As shown in fig. 7, two sides of the spray box connecting frame 5 are respectively provided with a clasping structure 11, the clasping structure comprises a clasping support 111 and 4 support wheels 112 arranged oppositely in pairs, the clasping support 111 is fixed on the spray box connecting frame 5, and the 4 support wheels 112 are arranged in the clasping support 11; the rack on the mounting frame 200 passes through the 4 support wheels 112 arranged opposite to each other.

first, position adjustment

Adjusting the position of the centrifugal spraying device: the lifting frequency converter of the centrifugal spraying device is manually or automatically controlled, the lifting structure 7 is driven by the driving gear to move up and down, the spraying forward blowing position is adjusted to the spangle solidification line area according to the hot galvanizing process condition parameters, and the position area can be displayed by the control system in real time.
3. And (3) adjusting the distance between the left spray box and the right spray box: look galvanizing coat thickness, thick parameter influence of board and rotate through the trapezoidal lead screw of a gear motor drive left and right hand, the interval of adjusting left spray case and right spray case is adjusted in the linear guide direction, and the control range is 300 ~ 700 mm.
Secondly, process adjustment
Adjusting a spraying pipeline: adjusting the spraying medium and the spraying flow by a spraying medium pipeline group according to the process parameters such as the thickness and the quality requirement of the zinc coating;
adjusting the spray particle size: and adjusting different centrifugal spraying disc sets to spray according to different plate widths, and adjusting the rotating speed of a spraying motor to control the spraying granularity.
Atomizing and recovering: set up fan, exhaust chamber and two exhaust tubes, suck the vapor and the not vaporized droplet in left spray box and the right spray box through the fan to collect after the heat exchanger condensation, avoid gathering a large amount of vapor and droplets around belted steel and the equipment, reduce the spraying to the influence of environment, reduce the corruption to peripheral equipment.
As shown in fig. 9, the invention also provides a control system of the centrifugal spraying equipment for producing the small spangles of the hot-dip galvanized steel strip, which is used for controlling the centrifugal spraying equipment for producing the small spangles of the hot-dip galvanized steel strip. The control system includes: the system comprises a main control PLC, an HMI human-computer interface, a main console remote I/O station, a first speed reduction motor frequency converter, a second speed reduction motor frequency converter, a spraying motor frequency converter, a fan frequency converter and an industrial Ethernet switch; the master control PLC and the HMI are connected to a control system of the continuous hot galvanizing production line through an industrial Ethernet switch, and the master control PLC is respectively connected with a remote I/O station of a master console, a flow regulating valve, a switch valve, a first speed reducing motor frequency converter, a second speed reducing motor frequency converter, a spraying motor frequency converter and a fan frequency converter; the first speed reducing motor frequency converter is connected with a first speed reducing motor, the second speed reducing motor frequency converter is connected with a second speed reducing motor, the spraying motor frequency converter is connected with a spraying motor, and the fan frequency converter is connected with a fan motor; and the master control PLC controls the control valve group, the first speed reducing motor frequency converter, the second speed reducing motor frequency converter, the spraying motor frequency converter and the fan frequency converter according to the production process data of the continuous hot galvanizing production line so as to control the spraying position, the spraying granularity, the spraying width and the spraying flow. Meanwhile, the data of the small spangle production spraying process can be displayed in real time through an HMI human-machine interface, and the control parameters for displaying the small spangle production spraying process are adjusted through a main console remote I/O station.
