技术领域
本发明涉及抑菌剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种抑菌凝胶。
背景技术
根据医院数据统计,近些年女性生殖系统疾病的数量在逐年增多,目前市 面的抑菌凝胶的仅仅是杀菌和消炎的作用,且其成分对生殖系统的刺激性较大, 毒副作用较大,长时间使用后会影响生殖系统自身的免疫力,而且其作用在杀 菌后也难以形成良好的抑菌防护,对药物的依赖性大。
因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种在杀菌的同时能够提高生殖系统自身 免疫力的一种抑菌凝胶。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抑菌 凝胶。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种抑菌凝胶,包括以下重量份数的成分, A相:水50-70份,卡波姆0.5-1份,姜黄提取物0.1-0.3份,胶原蛋白1-2 份;B相:樟脑0.02-0.07份,冰片0.1-0.4份,薄荷脑0.02-0.08份,丙二 醇3-10份;C相:抗菌肽液1-3份,甘油5-7份;D相:苯氧乙醇0.05-0.2 份,氯苯甘醚0.05-0.2份,1,2己二醇0.1-0.4份,植物抗敏剂0.5-2份;E 相:苯扎溴铵0.5-1.5份,水4-8份,硫代硫酸钠0.1-0.4份;F相:三乙醇胺 0.5-1份,水3-8份。
进一步,所述A相中,水为69.8份,卡波姆为0.8份,姜黄提取物为0.2 份,胶原蛋白为1.5份。
进一步,所述B相中,所述樟脑为0.05份,冰片为0.2份,薄荷脑为0.05 份,丙二醇为6份。
进一步,所述C相中,所述抗菌肽液为2份,甘油为为6份。
进一步,所述D相中,所述苯氧乙醇为0.1份,氯苯甘醚为0.1份,1,2己 二醇为0.2份,植物抗敏剂为1份。
进一步,所述E相中,苯扎溴铵为1份,水为5份,硫代硫酸钠为0.2份; 所述F相中,三乙醇胺为0.8份,水为5份。
一种抑菌凝胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)把A相加热至85度,搅拌 至完全溶解,保温20分钟;(2)将A相降温至45度,加入W相搅拌升温80-85℃, 维持20分钟;(3)将B相加热至40度使其溶解;(4)将B相、C相、D相混合 后加入A相中,搅拌均匀;(5)降至常温后出料。
一种制备权利花椒提取物的一种花椒烘干蒸汽回收系统,包括:花椒烘干 机,用于烘干湿花椒,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有风机和加热板,加热板内设 有加热器,风机设于加热板的底部,所述加热板上设有多个通风孔;蒸汽收集 管,用于收集烘干产生的蒸汽,竖直方向设置,连接于所述壳体的顶部;所述 蒸汽收集管内设有多个冷却板,所述多个冷却板形成一个S形通道,所述每个 冷却板均连接有进液管和出液管,所述冷却板内设有多个冷却通道,所述冷却 通道的两端与所述进液管和出液管连通;冷凝液收集盒,用于收集花椒烘干蒸 汽冷凝液,设于所述蒸汽收集管的底部,在所述最底部冷却板的下方;
进一步,所述冷却板包括结构相同的上板块和下板快,所述上板快和下板 块上均设有多个弧形的液槽,所述液槽的两端均开口,所述上板块和下板块贴 合后的液槽形成所述冷却通道。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用质低刺激原料,采用多种草本植物原料, 具有良好的抑菌消炎功能,并且在使用过程中同时可以提高生殖系统的免疫力, 避免产生药物依赖性。同时本发明抑菌凝胶的毒副作用低,不含重金属成分, 没有刺激性和毒副作用,这样提高了使用的舒适性,产品的稳定也比较好,不 易变质而影响使用效果。
本方案中的花椒提取物为花椒烘干蒸汽冷凝液,利用了干花椒制备工艺中 不需要的烘干蒸汽,将蒸汽冷凝后的冷凝液进行使用,这样可以对资源进行有 效的回收和利用,其成分获取方便,并且其抑菌效果也较好,花椒烘干蒸汽冷 凝液是通过本方案中的一种花椒烘干蒸汽回收系统进行制备,在烘干花椒的同 时将蒸汽回收进行冷凝获取冷凝液,工艺简单实用。

实施例中部分原料的英文名称:丙二醇PROPYLENE GLYCOL,冰片BORNEO, 樟脑CAMPHOR,薄荷脑MENTHOLUM,三乙醇胺TRIETHANOLAMINE,卡波姆CARBOMER, 三乙醇胺TRIETHANOLAMINE,硫代硫酸钠SODIUM THIOSULFATE,姜黄提取物 CURCUMA LONGAEXTRACT,胶原蛋白HYDROOLYZED COLLAGEN,芽孢杆菌发酵产 物BACILLUS FERMENT,植物抗敏剂DIOSCOREA VILLOSA(WILD YAM)ROOT EXTRACT。
一种抑菌凝胶的制备方法,按照上述实施例一至实施例三的配方,步骤如 下:(1)把A相浸泡20分钟,相加热至85度,搅拌至完全溶解,保温20分钟; (2)将A相降温至45度,B相加热到40度并保持温度;(3)将B相、C相、D 相、E相混合后,加入A相中,搅拌均匀;(4)将F相加入到步骤(3)的混合 液,直至中和完全;(5)降至常温后出料。
其中,花椒提取物具体为花椒烘干蒸汽冷凝液,其主要是采用在干花椒的 制作过程中花椒烘干过程中蒸汽冷凝液。鲜花椒采摘清洗后,淋干多余水分, 将鲜花椒放入花椒烘干机进行烘干,烘干过程中会产生蒸汽,将回收蒸汽冷凝 后的冷凝液,即为本方案实施例一至实施例三中的花椒提取物。
以下是实施例一抑菌凝胶的抑菌性能试验:
一、器材
1.试验菌株:大肠杆菌ATCC 25922,金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538,白色念珠 菌ATCC10231,第4代新鲜培养物。
2.试验样品:实施例一的抑菌凝胶。
二、方法
1.检测依据:GB15979-2002一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准附录C4。
2.检测条件:试验温度20℃,湿度为53%。
3.试验重复3次。
三、结果
(1)经3次重复试验,结果表明该试验样品原液对大肠杆菌作用2min、5min、10min、20min的抑菌率均值均>99.9%,见表1。

(2)经3次重复试验,结果表明该试验样品原液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 2min、5min、10min、20min的抑菌率均值均>99.9%,见表2。

(3)经3次重复试验,结果表明该试验样品原液对白色念珠菌作用2min、 5min、10min、20min的抑菌率均值均>99.9%,见表3。

四、结论
经3次重复试验,结果表明该该艾丝澜抑菌凝胶原液作用2min、5min、10min、20min对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率均>99.9%,有较强的 抑菌作用,符合GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准GB15979-2002》 附录C4.2≥90%产品有较强抑菌作用的要求。
以下是实施例一抑菌凝胶的的毒理试验
一、材料和动物
1.受试样品:
1.1样品描述:实施例一的抑菌凝胶。
1.2样品制备:原受试物。
2.动物和饲养环境:
二、方法
1.检测依据:GB15979-2002
2.实验动物数量和分组:分为染毒组和对照组,每组3只。
3.操作程序:
3.1将家兔仰面固定,暴露出会阴和阴道口。将导管(长度为8cm左右的 儿童用导尿管与5mL的注射器连接)用受试物湿润后轻柔地插入阴道(4cm)并 用注射器缓慢注入2mL受试物,抽出导管。对照组动物用生理盐水作同样处理;
3.2染毒后24h,采用气栓法处死动物,剖腹取出完整阴道,纵向剖开, 肉眼观察是否有充血、水肿等表现,然后放入10%福尔马林溶液中固定48h,选 取阴道的两端和中间3个部位的组织制片,HE染色,进行组织病理学检查。
4.结果评价方法:
4.1将组织病理学检查结果进行评分;
4.2将试验组3只动物3个部位的刺激反应积分相加后,再除以观察总数, 得出试验组阴道黏膜刺激反应的平均积分。对照组评分方法同上;
4.3将试验组平均积分减去对照组平均积分得出刺激指数后进行刺激强度 分级。
三、试验结果
阴道黏膜刺激反应评分情况见下表4。

四、结论:
该样品对家兔阴道黏膜的刺激指数为0.11,阴道黏膜刺激反应强度为无阴 道黏膜刺激性。
以下是实施例一抑菌凝胶的的重金属试验:
一、器材
1.样品名称:实施例一抑菌凝胶。
2.仪器设备:电子天平,型号为BSA124S:微波消解仪,型号为TOPEX:电 感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-WS),型号为Nexlon 350X。
3.标准溶液浓度:铅标准溶液(1mg/L);砷标准溶液(1mg/L);汞标准溶 液(1mg/L)。
二、方法
1.检测依据:化妆品安全技术规范(2015版)第四章理化检验方法1.6。
2.检测环境温度为23.6℃,湿度为48%。
三、结果

以下是实施例一抑菌凝胶的稳定性试验:
该实施例一抑菌凝胶经37℃相对湿度>75%恒温恒湿箱保存3个月后,外观 及包装无明显变化,经3次重复试验,该实施例一抑菌凝胶作用2min、5min、 10min、20min对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌均有较强的抑菌作用, 符合GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》附录C4.2≥90%产品具有 较强的抑菌作用要求,其抑菌作用在室温下至少保持二年。
以下是实施例一抑菌凝胶的微生物指标试验:
一、器材
1.试验样品:实施例一抑菌凝胶。
二、方法
1.检测依据:一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准GB15979-2002附录B。
2.试验温度与湿度为:21℃,55%。

实施例一抑菌凝胶微生物指标结果
一种制备上述花椒提取物的花椒烘干蒸汽回收系统,包括花椒烘干机1,蒸 汽收集管2和冷凝液收集盒3。花椒烘干机1用于烘干鲜湿花椒,可将鲜湿花椒 烘干成干花椒;蒸汽收集管2,用于收集烘干鲜湿花椒过程中产生的蒸汽,并将 蒸汽冷凝成冷凝液;冷凝液收集盒3,用于收集花椒烘干蒸汽冷凝液。
花椒烘干机1包括壳体4,所述壳体4内设有风机5和加热板6,加热板6 水平设在壳体4内的中间位置,风机5设在壳体4的底部、加热板6的下方, 风机5的出风口竖直向上朝向加热板6的底部。加热板6内设有加热器13,具 体的,加热器13具体的为电加热器。加热板6上设有多个通风孔,具体的加热 板6为孔板,通风孔均布排列开设于加热板6上,鲜湿花椒放置于加热板6上, 鲜湿花椒的颗粒不能从通风孔掉落。
蒸汽收集管2,连接于花椒烘干机1的壳体4末端的顶部,通过一端弯管竖 直向上设置,所述蒸汽收集管2内设有多个冷却板7,本实施例中具体为4个冷 却板7,冷却板7分4层交替固定设置在蒸汽收集管2的内壁上,4个冷却板7 形成一个S形通道。每个冷却板7均水平向下倾斜设置。蒸汽收集管2的末端 设有引风机8,引风机8用于加强蒸汽的流动,起到引流的作用。
冷却板7内设有多个冷却通道9,冷却通道9为弧形结构,冷却通道9的入 口和出口均设在冷却板7的同一板边上,具体的为冷却板7与蒸汽收集管2的 内壁的固定边上。冷却通道9具体的数量为3个,3个冷却通道9包括3个入口 和3个出口,3个入口和3个出口分别通过连接水管11共同连接一四通10后连 接外接水管12。
冷却板7由结构相同的上板块7-1和下板块7-2贴合组成,上板块和下板 块上均设有多个弧形的液槽,上板块和下板块贴合后的液槽形成所述冷却通道 9,上板块和下板块的贴合处通过密封胶做防水密封。
冷凝液收集盒3,安装于蒸汽收集管2的底部,在所述最底部冷却板7的下 方。蒸汽遇到冷却板7被降温,蒸汽冷凝成冷凝液滴落于冷凝液收集盒3内, 收集备用。

7.如权利要求1述的一种抑菌凝胶,其特征是:所述E相中,苯扎溴铵为1份,水为5份,硫代硫酸钠为0.2份;所述F相中,三乙醇胺为0.8份,水为5份。
8.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的一种抑菌凝胶的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)把A相浸泡20分钟,相加热至85度,搅拌至完全溶解,保温20分钟;
(2)将A相降温至45度,B相加热到40度并保持温度;
(3)将B相、C相、D相、E相混合后,加入A相中,搅拌均匀;
(4)将F相加入到步骤(3)的混合液,直至中和完全;
(5)降至常温后出料。
9.一种制备权利要求2所述花椒提取物的一种花椒烘干蒸汽回收系统,其特征是,包括:
花椒烘干机,用于烘干湿花椒,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有风机和加热板,加热板内设有加热器,风机设于加热板的底部,所述加热板上设有多个通风孔;
蒸汽收集管,用于收集烘干产生的蒸汽,竖直方向设置,连接于所述壳体的顶部;所述蒸汽收集管内设有多个冷却板,所述多个冷却板形成一个S形通道,所述每个冷却板均连接有进液管和出液管,所述冷却板内设有多个冷却通道,所述冷却通道的两端与所述进液管和出液管连通;
冷凝液收集盒,用于收集花椒烘干蒸汽冷凝液,设于所述蒸汽收集管的底部,在所述最底部冷却板的下方。
