Where in fig. 3a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 305 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.
The embodiment of the application provides an internet enterprise mobile office management method based on big data, wherein the method is applied to an internet enterprise mobile office management system, and the method further comprises the following steps: obtaining first project information of an internet enterprise; acquiring project participant information according to the first project information, wherein the project participant information comprises a first participant, a second participant and an Nth participant; obtaining respective existing project information of each project participant according to the project participant information, wherein the respective existing project information comprises first existing project information, second existing project information and Nth existing project information, the first existing project information is an existing project of the first participant, and so on, and the Nth existing project information is an existing project of the Nth participant; inputting the first project information and the respective existing project information into a project management system for project distribution to obtain first project distribution information, wherein the project management system is included in the internet enterprise mobile office management system; acquiring the service processing capacity of each person of the project participants, wherein the service processing capacity of each person comprises the service capacity of a first participant, and the service capacity of a second participant is up to the service capacity of an Nth participant; inputting the first project allocation information and the service processing capacity of each person into the project management system to perform project allocation adjustment, and acquiring second project allocation information; a first person in charge for obtaining the first item information; sending the second project allocation information to the first responsible person for project approval to obtain a first approval result; and distributing the second project allocation information to project participants according to the first approval result.

Claims (9)
1. An internet enterprise mobile office management method based on big data, wherein the method is applied to an internet enterprise mobile office management system, and the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining first project information of an internet enterprise;
acquiring project participant information according to the first project information, wherein the project participant information comprises a first participant, a second participant and an Nth participant;
obtaining respective existing project information of each project participant according to the project participant information, wherein the respective existing project information comprises first existing project information, second existing project information and Nth existing project information, the first existing project information is an existing project of the first participant, and so on, and the Nth existing project information is an existing project of the Nth participant;
inputting the first project information and the respective existing project information into a project management system for project distribution to obtain first project distribution information, wherein the project management system is included in the internet enterprise mobile office management system;
acquiring the service processing capacity of each person of the project participants, wherein the service processing capacity of each person comprises the service capacity of a first participant, and the service capacity of a second participant is up to the service capacity of an Nth participant;
inputting the first project allocation information and the service processing capacity of each person into the project management system to perform project allocation adjustment, and acquiring second project allocation information;
a first person in charge for obtaining the first item information;
sending the second project allocation information to the first responsible person for project approval to obtain a first approval result;
and distributing the second project allocation information to project participants according to the first approval result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring first connection process information according to the first project information;
acquiring first key process information according to the first connection process information;
obtaining a first descending order instruction;
according to the first descending order instruction, carrying out descending order arrangement on the service processing capacity of each person to obtain a first service person, wherein the first service person is the person positioned at the head in the descending order arrangement;
obtaining a first allocation instruction;
and distributing the first key process information to the first business personnel according to the first distribution instruction.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
constructing a VR project operation system according to the first project information, the project participant information and the second project distribution information, wherein the VR project operation system is contained in the Internet enterprise mobile office management system;
acquiring front sub-item information and rear sub-item information of the first key process information;
obtaining a first related project person of the front sub-project information according to the second project allocation information, and similarly, obtaining a second related project person of the rear sub-project information according to the second project allocation information;
constructing a preposed sub-project operation system according to the preposed sub-project information and the first related project person, and constructing a postposition sub-project operation system according to the postposition sub-project information and the second related project person;
uploading the front sub-project operation system and the rear sub-project operation system to the VR project operation system;
and according to the VR project operation system, performing VR operation on the front sub project operation system and the rear sub project operation system in a front-to-rear connection mode by the first service personnel, the first related project personnel and the second related project personnel.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a first project file of the first project information;
acquiring each process responsible person according to the first linking process information;
acquiring first file acquisition permission information according to the first project file;
attaching the first file acquisition permission information to each process responsible person to obtain a first file acquisition authentication instruction;
and acquiring an authentication instruction according to the first file, and acquiring the first project file by each process responsible person.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring record information of the first project file;
acquiring network IP information according to the acquisition record information;
obtaining the authentication network IP information of each process responsible person;
judging whether the acquired network IP information belongs to the authentication network IP information;
if the acquired network IP information does not belong to the authentication network IP information, acquiring a first locking instruction;
and according to the first locking instruction, intelligently locking the first project file.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said entering said first project allocation information and said individual business process capabilities into said project management system for project allocation adjustment to obtain second project allocation information, further comprises:
obtaining personal influence parameter information on the completion degree of the first project information according to the service processing capacity of each person;
obtaining a first calculation instruction;
inputting the first project distribution information and the personal influence parameter information into the project management system for weighted calculation according to the first calculation instruction;
and obtaining a weighted calculation result, wherein the weighted calculation result is second item distribution information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining individual business process capabilities of said project participants further comprises:
obtaining the existing project operation result information of the project participants;
obtaining the popularity information of the operation project according to the operation result information of the existing project;
inputting the existing project operation achievement information and the operation project name information into a first training model for training;
and obtaining a first training result, wherein the first training result is the business processing capacity of each person of the project participant.
8. An internet enterprise mobile office management system based on big data, wherein the system comprises:
a first obtaining unit: the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining first project information of an internet enterprise;
a second obtaining unit: the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining project participant information according to the first project information, wherein the project participant information comprises a first participant, a second participant and an Nth participant;
a third obtaining unit: the third obtaining unit is configured to obtain respective existing project information of each project participant according to the project participant information, where the respective existing project information includes first existing project information, second existing project information, and up to nth existing project information, where the first existing project information is an existing project of the first participant, and so on, and the nth existing project information is an existing project of the nth participant;
a first input unit: the first input unit is used for inputting the first project information and the respective existing project information into a project management system for project distribution to obtain first project distribution information, wherein the project management system is included in the internet enterprise mobile office management system;
a fourth obtaining unit: the fourth obtaining unit is used for obtaining the business processing capacity of each person of the project participants, wherein the business processing capacity of each person comprises the business capacity of the first participant, and the business capacity of the second participant is up to the business capacity of the Nth participant;
a second input unit: the second input unit is used for inputting the first project allocation information and the service processing capacity of each person into the project management system to perform project allocation adjustment, and obtaining second project allocation information;
a fifth obtaining unit: the fifth obtaining unit is used for obtaining a first person in charge of the first item information;
a first transmission unit: the first sending unit is used for sending the second project allocation information to the first responsible person for project approval to obtain a first approval result;
a first distribution unit: and the first distribution unit is used for distributing the second project distribution information to project participants according to the first approval result.
