the device comprises an upper vertical frame and a lower vertical frame, wherein the upper vertical frame and the lower vertical frame respectively comprise a trimming end close to one end of each other and a supporting end far away from one end of each other;
the upper vertical frame and the lower vertical frame are assembled in a vertically detachable and symmetrical mode through the central connecting mechanism;
the upper flange plate is arranged at the trimming end of the upper vertical frame, and the lower flange plate is arranged at the trimming end of the lower vertical frame; clamping mechanisms for fixing the melting mold are arranged at the edges of the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate;
the central connecting mechanism comprises a central pin shaft, a positioning barrel and a gasket, and the positioning barrel is sleeved on the central pin shaft; the gasket is rotatably assembled with one end of the center pin shaft, the upper flange plate is fixedly assembled with the gasket, and the lower flange plate is rotatably assembled with the other end of the center pin shaft;
a circle of assembling groove is formed in the side wall of the positioning cylinder along the circumferential direction, and a limiting cantilever is assembled in the assembling groove; one end of the limiting cantilever is fixedly assembled in the assembling groove, and the other end of the limiting cantilever is outwards suspended along the radial direction of the positioning cylinder;
