the first bearing 3 is sleeved on the outer wall of the threading pipe 101, one end of a first connecting rod 4 is fixedly connected to the first bearing 3, and the first connecting rod 101 is rotatably connected with the threading pipe 101 through the first bearing 3, so that the first connecting rod 4 can rotate around the threading pipe 101; the first connecting rod 4 is composed of two sections, the two sections are fixedly connected through a second bearing 5, the middle part of the second bearing 5 is fixedly connected with a driving rotating shaft 6, the driving rotating shaft 6 can rotate under the action of the second bearing 5, a main belt wheel 7 and a first conical gear 8 are fixedly arranged on the driving rotating shaft 6, the driving rotating shaft 6 can drive the main belt wheel 7 and the first conical gear 8 to rotate, a circle of conical insection 102 is arranged on the wire penetrating disc 1, and the conical insection 102 is meshed with the first conical gear 8; a third bearing 9 and a driven belt wheel 10 are arranged at one end of a rotating shaft 201 of the stranded wire roller 2, the third bearing 9 is fixedly connected with the other end of the first connecting rod 4, and the first connecting rod 4 is fixedly connected with the third bearing 9, so that when the first connecting rod 4 rotates around the threading pipe 101, the stranded wire roller 2 can be pushed to rotate around the threading pipe 101, and the stranded wire roller 2 rotates around the radial central line of the stranded wire roller 2 because the radial central line of the stranded wire roller 2 is superposed with the axial central line of the threading pipe 101, and the stranding is realized; the auxiliary belt wheel 10 is connected with the main belt wheel 7 through a belt, and the auxiliary belt wheel 10 can drive the rotating shaft 201 to rotate, so that the wire twisting roller 2 is driven to axially rotate to realize wire winding; the twisting and wire-rewinding power is the same originally, the twisting and wire-rewinding can be completed only by one motor, and the relationship between the twisting speed and the wire-rewinding speed can be adjusted by setting the diameter relationship among the main belt wheel 7, the auxiliary belt wheel and the first bevel gear 8; compared with the prior art, the twisting and winding device has the advantages that the twisting roller 2 is used for twisting and winding, and the original wire roller to be twisted does not need to rotate, so that power is saved;
the device further comprises a second connecting rod 11, a third connecting rod 12 and a second bevel gear 13, a fourth bearing 14 is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft 201 of the stranded wire roller 2, and the second bevel gear 13 is the same as the first bevel gear 8; one end of the second connecting rod 11 is fixedly connected with the first bearing 3, and the second connecting rod 11 is arranged opposite to the first connecting rod 4, so that the second connecting rod 11 can rotate around the threading pipe 101, and the other end of the second connecting rod 11 is fixedly connected with the fourth bearing 14, so that the second connecting rod 11 can push the threading roller 2 to rotate; one end of the third connecting rod 12 is fixedly connected with the second connecting rod 11, the other end of the third connecting rod 12 is connected with the second bevel gear 13 through a bearing, the second bevel gear 13 is meshed with the tapered insection 102 on the wire threading disc 1, and when the first bevel gear 8 rotates in a winding manner, the second bevel gear 13 is pushed to rotate in a winding manner on the tapered insection 102; the second connecting rod 11 and the first connecting rod 4 are oppositely arranged, so that the stability of the stranding roller 2 in the stranding process is ensured; the shape of the first connecting rod 3 is substantially symmetrical to the shape of the second connecting rod 11, as shown in fig. 2.
With reference to fig. 2 and 3, the cable stranding device of the present invention works: a plurality of guide wires to be twisted pass through the threading pipe 101 from one side of the threading disc 1, penetrate out from the other side of the threading disc 1 and are fixed on the twisting roller 2; the driving rotating shaft 6 rotates to drive the first bevel gear 8 to rotate, and the first bevel gear 8 rotates around the tapered insection 102 because the first bevel gear 8 is meshed with the tapered insection 102 on the wire threading disc 1; the first connecting rod 4 is connected with the driving rotating shaft 6 through the second bearing 5, and the first connecting rod 4 is rotatably connected with the threading pipe 101 through the first bearing 3, so that the first conical gear 8 rotates in a winding manner, the first connecting rod 4 rotates around the threading pipe 101, the first connecting rod 4 pushes the twisting roller 2 to rotate around the radial center line of the twisting roller 2, and the twisting roller 2 twists the conductor wires together in the rotating process around the radial center line; meanwhile, the driving rotating shaft 6 rotates to drive the main belt wheel 7 to rotate, the main belt wheel 7 drives the auxiliary belt wheel 10 to rotate, the auxiliary belt wheel 10 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 201 to rotate, the stranded wire roller 2 is driven to rotate, and the stranded wire roller 2 is wound; therefore, the present invention realizes collecting the stranded wire on the stranding roller 2 while stranding the wire.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the threading plate further comprises a base 15, the threading plate 1 is fixed on the base 15, a support rod 1501 is arranged on the base 15, and the other end of the support rod 1501 is fixedly connected with the threading plate 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of thread roller setting piles 16 are provided on the base 15. When the twisting device is used, the original wire roller to be twisted is sleeved on the original wire roller placing pile 16, and when the twisting roller rotates around the rotating shaft of the twisting roller, the original wire roller continuously rotates to withdraw the wire. The invention can be used without rotating the whole original wire roller, and only the wire to be twisted on the original wire roller is pulled.
Further, the length of the threading pipe 101 is one third to two thirds of the distance between the threading disc 1 and the threading roller 2. The length of the threading pipe 101 is limited within the range, and the threading effect is ensured in the threading process.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the driving rotating shaft 6 is in transmission connection with a motor 17; specifically, the body of the motor 17 is fixed on the first connecting rod 4, and the output end of the motor 17 is connected with the driving rotating shaft 6 through a coupler. When the first connecting rod 4 rotates, the motor 17 rotates together therewith.
Further, a power line of the motor 17 passes through the threading pipe 101. The power cord of the motor 17 passes through the threading pipe 101 to avoid the winding of the cord.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, wire guide plates 103 can be detachably arranged on the wire inlet side surfaces of the wire threading discs 1, specifically, the wire guide plates 103 can be fixed by screws, and a plurality of wire threading holes are formed in the wire guide plates 103 and arranged in an annular array. The single-stranded wires to be stranded penetrate out of the wire threading holes, the wire threading holes in the wire guide plate 103 have a carding function on the strands of the wires to be stranded, and the strands are more uniform.

A cable stranding device is characterized by comprising a wire threading disc and a stranding roller; a threading through hole is formed in the center of the threading disc, a threading pipe is arranged at the threading through hole, and the radial center line of the stranding roller is superposed with the axial center line of the threading pipe; the outer wall of the threading pipe is sleeved with a first bearing, one end of a first connecting rod is fixedly connected to the first bearing, the first connecting rod consists of two sections which are connected through a second bearing, the middle part of the second bearing is fixedly connected with a driving rotating shaft, a main belt wheel and a first conical gear are fixedly arranged on the driving rotating shaft, a circle of conical insection is arranged on the threading disc, and the conical insection is meshed with the first conical gear; one end of a rotating shaft of the stranded wire roller is provided with a third bearing and a driven belt wheel, the third bearing is fixedly connected with the other end of the first connecting rod, and the driven belt wheel is connected with the main belt wheel through a belt;
the other end of the rotating shaft of the stranded wire roller is provided with a fourth bearing; one end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the first bearing, and the other end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the fourth bearing; one end of the third connecting rod is fixedly connected with the second connecting rod, the other end of the third connecting rod is connected with a second bevel gear through a bearing, and the second bevel gear is meshed with the tapered insection on the threading plate.
2. The cable stranding apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a base on which the stringing disc is secured.
3. The cable stranding apparatus of claim 2 wherein the base includes a plurality of wire roller receiving stakes.
4. The cable stranding apparatus of claim 1 wherein the length of the stringing tube is between one third and two thirds of the distance between the stringing plate and the stranding roller.
5. The cable stranding apparatus of claim 1 wherein the active rotating shaft is drivingly connected to a motor.
6. The cable stranding device of claim 5 wherein the body of the motor is fixed to the first connecting rod and the output of the motor is coupled to the active rotating shaft by a coupling.
7. The cable stranding apparatus of claim 5 wherein a power cord of the motor passes through the conduit.
8. The cable stranding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a wire guide plate is detachably disposed at a wire inlet end of the wire conduit, a plurality of wire holes are disposed on the wire guide plate, and the wire holes are arranged in an annular array.
