2. The method for preparing a podocarpus macrophyllus beverage according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) picking fruits: picking up the podocarpus macrophyllus which is completely mature, has strong fragrance, does not mildew, rot, insect pest and green Chinese olive;
(2) squeezing: weighing 300-355 parts by weight of picked fresh podocarpus macrophyllus and 120-163 parts by weight of fresh pawpaw, cleaning the fresh podocarpus macrophyllus and the fresh pawpaw together, slicing, smashing and squeezing into juice;
(3) preparing a liquid medicine: pulverizing 24-35 weight parts of fructus crataegi, 118-132 weight parts of radix Codonopsis, 56-73 weight parts of semen Phaseoli, 4.3-6.2 weight parts of herba Agastaches and 3.1-5.2 weight parts of fructus Jujubae into coarse powder, adding 8-12 times of water, hot-soaking at 80-90 deg.C for 2 times for 30-45min, and mixing the hot-soaking solutions for 2 times to obtain medicinal liquid;
(4) and (3) filtering and concentrating: mixing the juice squeezed in the step (2) with the liquid medicine prepared in the step (3), filtering by a plate frame, and concentrating to 1/5-1/2;
(5) blending and refrigerating: diluting the concentrated solution obtained in the step (4) with purified water according to the proportion of 1:100-1:250, blending and refrigerating for more than 12 hours;
(6) and (3) filtering and filling: filtering the refrigerated blending liquid in the step (5) by using a plate frame with a microporous filter membrane again, and filling to obtain the podocarpus macrophyllus beverage; or (5) filtering the refrigerated blending liquid again by using a plate frame, sterilizing the filtrate and filling to obtain the podocarpus macrophyllus beverage.
