In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to adjust the position of the spraying mechanism according to actual requirements, a first slide rail is fixed on the support 5, and the spraying base is provided with a spraying base sliding groove which is slidably engaged with the first slide rail, so that the spraying base 6 can reciprocate along the length direction of the support 5.
