Background
With the continuous development of modern medical level and the continuous improvement of understanding on diseases, the mode of setting up a rescue room in each ward in the past has shown a lot of deficiencies in the aspect of rescuing critical patients, so that intensive care units are set up in each hospital in a dispute.
Most of intensive care units are patients who cannot move or even patients who are not conscious, so when medical care personnel carry out treatment or examination requiring the patient to lie on side, the patient often cannot cooperate with the medical care personnel, and the treatment or examination is troublesome and continuous. And current intensive care unit often needs medical personnel to hold up slowly to lie down at the in-process that patient lies down with fixing device that lies on one's side, because most patients can't remove, if the patient directly when lying on one's side, the health is unfavorable for fixing the patient, and is injured easily simultaneously, and it is also not very convenient to use.
We have therefore proposed a patient side-lying immobilization device for use in intensive care units to address the problems set forth above.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a patient side-lying fixing device for an intensive care unit, which solves the problems that the existing side-lying fixing device for the intensive care unit in the background art needs medical care personnel to hold the patient to lie down slowly in the lying down process, most patients cannot move, if the patient directly lies on the side, the body of the patient is not favorable for fixing the patient, and the patient is easy to be injured and inconvenient to use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a patient side-lying fixing device for an intensive care unit comprises a device base, a connecting piece and a bed plate, wherein a first screw rod is movably mounted above the left side of the device base, the bottom of the first screw rod is fixedly mounted with a first handle, a limiting block is fixedly mounted at the top end of the first screw rod, the other end of the connecting piece is movably mounted with the left end of a first movable plate, the left side of the interior of the first movable plate is fixedly mounted with a first rotating shaft, the other end of the first rotating shaft is movably mounted in a first triangular frame, the first triangular frame is fixedly mounted on the front side and the rear side of the device base, a first lateral lying plate is movably mounted in front of the bed plate, a second lateral lying plate is movably mounted behind the bed plate, the second lateral lying plate is fixedly mounted with a third rotating shaft, the third rotating shaft is fixedly mounted with the first lateral lying plate, and the other end of the, meanwhile, the second handle is arranged on the outer side of the bed plate.
Preferably, the inside and movable block meshing of first screw rod are connected, and the movable block both sides are equipped with the connecting piece simultaneously to two connecting pieces all with activity round pin fixed mounting, the activity round pin other end and movable block movable mounting moreover, and the center pin of two activity round pins is same straight line.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the side-lying fixing device for the intensive care unit can change the bed board and the height, so that a patient can be conveniently placed on the surface of the bed board, and can be conveniently fixed when lying, so that the operation of fixing the patient can be reduced, the work of medical personnel is facilitated, and the patient can lean against the first side lying plate when lying on the side, so that the side-lying stability of the patient is improved, and the patient is not easily subjected to secondary injury;

Inside and the movable block 5 meshing of first screw rod 2 are connected, and 5 both sides of movable block are equipped with connecting piece 6 simultaneously to two connecting pieces 6 all with movable round pin 7 fixed mounting, the other end of movable round pin 7 and the 5 movable mounting of movable block moreover, and the center pin of two movable round pins 7 is same straight line, thereby when making first screw rod 2 rotate, makes movable block 5 reciprocate in 2 insides of first screw rod, thereby makes 8 rotations of first fly leaf.
First fly leaf 8 right side is equipped with first rotation axis 9, and first rotation axis 9 and the fixed mounting of second tripod 13 on first fly leaf 8 right side simultaneously to second tripod 13 locates the both sides of first fly leaf 8, and second tripod 13 top fixed mounting has bed board 15 moreover, thereby makes two second tripods 13 of bed board 15 bottom can fix bed board 15, thereby can improve the stability when bed board 15 uses.
The size of the cross-sectional area of the first movable plate 8 is equal to the size of the cross-sectional area of the second movable plate 12, meanwhile, the central axis of the first movable plate 8 is always parallel to the central axis of the second movable plate 12, and the size of the minimum distance between the leftmost side of the first movable plate 8 and the first screw 2 is equal to the length of the connecting member 6, so that when the first movable plate 8 rotates, the rotation angle of the second movable plate 12 can be always parallel to the first movable plate 8, and the bed plate 15 can horizontally move upwards or downwards.
Two second tripods 13 are arranged below the bed plate 15, the bottom ends of the second tripods 13 are respectively provided with an extension plate 14, a second rotating shaft 11 is movably mounted inside the extension plate 14, the left side of the second movable plate 12 is also provided with a second rotating shaft 11, the second rotating shaft 11 on the left side of the second movable plate 12 is fixedly mounted with the first tripod 10, and the second rotating shaft 11 is arranged under the first rotating shaft 9, so that the rotating angle of the second movable plate 12 is always equal to the rotating angle of the first movable plate 8.
The mounting mode of first side bed board 16 and second side bed board 17 and third rotation axis 18 is fixed mounting, and first side bed board 16 is 90 degrees all the time with the angle of second side bed board 17 simultaneously, and the sum of the cross-sectional area size of first side bed board 16 and second side bed board 17 and third rotation axis 18 equals with the cross-sectional area size of bed board 15, thereby make first side bed board 16 and second side bed board 17 after the motion, can have one end to locate the surface of bed board 15 all the time, thereby be convenient for medical personnel's work.
The even symmetry in second side board 17 surface is provided with six spout 20, the bottom movable mounting of spout 20 has second screw rod 26 simultaneously, and the second screw rod 26 other end and fixed plate 21 are installed each other, and fixed plate 21 fixed mounting is in the inside rear side of second side board 17, and fixed plate 21 is the z shape, can make the length of having four second screw rods 26 and two second screw rods 26 of another mutually different, thereby can be to four second screw rods 26 and two second screw rods 26 single control of another, so that fix patient's health and shank.
Second screw 26 all with gear 22 fixed mounting, gear 22 locates the other end of fixed plate 21 simultaneously, and pass through conveyer belt 23 interconnect between the gear 22, and four gears 22 on the left side are connected with first cylinder 25 transmission, and two gears 22 on the right side are connected with second cylinder 24 transmission, first cylinder 25 and second cylinder 24 all locate the outside of second lateral plate 17 simultaneously, and first cylinder 25 and second cylinder 24 are fixed mounting, make through conveyer belt 23 interconnect between the gear 22, thereby when making a gear 22 rotate, other transmission connection's second screw 26 also can produce rotatoryly, and then can simplify and fix patient's health and shank, thereby be convenient for medical personnel's work.
The movable part 27 is engaged with the second screw rod 26 and connected, and the movable part 27 is arranged in the sliding chute 20, and the buffer spring 28 is fixedly arranged in the movable part 27, and the other end of the buffer spring 28 is fixedly arranged with the positioning plate 29, and the positioning plate 29 is arranged at the outer side of the sliding chute 20, so that the positioning plate 29 can fix the body and the legs of the patient through the rotation of the second screw rod 26, and the buffer spring 28 can fix the patient without being injured easily.
Locating plate 29 movable mounting is in the inside of moving part 27, and locating plate 29 bottom is equipped with the arc wall simultaneously to the bottom of locating plate 29 arc wall is located spout 20 directly over, can fix the patient through the inside arc wall of locating plate 29, thereby can improve patient's comfort level, can improve fixed effect simultaneously.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the lateral-lying fixing device for the intensive care unit is used, firstly, according to fig. 1 to 4, the first handle 3 above the device base 1 is rotated to drive the first screw rod 2 to rotate on the upper surface of the device base 1, so that the movable block 5 moves upwards outside the first screw rod 2, and meanwhile, the limit block 4 at the top end of the first screw rod 2 can limit the maximum moving range of the movable block 5.
Next, according to fig. 1 to 4, when the movable block 5 moves upward, the connecting member 6 is rotated by the connecting member 6 through the movable pin 7 fixedly installed to the movable block 5, so as to drive the first movable plate 8 connected to the connecting member 6 to rotate, so that the first rotating shaft 9 inside the first tripod 10 is rotated by the first movable plate 8, the second tripod 13 is rotated by the second rotating shaft 11 at the right side of the first movable plate 8, and the extension plate 14 below the second tripod 13 is rotated by the same angle as the first movable plate 8 by the movement of the second tripod 13, so that the second tripod 13 can only move downward, and the bed plate 15 moves downward.
Then, according to fig. 1-2 and fig. 5-7, after the bed board 15 is lowered to a suitable height, the patient lies on the leftmost side of the second lateral lying plate 17, and the patient is in contact with the first lateral lying plate 16, and the first cylinder 25 and the second cylinder 24 of the second lateral lying plate 17 are operated, so that the gear 22 above the fixed plate 21 can be rotated to drive the second screw 26 to rotate, and when the gear 22 is rotated, the other second screw 26 can be driven to rotate by the conveyor belt 23, so that the movable member 27 moves in the chute 20 on the surface of the second lateral lying plate 17, and thus the positioning plate 29 arranged inside the movable member 27 can be in contact with the patient, and when the positioning plate 29 positions the patient, the buffer spring 28 can prevent the patient from being injured.
Finally, according to fig. 1-2 and fig. 5 and 7, the third rotating shaft 18 is rotated by the second hand crank 19, the first side lying plate 16 and the second side lying plate 17 are rotated simultaneously, the patient can be converted from lying on the back to lying on the side, and the first side lying plate 16 and the second side lying plate 17 are always in contact with the patient during the conversion process, so that the stability of rotation is improved.
The operation of the device is completed and details which are not described in detail in this specification, such as the first cylinder 25 and the second cylinder 24, are well known in the art to those skilled in the art.
