Abstract

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent payment method for a hotel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving order information transmitted by an enterprise booking system;
receiving departure confirmation information and a deduction request sent by an internal system of the hotel, and checking the departure confirmation information and the deduction request with the order information;
and after the checking is successful, sending a payment instruction to a payment system according to the deduction request, wherein the payment instruction is used for instructing the payment system to carry out public-to-public payment according to the payment instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, after checking the order information with the departure confirmation information and the deduction request, further comprising:
and sending the deduction request to a terminal used by the traveling staff, and receiving the confirmation information of the traveling staff returned by the terminal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after the checking is successful and a payment instruction is sent to a payment system according to the amount due in the order information, the method further comprises:
receiving payment confirmation information fed back by the payment system;
updating the order state in the order information according to the payment confirmation information;
and transmitting the order state to the enterprise booking system to finish an order period.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after said transmitting said order status to said business reservation system completes an order cycle, further comprising:
gathering order data within preset time to generate a reconciliation report, wherein the reconciliation report comprises an order number, order details, an amount due and an amount actually paid;
and transmitting the reconciliation statement to the payment system, the enterprise booking system and the hotel internal system.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the intelligent hotel payment method is implemented by an application embedded in an intelligent hotel POS.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after receiving the order information transmitted by the enterprise reservation system:
and sending a public payment instruction to a hotel internal system through the enterprise booking system, wherein the public payment instruction comprises a payment system of a payment partner of the enterprise corresponding to the enterprise booking system and a corresponding payment channel.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
the hotel internal system selects a preset payment channel according to the payment channel in the public payment instruction;
the sending of the payment instruction to the payment system includes:
and sending a payment instruction comprising the amount due and the preset payment channel to a payment system.

the order information receiving module is used for receiving order information transmitted by the enterprise booking system;
the information checking module is used for receiving the departure confirmation information and the deduction request sent by the hotel internal system and checking the departure confirmation information and the deduction request with the order information;
and the payment instruction sending module is used for sending a payment instruction to a payment system according to the deduction request after the checking is successful, and is used for indicating the payment system to carry out the public-to-public payment according to the payment instruction.

one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the hotel intelligent payment method as recited in any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a hotel intelligent payment method as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 7.
