Description

Online transaction information security system and online transaction information security method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to online transaction information security, and more particularly, to an online transaction information security system and an online transaction information security method capable of improving security so as to perform a secure virtual money transaction.
Background
Recently, network virtual money is becoming a topic. The virtual money is digital money or electronic money used in an electronic form in a virtual space connected to a network, and has no real object such as a bill or a coin. According to the definition of European Central Bank (ECB), the U.S. department of finance, and the european bank regulatory agency, virtual currency is one of digital currencies that is not under government control, issued and managed by developers, and is a payment means used only in a specific virtual community. By this definition, most cryptocurrencies are digital currencies and virtual currencies.
Bitcoin (Bitcoin) is an online cryptocurrency created based on block chain technology. Even in the case where there is no central bank, the individual can freely perform financial transactions between individuals such as money transfer in the P2P manner. Since the transaction book is stored in a server of a plurality of users in a distributed manner worldwide based on the blockchain technology, it cannot practically be hacked. A SHA-256 based cryptographic hash function is used.
Bitcoin (Bitcoin) is not a currency used in real life, but is a virtual currency used in online transactions, which is an operation method for solving a very difficult mathematical problem proposed by a computer, i.e., payment, and is disclosed as an open source code by applying an MIT license, and various tokens such as etherhouse, etherhouse classic, rayleigh coin, leite coin, sub-element digital currency, dare coin, menuo coin, zero coin, quantum chain coin, and the like are generated. Bitcoin (Bitcoin) may act as a key currency among multiple tokens.
In general, accounts for bitcoins (Bitcoin) are called "electronic purses", and each electronic purse is given a fixed number of about 30 words, which is a combination of numbers, lower case letters, and upper case letters, and performs a transaction based on an encryption system of a Public Key Interface (Public Key Interface) in order to perform personal authentication and a money transaction. The public key interface structure of the network virtual currency consists of a public key for the public purpose of transaction and a private key subordinate to the corresponding public key, and the public key is equivalent to one account number of the network virtual currency.
Conventionally, points are awarded to members by points accumulating companies such as online shopping malls, banks, credit card companies, and the like, according to transactions or sales of articles, transaction records or activities based on service utilization, and the points are exchanged into network money for use by the members.
On the other hand, publication nos. 10-2017 and 0142374 disclose money transfer systems and methods using virtual money. Compared with the existing remittance mode, the mode of remitting money to a third party by transmitting bitcoin is more convenient, faster and safer, and simultaneously, after purchasing the bitcoin as money for remittance, the purchased bitcoin can be sold in the exchange with the highest market price by inquiring the bitcoin exchange (intermediary agency) in real time, thereby realizing the collection.
However, with the recent increasing interest in virtual money, the virtual money exchange (broker) suffers from a huge loss due to hacking, and thus a bankruptcy may occur. As an example, in 12 months in 2017, korean virtual money exchange (agency) "Youbit" was lost by hacking and entered the bankruptcy stage. Therefore, there is a need to develop a security technique that enables secure virtual money exchange even if a virtual money exchange (broker) is hacked.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings, so that those skilled in the art can easily understand and reproduce the present invention.
The free money in this specification means a point awarded to a member by a transaction or sale of an article, a transaction record based on service utilization, or an activity through an online shopping mall, a bank, or a credit card company. Like bitcoin, transaction coin is virtual currency that is transacted based on the Public Key Interface (Public Key Interface) encryption system for personal authentication and currency transaction.
As shown in fig. 1, the overall system for processing online transaction information of the present invention includes a seller 110 terminal, a buyer 120 terminal, an Internet Data (IDC) center 140 connected to a financial server 130 through a network.
In this specification, the seller 110 terminal and the buyer 120 terminal are only configured to be distinguished for convenience of describing the sales and purchase functions, and are terminals having an online transaction function capable of performing all functions such as remittance, sales, and purchase. The seller 110 terminal and the buyer 120 terminal may be smart phones, tablets, desktop computers, or the like. The financial server 130 is used to process remittance of physical money such as transfer between the seller 110 terminal and the buyer 120 terminal, deposit without deposit, and the like.
An Internet Data Center (IDC) 140 is a facility that provides server computers and network lines, etc. The servers in the internet data center 140 are used to store enormous information required for web-based search, shopping, games, education, and the like, so that thousands or tens of thousands of server computers displaying the information on websites are gathered in one location to construct and operate a concept of stably managing the information. In the server in the internet data center 140, the processor is used for processing the transaction money, and the database is used for storing the process information and the result information related to the remittance and the transaction of the transaction money. On the other hand, the process information and the result information related to the remittance and the transaction may be stored in one or more remote servers (not shown) connected to the internet data center 140 and/or the seller terminal 110 and the buyer terminal 120, in which case the seller terminal 110 and the buyer terminal 120 may be respectively embodied by a plurality of terminals such as a smart phone, a tablet computer or a desktop computer.
As shown in fig. 2, the main structure of the first embodiment of the present invention for processing online transaction information includes a transaction coin generation module 210, a plurality of electronic wallet modules 221, 222, 223, a transaction coin mediation module 231, and a database 232. The term "transaction currency" as used herein refers to a virtual currency that can be traded, such as a bitcoin or a token, and is a general term for a virtual currency that is suitable for use within the scope of the present invention.
The transaction money generation module 210 stores the primary account of the electronic wallet modules 221, 222, 223 of the seller or purchaser by converting the free money of the seller or purchaser into transaction money. The transaction currency generation module 210 may be built into a server within the internet data center 140. The plurality of electronic wallet modules 221, 222, 223 are implemented in a terminal used by a seller or a buyer, and perform a process of selling, purchasing or remitting transaction money information according to a user request by storing the transaction money information generated in the transaction money generation module 210. In the present specification, a free coin different from a transaction coin is a virtual coin which is issued during an electronic commerce transaction and is provided to a purchaser at free, and has a concept including various prizes, coupons, and the like, and is generally used only in electronic commerce transactions in a predetermined open market, unlike the transaction coin. The free money can be converted into transaction money by a prescribed rate or exchange rate, and thus can be exchanged with other virtual money or real money as general virtual money.
The transaction currency mediation module 231 and the database 232 are constructed in the server of the internet data center 140. The transaction currency mediation module 231 mediates transaction currency transactions between sellers and buyers, mediates a transaction currency remittance process, and processes user authentication for secure transaction currency transactions and remittance processes. The transaction coin mediation module 231 may share a part of data of the transaction coin generation module 210, for example, member information.
The database 232 receives and stores transaction money transaction request information transmitted from the plurality of electronic wallet modules 221, 222, 223 to the transaction money mediation module 231 from the transaction money mediation module 231, and stores transaction money transaction result information, transaction money remittance request information, and transaction money remittance result information. Therefore, even if a hacker invades the server in the internet data center 140, only the transaction information related to the transaction money is stored, so that the situation that the transaction money is stolen due to the invasion of the hacker does not occur. On the other hand, although not shown, the progress information and the result information related to the remittance and the transaction may be transmitted to one or more remote servers (not shown) connected to the internet data center 140 and/or the seller terminal 110 and the buyer terminal 120 through the transaction money intermediation module 231 and stored, in which case, the seller terminal 110 and the buyer terminal 120 may be respectively embodied by a plurality of terminals such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a desktop computer. In this case, a portable terminal such as a smart phone or a tablet computer is mainly used to process a transaction request of a seller or a buyer, and a desktop computer is mainly used to store a transaction result.
Hereinafter, the transaction coin generation module, the electronic wallet module and the transaction coin mediation module will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the transaction coin generation module 210 may include a member information storage 211, a free coin information processing 212, a free coin information storage 213, a transaction coin information processing 214, and a transaction coin information storage 215. For example, the transaction currency generation module 210 may be located on an online mall server.
The member information storage 211 stores customer information of members who join the online shopping mall. As an example, the members may be classified into a plurality of member grades according to the deposit or purchase record, for example, into general members, senior members, and VIP members. The client information stores terminal identification information used by the member, for example, computer, notebook computer, or smartphone identification information. In addition, the customer information may also store the member's name, date of birth, and bank account number.
The free money information processing part 212 may generate free money by the fee of the item purchased by the member in the online mall or the record of the item purchased in units of day/week/month, and store it in the free money information storage part 213. The free money information processing section 212 may also automatically generate free money for each member by the member rank.
When a request for converting a part or all of the member's free money into transaction money is input, the transaction money information processing part 214 may convert the free money requested to be converted into transaction money by information of a preset conversion rate or current conversion conditions, conversion rate, and the like, according to the member rank stored in the member information storage part 211. The transaction coin information processing unit 214 may deduct the free coin requested to be converted from the free coins stored in the free coin information storage unit 213. The transaction coin information processing unit 214 transmits the encrypted transaction coin information to the electronic wallet. The encrypted information of the transaction currency may include the actual holder information, such as the member's name and date of birth. The transaction coin information storage 215 may store encrypted/decrypted information of the transaction coin.
When transaction coin holder change request information including transaction coin information held by another person and transaction coin encryption release information is input from the first electronic wallet, the transaction coin information processing unit 214 releases the encryption of the transaction coin information held by another person and transmits the transaction coin information of the encrypted transaction coin to the first electronic wallet on behalf of the first electronic wallet member.
As shown in fig. 3, the electronic wallet module 310 may include a storage part 311, a transaction processing part 312, a remittance processing part 313, and a verification processing part 314. The electronic wallet module 310 may be driven by the seller 110 terminal, the buyer 120 terminal, for example, by a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a desktop computer.
The storage unit 311 is used to store an operating program and data. The storage 311 may store information about the primary account and the sub-account. The sub-account stores transaction currency information that does not release the previously encrypted information of the holder. The main account stores transaction currency information having encrypted information held by the person. The electronic wallet module 310 first stores transaction money information held by another person into the sub-account, and converts the transaction money information held by another person stored in the sub-account into transaction money information having encrypted information held by the person and stores the transaction money information in the main account in the normal process of performing the online transaction of the present invention.
The transaction processing unit 312 transmits the transaction money transaction request information by being connected to the transaction money mediation module, and processes the transaction money transaction in conjunction with the transaction money mediation module. As an example, the transaction currency transaction request information may be one of a transaction currency sale or a transaction currency purchase. The sales-related transaction currency transaction request information may include a transaction currency total and transaction currency seller information. The transaction currency transaction request information associated with the purchase may include transaction currency information to be purchased and transaction currency purchaser information.
When a process of selling a transaction coin owned by the person himself is performed, the transaction processing part 312 transmits transaction coin transaction request information to the transaction coin mediation module, receives deposit confirmation request information for inquiring whether a transaction coin purchaser remits a fee from the transaction coin mediation module, and displays the deposit confirmation request information on the display. The transaction processing part 312 transmits deposit result information to the transaction coin mediation module through the input of the user. The transaction processing unit 312 transmits the transaction money information stored in the primary account to the transaction money mediation module by a request of the transaction money mediation module.
On the other hand, when a process of purchasing a transaction coin held by another person is executed, the transaction processing unit 312 receives transaction coin information held by another person from the transaction coin mediation module and stores the transaction coin information in the sub-account, and when the encryption release information of the transaction coin information held by another person is input from the transaction coin mediation module, the transaction coin generation module 210 is connected to the transaction coin to transmit transaction coin holder change request information including the transaction coin information held by another person and the encryption release information of the transaction coin. The transaction processing unit 312 receives the transaction coin information and the encrypted transaction coin information held by the person from the transaction coin generation module 210 and stores the information in the primary account.
The remittance processing unit 313 transmits the transaction money remittance request information by being connected to the transaction money mediation module, and processes the transaction money remittance by being linked with the transaction money mediation module. Typically, money transfers are conducted via a prior negotiation between the person giving the transaction money and the recipient. For example, the transaction money remittance request information may include the total amount of transaction money to be remitted, information on the receiver receiving the remittance, and information on the sender who remitted the transaction money. As another example, the transaction money remittance request information may include a total amount of transaction money to receive remittance, remitter information for remitting the transaction money, and recipient information for receiving remittance.
The remittance processing unit 313 receives the transaction money remittance request confirmation information transmitted from the transaction money mediation module and outputs the same on the display. As an example, the transaction money remittance request confirmation information may be information for confirming whether it is true that the sender a remitts the transaction money. As another example, the transaction money remittance request confirmation information may be information for confirming whether it is true that the receiver B requests the transaction money remittance. When the response information is input by the user's operation, the remittance processing part 313 may transmit confirmation response information to the transaction money intermediation module.
For example, when the process of sending out the transaction money is executed, the remittance processing unit 313 receives the remittance button generation control information transmitted from the transaction money mediation module and outputs the control information to the display. As another example, when confirmation response information of the user confirmed based on the transaction money remittance request is input, the remittance processing portion 313 may output a remittance button to the display. When the remittance button pressing signal is input, the remittance processing part 313 transmits the total amount of the inputted transaction money and the receiver information for receiving remittance to the transaction money intermediation module.
When the flow of receiving the transaction money is executed, the remittance processing unit 313 receives the transaction money information held by another person from the transaction money mediation module and stores the transaction money information in the sub-account, and when the clear information of the transaction money information held by another person is input from the transaction money mediation module, transmits the transaction money holder change request information including the transaction money information held by another person and the transaction money clear information by being connected to the transaction money generation module 210. The remittance processing unit 313 receives the transaction money information and the encrypted transaction money information held by the person from the transaction money generation module 210 and stores them in the primary account.
When the process of selling or remitting the transaction money is performed, the verification processing section 314 can confirm whether or not the transaction money belongs to the sales or remittance by the legitimate holder of the transaction money. For example, the authentication processing unit 314 may use two or more authentication methods selected from a mailbox address authentication method, a mobile phone authentication method, an identification card authentication method, an I-pin authentication method, and a biometric information authentication method, which are input when a member logs in.
As shown in fig. 4, the transaction coin mediation module 231 may include a transaction processing part 2311, a remittance processing part 2312 and a verification processing part 2313. The transaction money mediation module 231 is provided in the internet data center and sells, purchases or remittances the transaction money by being linked with the database 232.
The data stored in the database 232 is the member information of the money to be traded. The member information may include name, age, date of birth, terminal identification information, a member fixed number issued when the member logs in, a bank account number, connection information (account name and password), a mail address, member level information, and the like. The member information can be obtained from the online shopping mall server or the financial institution with the service agreement after the member agrees. The data stored in the database 232 may include transaction money transaction request information, transaction money transaction result information, transaction money remittance request information, and transaction money remittance result information transmitted from the plurality of electronic wallet modules 221, 222, 223.
For example, when the transaction processing part 2311 receives transaction coin transaction request information to sell a transaction coin transmitted from the member terminal a mounting the first electronic wallet module, it is stored in the database 232 in a "waiting for transaction" state. For example, when the transaction processing part 2311 receives transaction coin transaction request information for purchasing a transaction coin of member a from the member terminal B mounting the second electronic wallet module, the corresponding transaction coin transaction request information is stored in the database 232 in a state of being updated to "in transaction", and then a bank account number and a deposit fee are transmitted to the member terminal B.
When the deposit confirmation request information is transmitted to the member terminal a to sell the transaction coin and the information that the deposit is not made is input to the member terminal a as a response thereto, the transaction processing part 2311 cancels the transaction while storing it by updating the transaction coin transaction request information of the "transaction in progress" state to the "transaction waiting" state. In contrast, when deposit confirmation information is input from the member terminal a, the transaction processing part 2311 requests transaction coin information to be sold to the member terminal a and transmits it to the member terminal B. When the authentication success information of the member a who wants to sell the transaction money is input from the authentication processing part 2313, the transaction processing part 2311 transmits the transaction money encryption release information to the member terminal B who purchased the transaction money, and then stores the transaction money transaction request information in the "transaction in progress" state by updating the transaction money transaction request information to the "transaction completed" state.
The remittance processing section 2312 processes the remittance of the transaction money by receiving the transaction money remittance request information transmitted from the electronic wallet. Typically, money transfers are conducted via a prior negotiation between the person giving the transaction money and the recipient. As an example, the transaction money remittance request information may include the total amount of transaction money to be remitted and the recipient information to receive the remittance. As another example, the transaction money remittance request information may include the total amount of the transaction money and remitter information for remitting the transaction money.
The remittance processing section 2312 transmits transaction money remittance request confirmation information to the electronic wallet module. As an example, the transaction money remittance request confirmation information may be information for confirming whether it is true that the sender a intends to remit the transaction money. As another example, the transaction money remittance request confirmation information may be information for confirming whether it is true that the receiver B requests the transaction money remittance. For example, when it is determined that the remittance request is a real-time remittance request, the remittance processing portion 2312 may transmit remittance button generation control information to the electronic wallet module.
For example, when it is determined that the remittance request is a real time, the remittance processing portion 2312 transmits the remittance request to the electronic wallet module of the receiver receiving the transaction money by receiving the transaction money information from the electronic wallet module of the sender who intends to remit the transaction money.
The verification processing unit 2313 can confirm whether or not the remittance is made by the legitimate holder. When the verification success information of the sender who intends to send out the transaction money is input from the verification processing unit 2313, the remittance processing unit 2312 stores remittance result information after transmitting the transaction money encryption release information to the receiver terminal that received the transaction money.
Fig. 5 and 6 are exemplary views illustrating a transaction money transaction process of the transaction money mediation module of the present invention, and fig. 7 and 8 are exemplary views illustrating a transaction money remittance process of the transaction money mediation module of the present invention.
First, a transaction process of the transaction money is explained with reference to fig. 5 and 6. In the following description, it is assumed that the first electronic wallet module sells transaction coins and the second electronic wallet module purchases transaction coins. Further, it is assumed that the member terminal a is a terminal carrying a first electronic wallet module, and the member terminal B is a terminal carrying a second electronic wallet module.
The transaction coin mediation module 310 stores in the database in a "waiting for transaction" state by receiving the transaction coin transaction request information (sales) transmitted from the first electronic wallet module (step S511, step S512).
When the transaction coin mediation module 310 receives the transaction coin transaction request information of the transaction coin to be purchased from the first electronic wallet module from the second electronic wallet module (step S513), the bank account number and the deposit fee are transmitted to the member terminal B after being stored in the database in a state of updating the corresponding transaction coin transaction request information to be "in transaction" (step S514, step S515).
The member terminal B carrying the second electronic wallet module may deposit a fee to the bank account by a user operation in a transfer, deposit without a deposit book, or credit card payment method. The member terminal a mounting the first electronic wallet module receives the deposit notification information transmitted from the financial server and displays it on the display.
The transaction coin mediation module 310 transmits deposit confirmation request information to the member terminal a, which is going to sell the transaction coin (step S516), and receives deposit result information from the member terminal a as a response thereto (step S517). The transaction coin mediation module 310 confirms the result according to the deposit result information (step S518), and when information that the deposit is not made is inputted from the member terminal a, the transaction coin mediation module 310 cancels the transaction (step S519) and stores it by updating the transaction request information of the transaction coin in the "transaction-in-progress" state to the "transaction-waiting" state. In contrast, when deposit confirmation information is input from the member terminal a, the transaction coin mediation module 310 requests transaction coin information to be sold to the member terminal a and transmits it to the member terminal B (step S520).
And the second electronic wallet module carried on the member terminal B receives the transaction currency information and stores the transaction currency information in the sub-account. As an example, when the transaction coin information is that another person holds the transaction coin information, the second electronic wallet module may automatically store the transaction coin information to the sub-account.
Referring to fig. 6, the transaction coin mediation module 310 performs authentication related to the sale of the transaction coin with respect to the member a who wants to sell the transaction coin (step S521). The transaction coin mediation module 310 determines whether the authentication of the member a is successful (step S522), and when the determination result is the authentication success, transmits transaction coin encryption release information to the member terminal B purchasing the transaction coin, and then stores it by updating the transaction coin transaction request information of the "transaction in progress" state to the "transaction completed" state (steps S523, step S524).
When the second electronic wallet module mounted on the member terminal B receives the clear information of the transaction money information held by the member a from the transaction money mediation module 310, the transaction money holder change request information including the transaction money information held by the member a and the clear information of the transaction money encryption is transmitted by being connected to the transaction money generation module 210. The second electronic wallet module mounted in the member terminal B receives the transaction money information and the encrypted transaction money information held by the person from the transaction money generation module 210 and stores the information in the primary account.
Next, a transaction money remittance process will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8. In the following description, it is assumed that the first electronic wallet module receives transaction coins and the second electronic wallet module remits the transaction coins. Further, it is assumed that the member terminal a is a terminal carrying a first electronic wallet, and the member terminal B is a terminal carrying a second electronic wallet module.
The transaction coin mediation module 310 stores in the database in a "waiting for money transfer" state by receiving the transaction coin remittance request information transmitted from the first electronic wallet module, and transmits transaction coin remittance request confirmation information to the second electronic wallet module (steps S711, S712). As an example, the transaction money remittance request confirmation information may be information for confirming whether it is true that the sender a requests the transaction money remittance.
The transaction coin mediation module 310 receives the confirmation response message from the second electronic wallet module (step S713) and confirms whether the remittance request is authentic (step S714). For example, when the confirmation result is that the money transfer request is not in real time, the information stored in the database in the "waiting for money transfer" state is deleted. In contrast, when the confirmation result is that the money transfer request is in real time, the money transfer button generation control information is transmitted to the second electronic wallet module (step S715). As another example, when the confirmation result is that the remittance request is in real time, the transaction coin mediation module 310 receives the transaction coin information to be remitted from the second electronic wallet module and transmits it to the first electronic wallet module (step S716).
The first electronic wallet module mounted on the member terminal a receives the transaction currency information and stores the transaction currency information in the sub-account. As an example, when the transaction coin information is that another person holds the transaction coin information, the first electronic wallet module may automatically store the transaction coin information to the sub-account.
Referring to fig. 8, the transaction money mediation module 310 performs verification related to remittance of the transaction money for member B (second electronic wallet module) who wants to remit the transaction money (step S717). The transaction money intermediating module 310 judges whether or not the member B is successfully authenticated (step S718), and when the judgment result is that the authentication has failed, deletes the information stored in the database in the "waiting for money transfer" state (step S719). In contrast, when the authentication is successful as a result of the judgment, the transaction coin encryption release information is transmitted to the member terminal a (step S720).
When the first electronic wallet module mounted on the member terminal a receives the encryption release information of the transaction coin information held by the member B from the transaction coin mediation module 310, the transaction coin holder change request information including the transaction coin information held by the member B and the transaction coin encryption release information is transmitted by being connected to the transaction coin generation module 210, and then the transaction coin information held by the person and the transaction coin encryption information are received from the transaction coin generation module 210 and stored in the primary account (step S721). The transaction coin mediation module 310 stores the remittance result information to the database (step S722).
The present invention described above is not limited to the above-described embodiments and the drawings, and it should be understood that various substitutions, modifications and changes can be made by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the true technical scope of the present invention should be determined only by the claims of the appended claims.
