Background
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is one of the common diseases in adult males, and it is predicted that by 2025, ED patients will reach 3.22 million worldwide. Therefore, it has been a hotspot of urological andrology concern. The results of multicenter large sample surveys done domestically show that: the ED ratio caused by pelvic surgery or trauma is about 8%. Despite the continual improvement of surgical techniques and surgical instruments, the problem of post-operative nerve injury ED remains inevitable. Mulhall JP reports an incidence of ED of about 14-90% after radical prostatectomy. The action of the phosphodiesterase-5 type inhibitor (PDE 5-Is) which Is clinically commonly used by the ED patient at present depends on nitric oxide in the smooth muscle of the corpus cavernosum penis, so that the effective rate of the ED patient after RP surgery on the PDE5-Is only 0-15%. The search for new therapeutic modalities has become a key issue for nerve-damaged ED.
However, studies to enhance nerve-damaged ED inevitably require the construction of animal models thereof. There is currently no accepted uniform molding process. Because the cavernous nerve of the rat is thin, the common forceps can not ensure the injury of the Cavernous Nerve (CN) and the success of modeling. Therefore, it is necessary to find a suitable nerve injury ED model.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples, wherein the illustrations and descriptions of the invention are intended to illustrate, but not limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a device for establishing a nerve injury erectile dysfunction model, which comprises a pair of surgical forceps 1, wherein the tip of one jaw of the surgical forceps is wrapped by a flexible sleeve 2, a liner hard object 3 is arranged between the two jaws of the surgical forceps, and the other jaw of the surgical forceps is positioned at the lower side of the liner hard object; the silk thread 4 is placed on the liner hard object, the forceps clip wrapped with the flexible sleeve is positioned above the silk thread, the silk thread is clamped by the two forceps clips, the injury degree of the silk thread can be observed under a microscope by clamping the silk thread by the operation forceps, the injury of the cavernous nerve of the rat similar to the silk thread is ensured in the experimental process, and therefore the purpose of establishing the nerve injury erectile dysfunction model is achieved.
The method for establishing the nerve injury erectile dysfunction model by adopting the device comprises the following steps: firstly, taking an operating forceps 1 such as a mosquito forceps and the like, and wrapping the tip of one forceps holder of the operating forceps by a flexible sleeve 2 so as to prevent nerve tissue from cutting and breaking in the experimental process. In the implementation process, the flexible sleeve 2 adopts a scalp needle rubber tube with the length of 0.5cm and can completely wrap the tip of the mosquito clamp. Then the pad hard object 3 is placed between two jaws of a pair of forceps, and the other jaw of the forceps is positioned at the lower side of the pad hard object; the pad hard used a 1ml syringe needle that had its tip removed and its broken end ground flat on an abrasive cloth to prevent the tip from causing tissue damage. The hard pad is convenient for the operation forceps to clamp and can ensure the damage of nerve tissues in the operation. Then, a silk thread 4 is placed on the liner hard object, and the clamp wrapped with the flexible sleeve is positioned above the silk thread; and then, the silk thread is clamped by the two forceps jaws of the surgical forceps intermittently, the damage degree of the silk thread is observed under a microscope, and the length direction of the 1ml syringe needle and the length direction of the forceps form an included angle of 90 degrees, so that the silk thread is ensured to be damaged, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. Therefore, the invention can ensure that the cavernous nerves of the rat can be damaged in the experimental process by adopting a mode of simulating the cavernous nerves of the rat by silk threads, thereby establishing a nerve-damaged erectile dysfunction model and ensuring the success of modeling. The following are detailed examples.
Examples
1. Experimental animals: 20 SPF SD rats (300-350 g at 10-12 weeks old) were randomly divided into a control group and a construction group (10 rats/group);
2. experimental equipment: conventional surgical instruments (scalpels, tissue scissors, wire scissors, curved forceps, rat abdominal distractors, forceps); 1-0 silk thread; an electric knife; ophthalmic micro-forceps (elbow 14cm wide 0.15mm, suzhou shi qiang); mosquito forceps (mosquito hemostats-straight/1.0 mm wide/12.5 cm, HARTMAN); an information biological signal collecting and processing system (BL-420S, union of Dow.).
3. Molding: the conventional instruments used in the operation process are sterilized before operation for standby. Injecting anesthetic into abdominal cavity, fixing rat on operating table in supine position after rat anesthesia is stable, removing hair from abdomen, sterilizing with iodophor, spreading towel, and removing iodine with 75% alcohol. The skin is incised on the median line of the lower abdomen of the rat by a scalpel, the size of the incision is about 4cm, and then subcutaneous fat, muscles and peritoneum are incised layer by an electrotome to enter the abdominal cavity. The abdominal cavity was opened with a rat abdominal spreader to expose the surgical field, the rat prostate was found, the rat pelvic ganglia and cavernous nerves were found along both sides of the prostate, and then the cavernous nerves were freed by 1cm with a micro-instrument. A 1ml syringe needle with a needle tip removed and a broken end ground on abrasive cloth is lubricated by paraffin oil and then placed below the cavernous nerve, and an angle of 30 degrees is kept between the syringe needle and the long axis of the cavernous nerve; the tip of one of the forceps jaws of the mosquito forceps is wrapped by a scalp needle rubber tube with the length of 0.5cm, the tip of the mosquito forceps is used for simultaneously clamping the cavernous nerve and the needle head, the tip of the mosquito forceps wrapped by the rubber tube is arranged above the cavernous nerve, the tip of the other forceps jaw without the wrapping is arranged below the needle head of a 1ml syringe, the position of the needle head is adjusted after the forceps jaws are lightly clamped, the needle head and the mosquito forceps form an angle of 90 degrees, then the forceps jaws of 1 tooth are clamped on the mosquito forceps, and the time is counted for 1 minute. After clamping, slightly loosening the mosquito clamp, withdrawing the mosquito clamp and the 1ml needle head, and clamping the opposite cavernous nerve in the same way. After no active bleeding and no foreign objects are detected in the operation area of the abdomen of the rat, the gauze and the operation instrument are checked, the suture is carried out in a layering way, and the 75 percent alcohol is disinfected after the skin incision is discontinuously sutured. Control rats were not treated at all;
