Technical Field

Background
A marine fairlead typically needs to be placed on the fairlead base 1. The conventional fairlead base 1 is a rectangular box-shaped structure without a bottom plate, and in order to ensure the strength of the conventional fairlead base 1, flat steel reinforcing ribs 2 are arranged on the lower surface of the bottom plate of the fairlead base 1, as shown in fig. 1. Generally, the base of the cable guider is short, namely the height of the base is less than 300mm, and the safety of the base of the cable guider can be effectively ensured during mooring operation. When the deck platform for placing the cable guide hole is low or the requirement on equipment collision avoidance is met, the height of the base of the cable guide device needs to be increased, sometimes to 600mm-1000mm, as shown in fig. 2. During mooring operation, a large stress concentration is generated at the corner point of the base of the fairlead due to bending, and the stress concentration point is as shown in fig. 3, which can cause structural damage in severe cases. In order to solve the problem, the conventional solution is to increase the strength by increasing the plate thickness of the fairlead base, the strength increasing effect is not ideal when the conventional solution is used, and the strength increasing effect is not proportional to the cost of the increased fairlead base, so that the reinforcement mode of the fairlead base needs to be optimized again.

The cable guide base 1 is of a closed bottom-plate-free square box structure welded on a deck, the height of the cable guide base 1 is 0.6-1m, a distance smaller than 1m is reserved between every two adjacent cable guide bases 1, and flat steel reinforcing ribs 2 are arranged on the lower surface of a top plate of the cable guide base 1.
The reinforcing structure is provided with at least two reinforcing plates 10 connected between adjacent fairlead bases 1, the reinforcing plates 10 are vertically welded on the surface of a deck, and two ends of each reinforcing plate are welded and fixed with the side walls of the fairlead bases 1; the upper surface of each reinforcing plate 10 is provided with a concave semi-oval-shaped groove, the semi-oval-shaped groove is formed by arc edges close to the cable guide bases 1 on the two sides and a horizontal straight edge connecting the two sections of arcs, the radius R of the arcs is larger than 100mm, and the distance H between the lower surface of each reinforcing plate 10 and the lowest position of the shallow groove is at least 50 mm.
