Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an automatic agreement-based payment method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the automatic agreement-based payment method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s201, receiving a payment-instead transaction request sent by a merchant terminal, wherein the payment-instead transaction request comprises order information, a shopping site photo and a payment identifier;
specifically, when a customer purchases a commodity on site, if the customer is inconvenient to pay, the customer can choose to purchase the commodity in a payment-by-payment mode. The method comprises the steps that a client provides a payment identifier for a merchant, the merchant collects a picture of on-site shopping of the client as a picture of a shopping site, the merchant generates order information for commodities purchased by the client through a merchant terminal, and then sends a payment-instead transaction request to an acquiring bank server, wherein the payment-instead transaction request can comprise the order information, the picture of the shopping site and the payment identifier. The acquirer server receives the payment withholding transaction request. The order information may include order summary information and commodity detail information, and the order summary information may include information such as an order number, a merchant identifier, a merchant address, a transaction timestamp, and a payment amount, and is set according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The commodity detail information may include information such as a commodity name, a commodity number, and a commodity unit price, and is set according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The payment identifier can be obtained by a bank pre-application of the paying customer. The paying-instead customer is a person who pays instead of others, for example, the paying-instead customer can pay for commodities purchased by own parents, friends and children.
For example, a certain article of plum uses a network payment tool less, a son-son small article of plum brings convenience to a father to shop in a shopping mall, a bank a with the father transacts a payment agency service, an automatic payment agency protocol is signed, a payment identifier e is applied, and face identification information of the certain article of plum of the father is collected as face identification information corresponding to the payment identifier e and used for payment verification during payment agency transaction. The small plum informs father that the plum can pay by using the payment identifier e when shopping.
When a certain shopping mall is bought, a certain commodity is bought by the merchant b, the staff of the merchant b is informed of the payment in a payment-on-behalf mode during the payment, and the payment identifier e is informed, and the acquiring bank of the merchant b is the bank a. The staff of the merchant B inputs the payment identifier e into the merchant terminal B, and takes a photo of a certain plum holding a commodity to be purchased through a camera, and the obtained photo is uploaded to the merchant terminal B of the merchant B as a photo of a certain plum shopping site. And then, the staff of the merchant B generates order information for a certain purchased commodity through the merchant terminal B, wherein the order information comprises order abstract information and commodity detail information, and the order abstract information comprises an order number, a merchant identifier of the merchant B, an address of the merchant B, a transaction timestamp and payment amount. And the staff of the merchant B sends a payment-by-payment transaction request to an acquiring bank server A of the merchant B through a merchant terminal B, wherein the payment-by-payment request comprises the order information, a certain shopping site photo and a payment identifier e.
S202, determining a payment account and first face recognition information corresponding to the payment identifier according to the payment identifier, and extracting second face recognition information according to the shopping site picture;
specifically, after receiving the payment-for-delivery transaction request, the acquirer server may determine, according to the payment identifier, a payment account and face recognition information corresponding to the payment identifier. When the payment identifier belongs to an acquirer corresponding to the acquirer server, the acquirer server can obtain a payment account and first face identification information corresponding to the payment identifier from local inquiry, and at this time, an account opening row corresponding to the payment identifier is the same as an acquirer corresponding to the acquirer server; and when the payment identifier does not belong to the acquirer corresponding to the acquirer server, the acquirer server sends a payment substitute query request to a third-party server, a payment account and first face identification information corresponding to the payment identifier are obtained through query of the third-party server, and at the moment, an account opening row corresponding to the payment identifier is different from an acquirer corresponding to the acquirer server. The acquirer server may extract second face recognition information from the shopping site photo.
And S203, if the second face identification information is matched with the first face identification information, performing order payment processing according to the order information and the payment account number to complete a payment-by-payment transaction.
Specifically, the acquiring bank server compares the first face identification information with the second face identification information, if the second face identification information matches the first face identification information, order payment processing may be performed according to the order information and the payment account, and payment success information may be sent to the merchant terminal after order payment is successful. After the staff of the merchant checks the payment success information, the staff can inform the customer that the payment is successful and the payment-instead transaction is completed.
For example, the acquirer server a extracts face recognition information of a certain plum from a shopping site photo of the certain plum, and queries and obtains the face recognition information corresponding to the payment identifier e. The acquiring bank server A compares the extracted face identification information of the certain plum with the face identification information corresponding to the payment identification e, and can judge that the extracted face identification information of the certain plum is matched with the face identification information corresponding to the payment identification e due to the fact that the face identification information corresponding to the payment identification e is the face identification information of the certain plum, so that the acquiring bank server A can obtain a merchant identification and a payment amount of a merchant b from order information, can inquire and obtain a bank account number set up by the merchant b in a bank a according to the merchant identification of the merchant b, then initiates a transfer transaction, and transfers the payment amount from the payment account number corresponding to the payment identification e to the bank account number set up by the merchant b in the bank a. After the transfer is completed, the acquiring bank server A sends successful payment information to the merchant terminal B, and after the staff of the merchant B sees the successful payment information, the staff informs that the payment transaction of a certain generation is completed and the commodity is successfully purchased. The acquirer server A can also send deduction information to the mobile phone of the small plum to prompt the small plum to finish an order payment transaction.
The protocol-based automatic payment-instead method provided by the embodiment of the invention can receive a payment-instead transaction request sent by a merchant terminal, determine a payment account and face identification information corresponding to the payment identifier according to the payment identifier, extract second face identification information according to a shopping site photo, perform order payment processing according to order information and the payment account after the second face identification information is matched with the first face identification information to complete the payment-instead transaction, initiate the payment-instead transaction by the merchant terminal, do not need any operation of site shoppers, can provide convenient and safe payment service for old people and people who are inconvenient to use network payment tools such as smart phones and the like, and improve the convenience of payment.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the determining, according to the payment identifier, the payment account and the first face identification information corresponding to the payment identifier includes:
and if the payment identifier belongs to an acquirer, locally inquiring to obtain a first generation payment inquiry result, wherein the first generation payment inquiry result comprises a payment account number and face recognition information corresponding to the payment identifier.
Specifically, after receiving the payment-for-delivery transaction request, the acquirer server may determine whether the payment identifier belongs to an acquirer, where the acquirer refers to an issuer of a merchant corresponding to the merchant terminal, and if the payment identifier belongs to the acquirer, the acquirer server may locally query, according to the payment identifier, a first payment query result, where the first payment query result includes a payment account corresponding to the payment identifier and first face identification information. The payment identifier belongs to the acquiring bank, which indicates that the customer paying for the payment belongs to the acquiring bank through the payment identifier applied by the acquiring bank, the payment account and the face recognition information corresponding to the payment identifier are locally stored in the acquiring bank, and the payment account of the merchant belong to the acquiring bank.
For example, the acquirer server may query whether the same payment identifier exists in the database according to the payment identifier, and if so, the payment identifier is applied by a bank corresponding to the acquirer server, and the payment identifier belongs to an acquirer. Or, the payment identification includes a bank identification bit, the acquiring bank server can obtain the bank identification bit from the payment identification, if the bank identification bit in the payment identification is the same as the bank identification bit of the bank corresponding to the acquiring bank server, the payment identification is applied by the bank corresponding to the acquiring bank server, and the payment identification belongs to the acquiring bank. The bank identification positions correspond to banks one by one. The payment identification is in one-to-one correspondence with the bank identification position.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an automatic payment method based on a protocol according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the determining, according to the payment identifier, a payment account and first facial recognition information corresponding to the payment identifier further includes:

After receiving the payment-for-delivery inquiry request, the third-party server determines information such as a payment account and first face identification information corresponding to the payment identifier according to the payment identifier, and then carries the payment account and the first face identification information in the payment-for-delivery inquiry result and returns the result to the acquiring bank server. The payment identifier does not belong to the acquiring bank, which indicates that the payment client does not pass the payment identifier applied by the acquiring bank, the payment account and the first face identification information corresponding to the payment identifier are not stored in the local acquiring bank, and the payment account of the merchant belong to different banks.
S302, receiving a second-generation payment inquiry result returned by the third-party server, wherein the second-generation payment inquiry result comprises a payment account corresponding to the payment identifier and first face identification information.
Specifically, the acquirer server receives a second-generation payment query result returned by the third-party server, and acquires a payment account and first face identification information corresponding to the payment identifier from the second-generation payment query result.
The automatic payment-for-others method based on the agreement provided by the embodiment of the invention is not limited to the commercial tenant with the same account opening bank as the payment-for-others customer, namely, the account opening bank of the commercial tenant and the payment-for-others customer can not be the same bank, thereby greatly expanding the commercial tenant range of the payment-for-others transaction.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a protocol-based automatic payment method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the second-generation payment inquiry result further includes an account opening bank corresponding to the payment account; correspondingly, the performing order payment processing according to the order information and the payment account number to complete a payment-by-replacement transaction comprises:
s401, acquiring a collection account and payment amount according to the order information;
specifically, the third-party server may further obtain an account opening row corresponding to the payment account according to the payment identifier query, and return the account opening row corresponding to the payment account, which is carried in the second-generation payment query result, to the acquirer server. When the acquiring bank server performs order payment processing, the merchant identifier and payment amount of the merchant can be obtained from the order information, and then a bank account opened by the merchant in the acquiring bank can be inquired and obtained according to the merchant identifier of the merchant and used as a collection account.
S402, sending an order payment request to a server of an issuer of the payment account; wherein the order payment request includes the collection account, the payment account, and the payment amount.
Specifically, after obtaining the collection account and the payment amount, the acquirer server sends an order payment request to a server of an issuer corresponding to the payment account (i.e., an issuer server of a payment client), where the order payment request includes the collection account, the payment account, and the payment amount. And after receiving the order payment request, the account opening bank server of the payment-taking customer transfers funds to the payment account and then remits the funds of the payment amount to the collection account, and the account opening bank server of the payment-taking customer can send payment completion information to the mobile terminal of the payment-taking customer. The acquirer server will post funds for the payment amount to the collection account. After the order payment is successful, the acquirer server may send payment success information to the merchant terminal.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a protocol-based automatic payment method according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the protocol-based automatic payment method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
s501, inquiring and obtaining the business range of a business corresponding to a business identifier according to the business identifier included in the order information;
specifically, the acquirer server may obtain, according to the payment identifier, a payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier through local query, and the first generation payment query result may include the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier. The acquiring bank server may obtain the business range of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier by querying the merchant identifier included in the order information.
S502, if the operation range of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identification exceeds the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identification, the payment-instead transaction corresponding to the payment-instead transaction request is terminated.
Specifically, the acquiring bank server compares the operation range of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier with the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier, and if the operation range of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier exceeds the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier, the payment-for-payment transaction corresponding to the payment-for-payment transaction request is terminated. After terminating the payment-for-delivery transaction corresponding to the payment-for-delivery transaction request, the acquiring bank server may send a prompt message of failure of the payment-for-delivery transaction exceeding the payment operation range to the merchant terminal. By limiting the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier, the control of the payment scene of the payment-by-payment transaction can be realized.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of an automatic payment method based on agreement according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the second-generation payment inquiry result further includes a payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier; accordingly, the method further comprises:

The acquirer server may obtain the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier from the second-generation payment inquiry result. The acquiring bank server may obtain the business range of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier by querying the merchant identifier included in the order information. The business scope of the merchant can be obtained according to the business scope registered by the business license of the merchant; the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier can be an agreement on the operation range of the paying merchant when the identifier is applied, the paying merchant in the agreed operation range can carry out the payment on behalf of the paying merchant through the payment identifier, and the paying merchant not in the agreed operation range can not carry out the payment.
S602, if the operation range of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier exceeds the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier, terminating the payment-for-delivery transaction corresponding to the payment-for-delivery transaction request.
For example, a son of the son is immature, a representative payment service is transacted in a bank h for the convenience of son shopping, an automatic representative payment protocol is signed, a payment identifier f is applied, face recognition information of the son of the money is collected to serve as face recognition information corresponding to the payment identifier f, and the son of the money is informed that the payment identifier f can be used for payment during shopping. When a certain plum pays the mark f, in order to control the children mingming payment scene, the payment operation range corresponding to the payment mark f is agreed, and the operation ranges of the agreed bar, the billiard hall, the game hall, the singing and dancing hall, the KTV and the Internet bar are not in the payment operation range corresponding to the payment mark f, and the children mingming is informed.
When the user finds that a certain game hall d consumes, the user is informed of purchasing the game coins in a payment substitute mode, and is informed of the payment identifier f, the opening behavior of the game hall d is bank H, and the bank H corresponds to the acquiring bank server H. The staff of the game hall D sends a payment-for-payment transaction request to the acquiring bank server H of the merchant terminal D through the merchant terminal D of the game hall D, wherein the payment-for-payment transaction request comprises order information, small and bright live shopping photos and payment identification f. The order information includes a merchant identifier dd of the game room d.
After the payment identifier f belongs to the bank H, the acquiring bank server H can acquire the operation range corresponding to the merchant identifier dd according to inquiry of the merchant identifier dd, wherein the operation range includes game entertainment, the acquiring bank server H acquires the payment identifier f from the payment-for-use inquiry result and inquires the corresponding payment operation range, the acquiring bank server H compares the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier f with the operation range corresponding to the merchant identifier dd, and can judge that the operation range corresponding to the merchant identifier dd is not in the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier f, so that the acquiring bank server H can refuse the merchant terminal D to send a payment-for-use transaction request and terminate the payment-for-use transaction.
On the basis of the above embodiments, further, the first generation payment inquiry result further includes a generation payment limit corresponding to the payment identifier; accordingly, the method further comprises:
and if the payment amount included in the order information is larger than the payment withholding limit corresponding to the payment identifier, terminating the payment withholding transaction corresponding to the payment withholding transaction request.
Specifically, the acquirer server may obtain the payment limit corresponding to the payment identifier through local query according to the payment identifier, and the first payment query result may include the payment limit corresponding to the payment identifier. And the acquirer server obtains the payment amount from the order information, then compares the payment amount included by the order information with the payment amount included by the order information, and if the payment amount included by the order information is greater than the payment amount limit corresponding to the payment identifier, the payment amount limit is used for terminating the payment transaction corresponding to the payment transaction request. After terminating the payment-for-delivery transaction corresponding to the payment-for-delivery transaction request, the acquirer server may send a payment-for-delivery transaction failure prompt message exceeding a payment-for-delivery limit to the merchant terminal. By limiting the payment sub-payment limit corresponding to the payment identifier, the control of the payment amount of the payment sub-payment transaction can be realized.
