背景技术
5G通讯的智能手机由于传输速率、频率、信号强度等显着提升,从核心芯片到射频器件、从机身材质到内部结构,零部件将迎来新的变革,硬件创新升级对智能电子的功能性光学膜材料提出了新的要求,5G通讯功能性光学膜产品产生大量的增量需求,同时功能性光学膜产品本身技术升级的需要,需研制一款保护膜既有保护功能,还具有耐磨、抗静电及耐弯折等多功能性。
TPU为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,它的硬度范围宽、耐磨、耐油,具有良好的回弹性、耐老化性和力学性能。PU为聚氨酯材料是聚氨基甲酸酯的简称,它的性能可调范围宽、耐磨,具有良好的机械强度、弹性、耐候性、耐油性和耐生物老化。
公开号为CN110484180A的专利公开一种高柔韧性高硬度低翘曲硬化胶水、硬化保护膜及制备方法,硬化保护膜包括透明聚酰亚胺基膜层,基膜层上涂覆有硬化胶水液;按重量百分比计,该硬化胶水液由以下成分组成:环氧树脂20~30%,无机纳米粒子 20~30%,偶联剂2~5%,助剂2~5%,光聚合引发剂2~5%,溶剂 25~40%,助剂至少包括分散剂和流平剂。该硬化胶水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将溶剂、无机纳米粒子和偶联剂加入反应釜,加热搅拌,保温;(2)向步骤(1)得到的中间混合物添加助剂,搅拌混合;(3)向步骤(2)的混合物中加入光聚合引发剂,搅拌混合;(4)向步骤(3)的混合物中加入环氧树脂,搅拌混合,得胶水产品。该保护膜由胶水复合基材组成,具有良好的柔韧性、硬度、透光率,以及更低的雾度。
现有技术中的缺陷在于:在基膜的表面涂布硬化层后所得到的硬化层保护膜,它的软硬程度取决于基膜层的硬度;硬化层保护膜的软硬度不能灵活地根据客户的需求进行调整;添加剂的添加有效地提高耐磨性,添加比例过高在一定程度上影响光学性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供了一种基膜软硬度可调且耐磨性和抗静电性良好的折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案:一种折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜,其特征在于,包括透明基膜和设置于透明基膜表面的硬化涂层,所述透明基膜为TPU涂层,所述TPU涂层为涂布在基材上制成的。
基材的材料为PET、PI、PC和PMMA中的一种。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供一种折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:在基材层表面涂布TPU涂液,干燥固化,熟化;
S2:在S1所得熟化的TPU涂层表面涂布硬化涂液,干燥固化。
TPU涂层的涂布方式为刮刀或狭缝涂头;硬化涂层的涂布方式为凹版辊涂布。TPU涂层的厚度为30~100μm。
优选的技术方案为:所述TPU涂液包括TPU树脂和PU树脂,所述TPU树脂和PU树脂的质量比为1∶0.5~1.5。TPU树脂过多导致基膜发硬,TPU树脂过少导致基膜太软;PU树脂过多导致基膜太软,PU树脂过少反应不完全导致基膜过脆,且膜面发白,无法加工。
TPU树脂和PU树脂混合成涂液,其粘度约为 10000~20000cps,为了提高涂液的加工性及降低涂液的黏度,选择适当的溶剂进行稀释,稀释后涂液黏度在500~3000cps。优选的技术方案为:所述TPU涂液还包括硬化剂、流平剂和第一溶剂。第一溶剂为丁酮和环己酮的组合,或丁酮和甲苯的组合。丁酮的挥发性好,加工时可以加速干燥,但溶解性一般,丁酮过高会导致TPU树脂和PU树脂不溶解;环己酮的溶解性较好,环己酮太低会导致 TPU树脂和PU树脂溶解不佳,环己酮太高导致溶剂体系沸点过高,固化后会有溶剂残留,进一步的,第一溶剂为丁酮和环己酮的组合,丁酮和环己酮的质量比为1~10∶1。
优选的技术方案为:所述TPU涂液的固含量为20~40%,所述 TPU涂液中硬化剂的质量分数为1~5%,所述TPU涂液中流平剂质量分数为0.1~1%。流平剂主要起到提高膜面平整度的作用,流平剂添加过高会导致膜面发白,过低对膜面平整度有消极影响。硬化剂主要提高固化速度和稳定性的作用,硬化剂添加过高会导致固化过快,基膜无法加工,太低会导致基膜固化不完全。
优选的技术方案为:所述TPU涂层的干燥温度为100~120℃,固化温度为145~165℃,熟化温度为30~60℃,熟化时间为24h以上。干燥温度过高导致涂布的基膜偏硬偏脆;温度太低导致涂布的基膜干燥不完全,且溶剂挥发不充分。固化温度过高会导致低分子反应物挥发,易引起成分的改变;固化温度过低导致反应不完全使得膜面过软。TPU涂层的固化氧气浓度为500ppm以下,氧气浓度越低越好,过高会导致膜面发黄,同时会引起反应不完全。熟化使 TPU涂层反应更完全。

优选的技术方案为:所述硬化涂液包括硬化胶水、第二溶剂和添加剂;所述硬化涂液的固含量为20~50%。硬化胶水组成中重要的是硬化树脂,硬化树脂为压克力树脂、环氧树脂和硅烷树脂中的至少一种。第二溶剂为甲基异丁酮、醋酸乙酯、丁酮和甲苯中的至少一种,溶剂稀释硬化胶水同时分散硬化胶水中的添加剂,进一步的,第二溶剂为丁酮和甲苯,丁酮和甲苯的质量比为2∶1。添加剂为改性纳米金属和抗静电剂,添加剂的质量百分比为5~20%,改性纳米金属添加的质量是抗静电剂的1.5~2倍。改性纳米金属为二氧化锆、二氧化铝或其他陶瓷材料,改性纳米金属影响涂层表层的耐磨性及水接触角,纳米等级的金属氧化物才能具有弯折的功能,普通金属氧化物则会影响光学效果,改性纳米金属添加比例过高对膜的光学性能有消极影响,且穿透性降低及雾度增加;过低会影响硬化层保护膜的耐磨性能,进一步的,改性纳米金属为二氧化锆和二氧化铝,改性纳米金属的粒径为100~3000nm,更进一步的,改性纳米金属的粒径为100~300nm。抗静电剂的粒径为10~30nm,抗静电剂添加比例过少导致抗静电效果不佳,添加比例过高容易析出,更进一步的,抗静电剂为锂盐离子型抗静电剂。
优选的技术方案为:所述硬化胶水为爱克胶水Z-876-28AFUN 和台湾肯美特7445AF-2中的一种。
优选的技术方案为:所述硬化涂层的干燥温度为80~120℃,紫外线固化,紫外线波长为300~380nm,能量为3000mJ/cm2以上。紫外线能量过低硬化涂层固化不完全,对硬化涂层的膜面和性能均有消极影响。硬化涂层的厚度为2~20μm,进一步的,硬化涂层的厚度为3~5μm。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:在TPU基膜的表面涂布硬化层后所得到的硬化层保护膜,可以根据客户的需求通过调整TPU涂层的软硬程度灵活地调整硬化层保护膜的硬度,使得此结构产品具有弯折性且不开裂。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
TPU涂层为涂布在PET基材上形成的,TPU涂层表面设置有硬化涂层。PET基材的厚度为100μm。
折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:在具有离型层的PET基材表面涂布TPU涂液,干燥固化,熟化;
S2:在S1所得熟化的TPU涂层表面涂布硬化涂液,干燥固化;
S3:将TPU涂液和硬化涂液固化得到的硬化层保护膜从PET基材表面剥离。
TPU涂液中的成膜树脂为TPU树脂和PU树脂,TPU树脂AA 3048和PU树脂AA3412的质量比为1∶0.6。TPU涂液的固含量为 25%,TPU涂液中硬化剂900H的质量百分比为2.5%,TPU涂液中流平剂BYK358N质量百分比为0.35%。溶剂丁酮和环己酮的质量比为7∶3。
TPU涂层的干燥温度为120℃,时间为2min;固化温度为 155℃,时间为2min;熟化温度为50℃,熟化时间为24h。
涂布方式为刮刀。TPU涂层的厚度为50μm。
待基材熟化完成后,即可将硬化涂液涂布于基材表面上。
爱克胶水Z-876-28AFUN、第二溶剂丁酮和甲苯、添加剂改性纳米金属和抗静电剂;硬化涂液的固含量为40%,添加剂的质量百分比为5%。丁酮和甲苯的质量比为2:1。
向硬化胶水中加入溶剂使固含量稀释,搅拌速度为500rpm,在高速搅拌下,缓慢加入添加剂改性纳米金属二氧化锆和/或二氧化铝,粒径为100~300nm;抗静电剂为锂盐离子型抗静电剂,粒径为 10~30nm,为使之分散均匀,使用均质机高速搅拌分散,搅拌速度为3000rpm持续搅拌分散30min。硬化涂层的干燥温度为120℃,时间为2min,干燥后使用紫外线固化,紫外线波长为300~380nm,能量为3000mJ/cm2,固化氧气浓度为200ppm。
涂布方式为凹版辊涂布。硬化涂层的厚度为5μm。
实施例2
实施例2基于实施例1,区别在于,TPU树脂AA 3048和PU树脂AA3412的质量比为1∶2。
实施例3
实施例3基于实施例1,区别在于,TPU树脂AA 3048和PU树脂AA3412的质量比为3∶1。
实施例4
实施例4基于实施例1,区别在于,TPU涂层固化后未进行熟化处理。
实施例5
实施例5基于实施例1,区别在于,硬化涂液固化氧气浓度为 600ppm。
外弯:硬化涂层向外,直径3mm,对折弯度180°弯折10万次,观察是否有折痕;内弯:硬化涂层向内,直径1.5mm,对折弯度180°弯折10万次,观察是否有折痕;硬度:铅笔硬度计YASDA,负荷1000g;抗静电性:表面电阻仪Trek model 152-1;耐磨:耐磨擦测试仪Airma;抗油性:水接触角YH-SDC-200;屏下指纹解锁率:光通量TES 1334A;爽滑性的检测方法:水接触角测试仪YH-SDC-200,动摩擦系数仪PARAM MXD-02荷重200g,速度100mm/min;爽滑性的检测指标:同时满足(1)水接触角大于 100°,(2)动摩擦系数小于0.2;透过计和雾度计:NDH5000。
实施例和对比例测定硬化层保护膜的结果见下表:
对比实施例1~3,实施例2中的PU树脂含量高于实施例1,硬化层保护膜硬度减小,且抗静电剂易浮出表面影响抗静电效果;实施例3中的TPU树脂含量高于实施例1,TPU涂层反应不完全导致膜面发白,内弯性差,且影响了硬化层保护膜的硬度、透过率和雾度、耐磨性和水接触角。实施例4,TPU涂层固化后未进行熟化处理,使TPU涂层反应不完全,对硬化层保护膜的综合性能有消极影响。实施例5,固化氧气浓度过高对保护膜的综合性能也有消极影响。
胶水台湾肯美特7445AF-2代替实施例1的爱克胶水Z-876- 28AFUN,前者的耐磨性次于后者,易出现开裂,其他性能一致。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜,其特征在于,包括透明基膜和设置于透明基膜表面的硬化涂层,所述透明基膜为TPU涂层,所述TPU涂层为涂布在基材上制成的。
2.一种折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:在基材层表面涂布TPU涂液,干燥固化,熟化;
S2:在S1所得熟化的TPU涂层表面涂布硬化涂液,干燥固化。
3.根据权利要求2所述的折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述TPU涂液中的成膜树脂为TPU树脂和PU树脂,所述TPU树脂和PU树脂的质量比为1:0.5~1.5。
4.根据权利要求2所述的折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述TPU涂液还包括硬化剂、流平剂和第一溶剂。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述TPU涂液的固含量为20~40%,所述TPU涂液中硬化剂的质量百分比为1~5%,所述TPU涂液中流平剂质量百分比为0.1~1%。
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述TPU涂层的干燥温度为100~120℃,固化温度为145~165℃,熟化温度为30~60℃,熟化时间为24h以上。
7.根据权利要求3所述的折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述硬化涂层固化氧气浓度为500ppm以下。
8.根据权利要求2所述的折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述硬化涂液包括硬化胶水、第二溶剂和添加剂;所述硬化涂液的固含量为20~50%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述硬化胶水为爱克胶水Z-876-28AFUN和台湾肯美特7445AF-2中的一种。
10.根据权利要求2或8所述的折叠屏透明基膜硬化涂层保护膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述硬化涂层的干燥温度为80~120℃,紫外线固化,紫外线波长为300~380nm,能量为3000mJ/cm2以上。
