And the positioning plate 3 is also provided with screw holes, the screw holes in the positioning plate 3 are matched with the screw holes in the guide section 11, and after the alignment of the steel pipe column 4 above and the steel pipe column 4 below in the later period is completed, the guide section 11 and the positioning plate 3 can be connected through the connecting bolt 8, so that temporary support is realized.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the support plate 7 connects the connecting sections 12 of the two clamping plates 1 by means of connecting bolts 8, i.e. by means of nuts and nuts. And the connecting section 12 extends upwards by 15-25mm from the first interface of the steel pipe column 4 below, as shown in fig. 2, the part of the connecting section 12 extending out of the end face of the steel pipe column 4 below is aligned with the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 below, that is, the connecting section 12 is arranged to be closely attached to the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 below. The radial distance between the guide section 11 and the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 below is gradually increased from the support plate 7 to the positioning plate 3, that is, the radial distance between the guide section 11 and the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 is gradually increased from bottom to top, that is, the inclined surface of the right-angled trapezoidal plate, and the size of the guide section 11 close to the positioning plate 3 is smaller than the size of the guide section 11 close to the support plate 7.
The connecting section 12 extends out 15-25mm from one end face of the connector of the steel pipe column 4 below, the connecting section 12 is a rectangular plate, the part of the connecting section extending out of the end face of the steel pipe column 4 forms limit with the inner wall or the outer wall of the steel pipe column 4, so that the part of the connecting section 12 extending out of the connector I can be matched with the connector II, the radial direction of the steel pipe column 4 above can be limited when the steel pipe column 4 above and the steel pipe column 4 below are aligned, the alignment precision between the connector I and the connector II is ensured, and the steel pipe column 4 above and the steel pipe column 4 below are ensured to be aligned without dislocation and seam staggering. And the radial position of the upper steel pipe column 4 above the lower steel pipe column 4 can be quickly ensured according to the radial limit of the connecting section 12 on the upper steel pipe column 4, the radial adjustment of the upper steel pipe column 4 can be accelerated, and the aligning efficiency of the upper steel pipe column 4 and the lower steel pipe column 4 is further improved.
Besides, the guide section 11 is of a gradual change structure, such as a right trapezoid plate or a right triangle plate, one of the right-angle sides is used for connecting the connecting section 12, and the other right-angle side is far away from the corresponding steel pipe column 4, the guide section 11 is convenient to process, and the size of the guide section 11 close to the positioning plate 3 is smaller than that of the guide section 11 close to the supporting plate 7, so that the radial size of the guide section 11 at the inlet of the gap 13 between the two clamping plates 1 is small, the matching length of the guide section 11 at the inlet and the positioning plate 3 can be reduced, the difficulty and the adjusting time of the positioning plate 3 entering the gap 13 between the two clamping plates 1 are reduced, the guide of the steel pipe column 4 above is facilitated to be reduced, and the efficiency of the steel pipe column 4 above and the steel pipe column 4 below can be improved.
In this embodiment, for two steel-pipe column 4 adjacent from top to bottom, interface one is equipped with a plurality of first corbels 21 along circumference, interface two is equipped with a plurality of correspondences along circumference first corbel 21's second support corbel 22, first support corbel 21 with second support corbel 22 is equipped with the butt joint face of adaptation respectively, first support corbel 21's butt joint face stretches out the terminal surface of interface one, first support corbel 21 is used for right steel-pipe column 4's radial spacing. The arrangement quantity and the positions of the first supporting bracket 21 and the second supporting bracket 22 are determined according to actual construction conditions, and the first supporting bracket 21 and the second supporting bracket 22 can be matched with each other, such as: the first support bracket 21 may be disposed on the outer wall of the steel pipe column 4 below, the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 below, the outer wall of the steel pipe column 4 above, or the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 above, but the first support bracket 21 needs to be staggered with the positioning clamp plate 1, and the second support bracket 22 is disposed on the corresponding steel pipe column 4 corresponding to the first support bracket 21.
The first supporting bracket 21 and the corresponding second supporting bracket 22 can be matched with each other, namely, the butt joint surface of the first supporting bracket 21 is abutted against the butt joint surface of the second supporting bracket 22 to support, so that the steel pipe column 4 below can temporarily support the steel pipe column 4 above, the limiting in the height direction is realized, when the two butt joint surfaces are contacted, the steel pipe column 4 above is represented to be placed in place, the welding gap between the steel pipe column 4 above and the steel pipe column 4 below is reserved at the moment, and the welding of the steel pipe column 4 after the alignment is facilitated. The arrangement quantity and the position of the first support bracket 21 and the second support bracket 22 are determined according to the actual construction condition, but need to be arranged in a staggered manner with the positioning clamp plate 1. The first support bracket 21 needs to stretch out the end face of the corresponding first interface, and the first support bracket 21 is used for connecting the face corresponding to the steel pipe column 4 and aligning the inner wall or the outer wall of the steel pipe column 4, so that the part of the first support bracket 21 stretching out of the end face of the first interface can limit the second interface in the radial direction, and the verticality of the steel pipe column 4 above after alignment and welding is ensured.
In this embodiment, the first support bracket 21 is disposed on the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 below, the second support bracket 22 is disposed on the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 above, and both the first support bracket 21 and the second support bracket 22 include a horizontal plate and a vertical plate, the vertical plate is connected to the corresponding steel pipe column 4, and the horizontal plate is the abutting surface. As shown in fig. 1, the upper part of the connecting plate of the first support bracket 21 extends out from the end surface of the steel pipe column 4 below, that is, the transverse plate of the first support bracket 21 on the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 below is higher than the end surface of the steel pipe column 4 below, the vertical plate is attached to and connected to the inner wall corresponding to the steel pipe column 4, the transverse plate of the second support bracket 22 on the inner wall of the steel pipe column 4 above is higher than the end surface of the steel pipe column 4 above, and the transverse plate of the first support bracket 21 and the transverse plate of the second support bracket 22 are supported in a matching manner, as shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 4, four first support brackets 21 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the steel pipe column 4 below, four positioning fixtures are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the steel pipe column 4 below, and the positioning fixtures and the first support brackets 21 are arranged in a staggered manner. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 5, the four second support brackets 22 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the upper steel pipe column 4, the four positioning plates 3 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the lower steel pipe column 4, and the positioning plates 3 and the second support brackets 22 are arranged in a staggered manner.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a steel pipe column alignment method, which uses a steel pipe column alignment structure, wherein the steel pipe column alignment structure comprises two steel pipe columns 4 which are adjacent up and down, and the two steel pipe columns 4 are respectively provided with a first connector and a second connector which are matched with each other;
the first interface comprises a plurality of positioning clamps arranged along the circumferential direction, and the second interface comprises a plurality of positioning plates 3 arranged along the circumferential direction and corresponding to the positioning clamps;
the positioning plate 3 and the positioning fixture are vertically arranged, and the positioning plate 3 is used for being connected between two clamping arms of the positioning fixture in an adaptive mode.
Further comprising the steps of:
A. according to the design, all the positioning clamps and all the positioning plates 3 are respectively connected to the corresponding first interfaces and the corresponding second interfaces;
B. hoisting the upper steel pipe column 4 to the upper part of the lower steel pipe column 4, and then adjusting the position of the upper steel pipe column 4 to align all the positioning plates 3 with the gaps 13 between the two clamping arms of the corresponding positioning clamp;
C. and lowering the upper steel pipe column 4 to enable the positioning plate 3 to move towards the inside of the gap 13 along the clamping arms of the positioning clamp, enabling the end face of the upper steel pipe column 4 to reach a specified position above the end face of the lower steel pipe column 4, and aligning the upper steel pipe column 4 and the lower steel pipe column 4.
By adopting the steel pipe column alignment method, the step A is to process the steel pipe column alignment structure, the step B is to adjust the relative position of the positioning plate 3 and the corresponding positioning clamp by adjusting the steel pipe column 4 above, the step C directly descends the steel pipe column 4 above to a specified position to complete alignment, because the two clamping arms of the positioning clamp plate 1 have a guiding effect on the positioning plate 3, and meanwhile, the two clamping arms of the positioning clamp plate 1 can limit the positioning plate 3, so that the efficiency of the steel pipe column 4 below the upper steel pipe column 4 in alignment can be improved. The steel pipe column alignment method is simple to operate and convenient to construct, the alignment efficiency of the two steel pipe columns 4 which are adjacent up and down can be improved, and the construction time for butt joint of the steel pipe columns 4 is greatly shortened.
Specifically, the present example will be described by taking the steel pipe column positioning structure described in example 1 as an example. The steel pipe column alignment method comprises the following construction steps:
firstly, assembling the positioning clamp: clamping the connecting sections 12 of the two clamping plates 1 at two sides of the supporting plate 7 and connecting the two clamping plates through the connecting bolts 8, wherein the width of the gap 13 between the two clamping plates 1 at one end close to the positioning plate 3 is larger than the width of the gap 13 at one end close to the supporting plate 7; the step of assembling the positioning fixture is to process the positioning fixture of the steel pipe column alignment structure, connect the two clamp plates 1 to both sides of the support plate 7 through the connecting bolts 8, and when connecting the two clamp plates 1, through the operation of incompletely screwing the connecting bolts 8, make the width of the gap 13 between the two clamp plates 1, which is used for being close to one end of the positioning plate 3, greater than the width of the gap 13, which is used for being close to one end of the support plate 7, the end of the gap 13, which is close to the positioning plate 3, is the inlet of the positioning plate 3, the inlet width of the gap 13 is greater, which is beneficial for the positioning plate 3 to enter the gap 13, and is convenient for the alignment construction of the upper steel pipe column 4 and the lower steel pipe column 4.
After all the positioning clamps are assembled, step a1 is performed: according to the design, all the positioning clamps and all the positioning plates 3 are respectively connected to the corresponding first interfaces and the corresponding second interfaces; connecting the vertical plates of all the first supporting brackets 21 and the vertical plates of all the second supporting brackets 22 to the inner wall or the outer wall of the corresponding steel pipe column 4 respectively according to design, enabling the transverse plates of the first supporting brackets 21 to extend out of the end face of the first connector, and enabling the transverse plates of the first supporting brackets 21 and the transverse plates of the second supporting brackets 22 to be arranged in a matched mode;
then, step C is carried out: and lowering the upper steel pipe column 4 to enable the positioning plate 3 to be positioned between the two corresponding clamping plates 1, enabling the positioning plate 3 to move towards the supporting plate 7 along the clamping plates 1 until the transverse plate of the first supporting bracket 21 abuts against the transverse plate of the second supporting bracket 22, and aligning the upper steel pipe column 4 with the lower steel pipe column 4. At this time, the transverse plate of the second support bracket 22 contacts the transverse plate of the first support bracket 21, and the first support bracket 21 can support the second support bracket 22, that is, the lower steel pipe column 4 temporarily supports the upper steel pipe column 4; and a gap for welding construction is formed between the lower end face of the upper steel pipe column 4 and the upper end face of the lower steel pipe column 4. After the alignment is completed, the bolts on the supporting plates 7 can be screwed in the corresponding steel pipe columns 4, and the clamping plates 1 and the positioning plates 3 are connected through the bolts, as shown in fig. 6, so as to form temporary supports, which facilitate the following welding operation.

Claims (7)

1. The steel pipe column alignment structure is characterized by comprising two steel pipe columns (4) which are adjacent up and down, wherein the two steel pipe columns (4) are respectively provided with a first connector and a second connector which are used for adaptive connection;
the first interface comprises a plurality of positioning clamps arranged along the circumferential direction, and the second interface comprises a plurality of positioning plates (3) arranged along the circumferential direction and corresponding to the positioning clamps;
the positioning plate (3) and the positioning clamp are both vertically arranged, and the positioning plate (3) is used for being connected between two clamping arms of the positioning clamp in an adaptive manner;
the positioning clamp comprises a supporting plate (7) which is vertically arranged and clamping arms which are connected to two sides of the supporting plate (7), the clamping arms are clamping plates (1), and the supporting plate (7) is connected with the corresponding steel pipe column (4); the distance between the two clamping plates (1) is gradually increased from the supporting plate (7) to the corresponding positioning plate (3), and the clamping plates (1) are connected with the positioning plate (3) through bolts;
the first connector is circumferentially provided with a plurality of first supporting brackets (21), the second connector is circumferentially provided with a plurality of second supporting brackets (22) corresponding to the first supporting brackets (21), the first supporting brackets (21) and the second supporting brackets (22) are respectively provided with adaptive butt joint surfaces, the butt joint surfaces of the first supporting brackets (21) extend out of the end surface of the first connector, and the first supporting brackets (21) are used for radially limiting the steel pipe column (4);
the first supporting bracket (21) and the positioning clamp are arranged in a staggered mode in the circumferential direction.

The steel pipe column alignment structure according to claim 1, wherein the clamp plate (1) comprises a connecting section (12) and a guide section (11), the guide section (11) is a right-angled trapezoidal plate or a right-angled triangular plate, the guide section (11) is used for guiding and connecting adjacent steel pipe columns (4), the connecting section (12) is a rectangular plate, the connecting section (12) is connected with the support plate (7), the connecting section (12) is closely arranged corresponding to the inner wall or the outer wall of the steel pipe column (4), and the connecting section (12) extends out of the corresponding end face of the steel pipe column (4).

The steel pipe column alignment structure according to claim 1, wherein the first interface can be replaced by a plurality of positioning clamps and a plurality of positioning plates (3), the second interface can be replaced by a plurality of positioning clamps and a plurality of positioning plates (3), the positioning clamps of the first interface respectively correspond to the positioning plates (3) of the second interface, and the positioning plates (3) of the first interface respectively correspond to the positioning clamps of the second interface.

The steel pipe column aligning structure according to claim 1, wherein the first support bracket (21) and the second support bracket (22) each include a horizontal plate and a vertical plate, the horizontal plate is the abutting surface, and the vertical plate abuts against and is connected to an inner wall or an outer wall of the corresponding steel pipe column (4).
5. A steel pipe column aligning method using the steel pipe column aligning structure according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
A. according to the design, all the positioning clamps and all the positioning plates (3) are respectively connected to the corresponding first interface and the corresponding second interface;
B. hoisting the upper steel pipe column (4) to the upper part of the lower steel pipe column (4), and then adjusting the position of the upper steel pipe column (4) to align all the positioning plates (3) with the gaps (13) between the two clamping arms of the corresponding positioning clamp;
C. and (3) lowering the upper steel pipe column (4) to enable the positioning plate (3) to move towards the inside of the gap (13) along the clamping arms of the positioning clamp, enabling the end face of the upper steel pipe column (4) to reach a designated position above the end face of the lower steel pipe column (4), and aligning the upper steel pipe column (4) with the lower steel pipe column (4).
6. The steel pipe column alignment method according to claim 5, wherein the steel pipe column alignment structure further comprises a plurality of first support brackets (21) and a plurality of second support brackets (22), the first support brackets (21) are distributed along the circumferential direction of the first connector, the second support brackets (22) are distributed along the circumferential direction of the second connector, the first support brackets (21) correspond to the second support brackets (22), the first support brackets (21) and the second support brackets (22) each comprise a transverse plate and a vertical plate, the transverse plate is an alignment surface, the alignment surface of the first support bracket (21) extends out of the end surface of the first connector, and the vertical plate is tightly attached to and connected to the inner wall or the outer wall of the corresponding steel pipe column (4); the positioning clamp comprises a supporting plate (7) which is vertically arranged and clamping arms which are connected to two sides of the supporting plate (7), the clamping arms are clamping plates (1), and the supporting plate (7) is connected with the corresponding steel pipe column (4);
step A is replaced by A1: according to the design, all the positioning clamps and all the positioning plates (3) are respectively connected to the corresponding first interfaces and the corresponding second interfaces;
connecting the vertical plates of all the first supporting brackets (21) and the vertical plates of all the second supporting brackets (22) to the inner wall or the outer wall of the corresponding steel pipe column (4) respectively according to design, enabling the transverse plates of the first supporting brackets (21) to extend out of the end face of the first connector, and enabling the transverse plates of the first supporting brackets (21) and the transverse plates of the second supporting brackets (22) to be arranged in a matched mode;
and C, performing the step of: and (3) placing the steel pipe column (4) above to enable the positioning plate (3) to be positioned between the two corresponding clamping plates (1), moving the positioning plate (3) along the clamping plates (1) to the corresponding supporting plate (7) until a transverse plate of the first supporting bracket (21) is abutted to a transverse plate of the second supporting bracket (22), and aligning the steel pipe column (4) above and the steel pipe column (4) below.

The method of aligning a steel pipe column according to claim 6, further comprising the step of assembling the positioning jig, before the step A: the connecting sections (12) of the two clamping plates (1) are clamped at two sides of the supporting plate (7) and connected through connecting bolts (8), and the distance between the two clamping plates (1) and one end, close to the positioning plate (3), of each clamping plate is larger than the distance between the two clamping plates (1) and one end, close to the supporting plate (7).
