The existing treatment modes comprise drilling, autologous living and allogeneic cartilage transplantation, chondrocyte transplantation and the like, but all the modes have the defects of limited repair capability, disease transmission, limited supply area, complicated steps, high cost and the like, and have many complications. At present, few internal plant materials specially used for articular cartilage defect and injury appear in clinic at home and abroad, and an internal plant capable of replacing articular cartilage surface to play a role is urgently needed for most of articular cartilage defect patients.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a prosthesis having a low friction coefficient, which can maintain medical implants in the body for a long period of time to replace the defective cartilage.
