In order to overcome the defects that the steak cut by manpower is easy to cause different sizes, thereby not meeting the required requirements, causing the waste of raw materials, having low efficiency of manually cutting the steak and wasting time and labor in the process, the invention has the technical problems that: the multifunctional automatic steak cutting equipment can automatically complete blanking, can ensure that the cutting size is the same during cutting, and can also ensure that different cutting requirements of workers can be met.
The technical scheme is as follows: a multifunctional steak automatic cutting device comprises:
the base is used for supporting the whole equipment;
the top of the base is provided with a conveying mechanism;
and the cutting mechanism is arranged on the top of the base and the conveying mechanism.
Further, it is particularly preferable that the transfer mechanism includes:
the motor is arranged on one side of the top of the base;
one end of the motor output shaft is provided with a gear;
the first supporting rod is arranged on one side of the top of the base;
two second support rods are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the base;
the transmission assembly is arranged between the first support rod and the two second support rods on one side;
one end of a transmission shaft at one side of the transmission assembly is provided with a straight gear which is meshed with the gear lacking;
the belt pulley assembly is arranged between the upper sides of the four second supporting rods on one side of the bottom plate, and a plurality of clamping blocks are uniformly and symmetrically arranged on the belt pulley assembly.
Furthermore, it is particularly preferred that the cutting mechanism comprises:
one side of the top of the base is symmetrically provided with a fixed plate;
the first fixing frame is arranged between one sides of the fixing plates, and the bottom of the first fixing frame is symmetrically provided with convex blocks;
the inner wall of the first fixing frame is provided with a second fixing frame in a sliding way;
a plurality of blades are uniformly and rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the second fixing frame;
the rack plate is symmetrically arranged on one side of the second fixing frame;
the middle part of one side of the first fixing frame is rotatably provided with a rotating shaft;
a first gear set is arranged between one end of the rotating shaft and one end of the output shaft of the motor;
the vertical gear is arranged at the rear end of the rotating shaft and is meshed with the rack plate.
Further, it is particularly preferable that the steering device further includes a steering mechanism including:
a second gear set is respectively arranged between the two ends of the blade;
the first fixing rods are connected between the two sides of the rack bar and the second fixing frame;
the rack rods are symmetrically and slidably arranged on the inner wall of the first fixing frame and are all meshed with the second gear set;
the nut, rack bar both ends all are equipped with the nut.
Further, it is particularly preferable that the apparatus further comprises a lower plate mechanism including:
two groups of first sliding strips are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the base, and each group of first sliding strips are symmetrically arranged;
four second fixing rods are uniformly arranged at the top of the base and are positioned on the inner side of the first sliding block;
the inner ends of the upper sides of the second fixed rods are provided with lower plate frames;
the lower sides of the outer parts of the lower plate frames are provided with third fixing rods;
the first inclined rod, the third fixed rod and the first sliding strip are all provided with a first inclined rod in a sliding manner;
the first stop blocks are arranged on the inner sides of the first inclined rods on the inner sides and are in sliding contact with the lower frame;
first springs are arranged between the third fixing rod and the first inner inclined rod, and the first springs are all sleeved on the first inner inclined rod.
In addition, it is especially preferred that the device further comprises a blanking mechanism, wherein the blanking mechanism comprises:
two groups of second sliding strips are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the base, each group of second sliding strips are symmetrically arranged, and the second sliding strips are located on one side of the first sliding strips;
two groups of fourth fixing rods are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the base, and each group of fourth fixing rods are symmetrically arranged;
the blanking frames are arranged between the upper sides of the fourth fixing rods of each group;
fifth fixed rods are symmetrically arranged on the lower side of the outer part of the blanking frame;
second inclined rods are arranged on the second stop block, the fifth fixed rod and the second sliding strip in a sliding mode;
the inner sides of the second inclined rods at the inner sides are provided with second stop blocks, and the second stop blocks are in sliding contact with the blanking frame;
and a second spring is arranged between the fifth fixed rod and the inner second inclined rod, and the second spring is sleeved on the inner second inclined rod.
Further, it is particularly preferable that the apparatus further comprises a collecting means including:
the collecting frame is arranged on one side of the top of the base;
the two sides of the collecting frame are provided with the first handles;
the four corners at the bottom of the inner wall of the collecting frame are provided with third springs;

Further, it is particularly preferable that the fixing device further includes a fixing mechanism including:
a cutting plate is arranged on one side of the top of the base and positioned in the lower plate frame;

The invention achieves the following effects: through transport mechanism and cutting mechanism, make this equipment can automatic conveying material with cut the steak of meat, through steering mechanism afterwards, make this equipment can change the size of cutting, rethread hypoplastron mechanism and unloading mechanism make lower board and the steak of meat that the staff can be more convenient, through collecting mechanism and fixed establishment at last, make that this equipment can be convenient collect steak of meat and board respectively, and can effectually avoid making dirty the board.

Detailed Description

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the conveying mechanism 2 includes a motor 21, a missing gear 22, a first support rod 23, a spur gear 24, a second support rod 25, a belt pulley assembly 26 and a transmission assembly 27, the motor 21 is disposed on the left front side of the top of the base 1, three second support rods 25 are disposed on the left side of the top of the base 1, two second support rods 25 are symmetrically disposed on the right side of the top of the base 1, the belt pulley assembly 26 is disposed between the upper sides of the four second support rods 25 on the rear side of the bottom plate, a plurality of clamping blocks are uniformly and symmetrically disposed on the belt pulley assembly 26, the first support rod 23 is disposed on the left front side of the top of the base 1, the transmission assembly 27 is disposed between the first support rod 23 and the two second support rods 25 on the left front side, the right transmission shaft front end of the transmission assembly 27 is disposed with the spur gear 24, the missing gear 22 is disposed on the rear end of the output shaft of the motor 21, and the spur gear 24 is engaged with the missing gear 22.

The cutting mechanism 3 comprises a fixing plate 31, a first fixing frame 32, a second fixing frame 33, blades 34, a rack plate 35, a rotating shaft 36, a first gear set 37 and a vertical gear 38, the fixing plate 31 is symmetrically arranged on the rear side of the top of the base 1, a first fixing frame 32 is arranged between the front lower side of the fixing plate 31, a convex block is symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the first fixing frame 32, the second fixing frame 33 is arranged on the inner wall of the first fixing frame 32 in a sliding mode, a plurality of blades 34 are arranged on the inner wall of the second fixing frame 33 in an even rotating mode, the rack plate 35 is symmetrically arranged on the front side of the second fixing frame 33, the rotating shaft 36 is arranged in the middle of the front side of the first fixing frame 32 in a rotating mode, the vertical gear 38 is arranged at the rear end of the rotating shaft 36, the vertical gear 38 is meshed with the rack plate 35, and the first gear set 37 is arranged between the front end of the rotating shaft 36 and the rear end of an output shaft of the motor 21.
The belt pulley assembly 26 drives the steak to move to the bottom of the blade 34, then the output shaft of the motor 21 drives the rotating shaft 36 to rotate through the first gear set 37, the rotating shaft 36 drives the vertical gear 38 to rotate, the vertical gear 38 rotates to drive the rack plate 35 to move left and right, the rack plate 35 drives the second fixing frame 33 to move in the direction opposite to the movement of the belt pulley, the second fixing frame 33 drives the blade 34 to move, so that the blade 34 can cut the steak, after the steak is cut, the belt pulley assembly 26 drives the cut steak to move left, simultaneously, the convex block at the bottom of the first fixing frame 32 is jacked up along the radian of the clamping block on the belt pulley assembly 26, the convex block drives the first fixing frame 32 to move upwards, the second fixing frame 33 moves upwards under the driving of the first fixing frame 32, the second fixing frame 33 drives the blade 34 to move upwards, and the first fixing frame 32 drives the rotating shaft 36 to move upwards while moving upwards, so that the two gears in the first gear set 37 are disengaged and the blade 34 stops cutting until the dog on the pulley assembly 26 is not ejecting the lug and the two gears in the first gear set 37 are reengaged, the blade 34 resumes operation and cuts the steak.
Still including steering mechanism 4, steering mechanism 4 is equipped with second gear train 41 between the blade 34 both ends respectively including second gear train 41, first dead lever 42, rack bar 43 and nut 44, and first mount 32 inner wall symmetry slidingtype is equipped with rack bar 43, and rack bar 43 all meshes with second gear train 41, all is connected with first dead lever 42 between rack bar 43 both sides and the second mount 33, and rack bar 43 both ends all are equipped with nut 44.
When the steak of different shapes need to be cut, the staff only need rotate nut 44, and nut 44 rotates and drives rack bar 43 round trip movement, and rack bar 43 drives the gear in the second gear train 41 and is close to each other to drive blade 34 and rotate, blade 34 rotates and makes blade 34 different to the cutting size of steak, thereby reaches the different cutting demand of satisfying the staff.
Also comprises a lower plate mechanism 5, the lower plate mechanism 5 comprises a first slide bar 51, a second fixed rod 52 and a lower plate frame 53, third dead lever 54, first dog 55, first down tube 56 and first spring 57, base 1 top right side symmetry is equipped with two sets of first draw runner 51, every first draw runner 51 of group is the symmetry setting, base 1 top evenly is equipped with four second dead levers 52, second dead lever 52 all is located first draw runner 51 inboard, second dead lever 52 upside inner all is equipped with lower plate frame 53, the outside downside of lower plate frame 53 all is equipped with third dead lever 54, all the slidingtype is equipped with first down tube 56 on third dead lever 54 and the first draw runner 51, the inboard of inboard first down tube 56 all is equipped with first dog 55, first dog 55 all is the slidingtype contact with lower plate frame 53, be equipped with first spring 57 between third dead lever 54 and the inboard first down tube 56, first spring 57 all overlaps on inboard first down tube 56.
The staff first places the board in lower plate frame 53, then starts motor 21 work, motor 21 drives pulley assembly 26 and moves, the fixture block on pulley assembly 26 moves to contact with first down tube 56, and all promote first down tube 56 upwards, first down tube 56 extrudes inboard first down tube 56 upwards, inboard first down tube 56 drives first dog 55 and inwards slides, thereby make first dog 55 lift the board, the staff places the steak on the board again, pulley assembly 26 is constantly moved, the fixture block on pulley assembly 26 moves to when not contacting with first down tube 56, first dog 55 resets, no longer lift the board.
The blanking mechanism 6 comprises a second sliding strip 61, a fourth fixed rod 62, a blanking frame 63, a fifth fixed rod 64, a second stop 65, a second inclined rod 66 and a second spring 67, wherein two groups of second sliding strips 61 are symmetrically arranged on the right side of the top of the base 1, each group of second sliding strips 61 is symmetrically arranged, the second sliding strips 61 are all positioned on the left side of the first sliding strip 51, two groups of fourth fixed rods 62 are symmetrically arranged on the right side of the top of the base 1, each group of fourth fixed rods 62 is symmetrically arranged, the blanking frame 63 is arranged between the upper sides of the group of fourth fixed rods 62, fifth fixed rods 64 are symmetrically arranged on the lower sides of the outer parts of the blanking frame 63, the second inclined rods 66 are respectively arranged on the fifth fixed rods 64 and the second sliding strips 61 in a sliding manner, the second stop 65 is arranged on the inner side of the inner side second inclined rod 66, the second stop 65 is in sliding contact with the blanking frame 63, the second spring 67 is arranged between the fifth fixed rods 64 and the inner side second inclined rod 66, the second springs 67 are all sleeved on the inner second inclined rods 66.
The staff first starts motor 21 work, motor 21 drives pulley assembly 26 and moves, the fixture block on pulley assembly 26 moves to contact with second down tube 66, and all upwards promote second down tube 66, second down tube 66 upwards extrudes inboard second down tube 66, inboard second down tube 66 drives second dog 65 and inwards slides, thereby make second dog 65 lift the board, the staff alright place the steak on the board in unloading frame 63, pulley assembly 26 moves constantly, when the fixture block on pulley assembly 26 moved to not contacting with second down tube 66, second dog 65 resets, no longer lift the board with the steak.
The collecting mechanism 7 comprises a collecting frame 71, a first handle 72, a third spring 73 and a placing plate 74, the collecting frame 71 is arranged on the left side of the top of the base 1, the first handle 72 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the collecting frame 71, the third spring 73 is arranged at four corners of the bottom of the inner wall of the collecting frame 71, and the placing plate 74 is arranged between the tops of the third springs 73.
The cut steak is moved to the placing plate 74 by the belt pulley component 26, the third springs 73 are all compressed, the worker takes the steak on the plate, the process is repeated for the steak cut later, the third springs 73 are continuously compressed until the limit, the collecting frame 71 is filled with the plate, the worker can pull the first handle 72, the collecting frame 71 is drawn out, and the worker can take the plate out of the collecting frame 71.
Still including fixed establishment 8, fixed establishment 8 is including cutting board 81, the second handle 82, the staple 83, fourth spring 84 and splint 85, 1 top right side of base is equipped with cutting board 81, cutting board 81 is located lower plate frame 53, the equal symmetry in four sides of cutting board 81 is equipped with the staple 83, equal slidingtype is equipped with splint 85 between the staple 83 of every side, splint 85 outside middle part all is equipped with second handle 82, all be equipped with fourth spring 84 between splint 85 and the staple 83, fourth spring 84 all overlaps on staple 83.
The staff places the board in lower plate frame 53, when the board is lifted up, staff pulling second handle 82, second handle 82 drives splint 85 and all moves to the outside, fourth spring 84 all is compressed, the staff wraps up cutting plate 81 with the tinfoil, afterwards staff alright loosen second handle 82, under fourth spring 84's reset action, splint 85 resets and fixes the tinfoil, the staff alright place the steak on the tinfoil to avoid making dirty the board.
