The handle 12 takes the form of an elongate handgrip arranged so that a user grips the handle to operate the hand-held cleaner, with a gripping region for gripping by the user. The handle 12 has a centerline along which the handle 12 extends, the centerline being defined by the shape of the handle 12 and may be straight or have a curvature. The hand-held cleaner further comprises a separation cone 40, the separation cone 40 being located at least partially within the dirt cup 14 for separating dirt from the airflow for temporary storage within the dirt cup 14. The separation cone 40 may be a multi-stage separation cone or a single-stage separation cone. In order to ensure the portability of the handheld dust collector, the battery pack 9 is at least partially arranged in the handle 12, and the existing internal space of the handle 12 is used for accommodating the motor, so that the overall volume of the handheld dust collector can be reduced, and the handheld dust collector is smaller. Specifically, the handle 12 has an accommodating space therein, at least a part of the battery pack 9 is disposed in the accommodating space, and at least a part of the battery pack 9 is located in a grip region of the handle 12.
In order to ensure the dust collection capacity of the handheld dust collector, the embodiment adopts large current to work. When the hand-held cleaner is in a dust collection working state, the current output by the battery pack 9 is more than or equal to 5A. The working current higher than 5A is adopted, so that strong energy supply is provided for the handheld dust collector, larger suction force is generated, and the dust collection effect is better. In one embodiment, the current output by the battery pack 9 is in a range of 10A-30A, and the dust suction capacity is better.
However, the large current tends to increase heat generation of the battery pack 9, and if excessive heat is conducted to the handle 12, the handle 12 is easily overheated, and the user may feel hot. In this embodiment, a heat insulation layer 121 is further provided, which is positioned in the handle 12 and arranged in the circumferential direction of the battery pack 9, and is used for limiting heat conduction between the battery pack 9 and the holding area. Thus, at least part of heat transfer between the holding area and the battery pack 9 is separated by the heat insulation layer 121, temperature rise of the holding area can be inhibited, the handle is guaranteed not to be scalded even if the large current works for a long time, and user operation experience is improved.
Specifically, the holding area has a housing portion that houses the battery pack 9, and the heat insulating layer 121 is provided around the battery pack 9 along at least a part of an inner wall of the housing portion. In one embodiment, the thermal insulation layer 121 is wrapped around the battery pack 9 in a continuous circumferential covering manner. In another embodiment, the heat insulation layer 121 may also be configured to have a gap in the circumferential direction of the battery pack 9, and the gap facilitates the conduction of the heat portion of the battery pack 9 to the gap between the inner wall of the holding area and the battery pack 9, so as to reduce the heat accumulation of the battery pack 9, and at the same time, the material used for the heat insulation layer 121 may also be reduced, so as to reduce the cost. Through experiments, the width of the break gap is not more than 5mm, the influence on the temperature of a holding area is small, and scalding of hands cannot be caused.
The accommodating part of the holding area accommodates the battery pack 9, the holding area may also have a cavity, the battery pack 9 is not accommodated, in order to reduce the material used for the heat insulation layer 121 and ensure the heat insulation effect, the heat insulation layer 121 covers more than 50% of the total area of the inner wall of the accommodating part, the covering area has the heat insulation effect and cannot cause the temperature of the holding area to scald hands, the used material of the heat insulation layer 121 is also saved by the colleagues, and the adverse effect on the diameter of the handle is reduced.
In an implementation scenario, there is a bend or a special shape in the holding area, and the bent or special-shaped portion cannot accommodate the lower battery cell, but is still used for holding. Therefore, the holding area which does not contain the battery can be provided without the heat insulating layer, thereby saving the material of the heat insulating layer. The insulation layer 121 covers more than 40% of the total area of the inner wall of the grip area.
The handle 12 is used for a user to grip, and if the handle is too thick, the palm of the user cannot surround the handle for one circle, which makes the user to grip the handle with more effort, and in order to suppress the influence of the arrangement of the heat insulating layer 121 on the increase in the diameter of the handle 12. The thickness of the heat insulation layer is selected to be 0.1mm-4 mm. Since the handle 12 is substantially cylindrical and the housing space thereof is also cylindrical, when the battery pack 9 is housed in the handle 12, the height of the battery pack 9 corresponds to the inner diameter of the housing space of the handle, but two substantially symmetrical cavities are formed between the inner wall of the handle 12 and the outer surface of the battery pack 9 in the width direction of the battery pack 9.
