pipe 46 is connected with a pressure pump 43 through a first water outlet pipe 44, the pressure pump 43 is connected with a water storage tank 41 in the machine case 29 through a water inlet pipe 42, before plastering, the pressure pump 43 conveys water in the water storage tank 41 to the water spraying pipe 46 through the first water outlet pipe 44 to pre-spray water and wet the wall surface, so that a plastering layer after plastering has good setting and hardening conditions, the mortar strength is favorably enhanced, and the phenomena of hollowing and cracking are avoided. The invention also welds the first fixed seat 61 and the second fixed seat 62 which incline to the left on the back side plate 32, a scraper 67 with a sliding handle 65 and a brush 69 with a fixed handle 68 are respectively arranged in the first fixed seat 61 and the second fixed seat 62, the scraper 67 scrapes a small amount of sundries such as mud residue on the wall surface leftwards, the brush 69 on the right side of the scraper 67 cleans the scraped sundries and dust, and prevents the sundries and dust from being smeared between the wall surface and the plastering layer to influence the bonding strength between the wall surface and the plastering layer.
